Costa in Sheffield

Went in for a quick coffee and found the manger to be the rudest I’ve ever met . I watched her greet other customers and when my turn came she was so rude it was unbelievable. I’ve never been there before so had no previous experiences with her . My friends and I all wear hijab and are Muslim and that was the only difference we could see . Check out previous reviews and you’ll see a definite link to the negative reviews being from people of colour . Costco need to sort her out because I will never go back while she’s working there .

What a rude manager! I asked for two mini decaf skinny latte is one with cream. The manager then made a comment because we were having cream on a skinny latte she rolled her eyes then she received a CV in the post and ripped it up and placed it in the bin without even reading it? what a joke! when there is millions of people looking for work. I am a student myself and after seeing that someone went to the effort to post their cv and the manager just discarded it immediately,really disheartened me.

Entré en esta Costa por segunda vez, ya que era más conveniente ya que después de comprar en Morrison. Fui atendida por la ruda mujer extranjera nuevamente, la recordé de la última vez que fue grosera conmigo. Una vez más, ella tenía una mala manera. En ambas ocasiones, pedí un café con leche helado sin lactosa con sirope de azúcar y en ambas ocasiones ella tuvo una mala actitud y puso los ojos en blanco cuando pedí más jarabe de azúcar. Esta mujer no debería estar trabajando en el sector público ya que tiene una muy mala actitud. ¡Si mi hija no hubiera estado conmigo, habría estado usando el café con leche helado y hubiera valido la pena cada centavo! De ahora en adelante, conduciré a la sucursal de Kilmer Way justo al final de la calle, al menos el personal es agradable y saben cómo tratar a los clientes con respeto. Evitaría este establecimiento hasta que la horrible mujer extranjera se haya ido y si pudiera dar una calificación de 0 estrellas, ¡lo haría! ! !

Experiencia habitual en la costa. Nada especial en este caso, pero se recibió un servicio limpio y bueno. Aseo limpio y rápido y eficiente servicio.

Mientras trabajo en un corto viaje en tranvía, finalmente decidí pasar por una bebida para almorzar. Dos miembros del personal en. Había un grupo de personas en el mostrador, aparentemente amigos de un miembro del personal, que se reían y conversaban en voz alta, lo que era desagradable, que le quitaban la atención al servicio. Servido por alguien que me ignoró, aparte de tomar mi pedido y pedir dinero. El chocolate caliente sabía a agua caliente con un poco de leche y pronto me di cuenta de que todo el chocolate en polvo estaba en un bulto en la parte inferior de la copa. Bastante vil No volveré.

Very expensive had coffee and cake no offers on though, place was clean, toilets clean and staff were friendly, nice atmosphere

What a terrible experience, let down only by the manager, popped in for toast and coffee between meetings, manager rude and would not allow me to use disabled toilet even though I am registered disabled, had to wait for fifteen minutes to use the one other communal toilet, I dared asked for an extra pad of butter for my toast and was barked at that I should have asked for extra on ordering the toast (at this point I did not know I needed it) and that they had to charge me extra for it, such terrible example to set to other members of staff by a so called manager... I will never visit again

Just met friend for coffee had a few biscuits quiet expensive but enjoyable. Toilets clean staff helpful and friendly

about time we had a nice coffee shop in Hillsborough. sandwiches are ridiculously priced but I love their coffee and service is generally quick

My son and I dropped in for breakfast. The staff were friendly and efficient. The service was quick and they bought the hot food to our table. This costa has a lovely atmosphere and is clean and friendly. Will definitely make it a regular stop off point.

Dropped in for coffee and a sandwich. Coffee was weak for my personal taste and the ham and cheese sandwich tasteless, the sausage sandwich was much better. Very busy Saturday lunchtime but very organised and service friendly and speedy. Seemed full of regulars who knew there way around to find seats both at the back of the shop and down stairs.

We visited Costa Coffee as a half-term treat for my grand daughter because she had not been to this branch before. She was looking forward to a hot chocolate drink (with all the trimmings). I ordered the hot chocolate and ordered a latte coffee for myself. Given all the hype about the quality of Costa, we were very surprised and disappointed that both the hot chocolate and the coffee were no more than lukewarm and unenthusiastically served.
