Costa in Perth & Kinross

today was a quick delivery, all items delivered early, intact and there, excellent service by both store and delivery man.

Badly in need of an upgrade . Ripped seats, limited space for push chairs . Worst Costa I've been in . Coffee average

They didn't clear the tables. So some people struggled to get a table.

It’s a good average coffee shop nothing special but I’ll take it! Great for people watching

Staff are really friendly and the shop is tidy

Order was well over an hour late and the food was cold

Coffee was brilliant and the cake was magic

When order eventually arrived, the driver (who was very nice and friendly) passed on a message from the restaurant. He told us that our order had been sitting waiting to be collected by a driver for over an hour as the first driver left without it. He said that everything would be cold, which it was and the iced drinks had completely melted. The toasties were freezing cold and the cheese congealed, also the vegan and meat were not labelled! Considering they cost 4.50!!! very poor product.

Standard Costa coffee stop in the High street. Great staff, friendly and efficient. Coffee good, very hot!

I think I'm right in saying this is the oldest 'modern' coffee shop in Perth having opened back in the late 90s / early 2000s. Reasonable coffee- the flat white being better than the Starbucks over the road and ok food.

Lovely staff. Was stranded so the staff let me sir my wait out, amazing.

Cannot praise the two young men working in here the other day.. Helpful polite and they made a lovely cup of coffee.. They were keeping tables clear and clean too. Well done 👏 will visit again!

One of the worst layouts I’ve ever been in atmosphere none exsistant and the tables were a mess not wiped down etc

First time, this has occurred but disappointing, place a regular order with this branch and they do not fulfil the full order.

Lovely coffee and snack in pleasant surroundings.

Was disappointed with this order, I order regularly from here and it's usually 2 lattes 1 hot choc to last me the day at work. The hot choc was pitiful, half a large cup, disappointing, you pay £4+ for a large but end up with a small. As a regular customer this is disappointing

Never thought I’d write a review about a Costa. Been in a few, but on perhaps one of the busiest days (Christmas lights switch on) this Costa team are smashing the service brilliantly. Rapid. One person on the till, managing a competent, responsive and happy team. Every other Costa team should come here for training! Well done 👏

Fed up with people walking into Costa just to sit all day on the free WiFi and taking up the tables. Even people bringing Greg's in and not buying anything.

The young girl serving this afternoon is a credit to your company. There was a gentleman who was quite difficult to understand and she helped him with his order. When he wasn't sure about the sizes and prices, she showed him all options. Very lovely and polite individual. She treated him with respect. Not something you see too much of these days towards the elderly.

Coffee was absolutely outstanding, cake was unreal and the delivery man was extremely lovely and helpful, thank you so much that order was my first and most definitely not last! Thank you Costa and a delivery Team, have a lovely day

Found this coffee shop to be lacking in hygiene standards.dust on counters and toilet for disabled was in need of a good clean ,walls doors etc.

I've been getting my coffee there for quite long, nothing has changed since first visit- always friendly staff and good coffee!

Absolute terrible service. Ordered 2 large drinks and when they arrived both cups were barely half full. Terrivle service

Good delivery . Cannot fault , drink still hot.

Delivery failed. They didn't read the instructions attached. Phoned to confirm address. Which I did. And then left order behind doors!!! Coffee behind doors!! Found more than hour later. Coffee went to bin.

Standard Costa experience however washing your hands with soap and hot water after using the toilet is difficult. The barista needed to use a tool to prise open the soap dispenser. Said it gets clogged but they don't seem to think it necessary to do anything about it. Have they heard of Covid?

A regular chain that serves coffee and pastries. What more could you ask for..

The staff here are some of the best that I’ve known in a branch of Costa anywhere. They are very efficient, know their regulars well and are particularly attentive to the needs of elderly people who might need trays carried for them, etc. Staff always recommend the best deals for price and points etc. I feel sorry for the staff given they are so good at their job that they are constantly let down by their head office being so slow at things like fixing their dishwasher, fixing their sound system, getting them an ice machine downstairs, and doing up the decor a bit. The friendly staff do their very best but seem to receive no backup from the company at large.

Drinks still warm, arrived early all in all good service, delivery man was very polite too

The service was top notch and the coffee is delicious and more than half the price of a Starbucks. And there are usually some tasty snacks and sandwiches available. Highly recommend 👌 👍

I was here a very long time ago, (10 years ago,) but despite the years I have not forgotten that the café offers very good coffee and cakes. Very pleasant atmosphere

Slightly less decor than the English Costa. Drinks and food were delicious, we had the vegan cheese and ham toastie. The decor takes nothing away. Staff were welcoming too.

This place was cramped with very little seating and only has one toilet which was dirty and the flusher does not work. The staff are constantly in and out of the back store room for ice. All of the chairs are mismatched and dirty, the floor was even sticky and a lot of crumbs laying around. In general the whole place is dirty and dated. On top of that they have the gaul to charge over £3.00 for a small coffee that would have been a cappuccino if it had been a bit smaller. All of the cakes etc etc were piled up and looked dry, definitely not very appetising. The staff obviously don't know that people eat with their eyes first of all. This company is in a prime location and could be a whole lot better if the staff within cared enough about what they are doing.

Service is a little sluggish, some colleagues could use sle customer service training. Mostly though the atmosphere seems tense a lot of the time. Enough that my partner and I rushed our drinks to leave the atmosphere.

Staff are always welcoming. Never a dull moment when I pick up my coffee, always leave with a smile. Well done.

Quick and prompt service. I'm usually not happy when I get a take away coffee as the cup is too hot due to the temperature of milk and of course the coffee is ruined. But, today, for the first time in a while I had a GREAT COFFEE. The temperature of the milk was great so you could drink and ENJOY the taste of the coffee. Very attentive barista and quick service. Don't know his name, but Costa should have more like him. Well done. 😊😊😊
