Great selection of food. Coffee is perfect for a quick cup. Chicken burger is my go to and of course timbits

Total crap. Regularly mess up orders, give out customers info to other customers during mix ups of deliveries (for the customers to sort out!), food tastes like fish at times. Just avoid.

Wraps are nice and the drinks but it can be hit or miss with order preparations

Never had any food from here prior to this experience, but will never order a "melt" again. It had 3 small piece of chicken and an absolute guddle of cheese.

I love the decaf latte, really nice tasting coffee. Very good quality £1 breakfasts. Staff are OK but no awards for amazing customer service.

One of the most warm and friendliest branches I've been to! Staff were so kind and even gave a free box of Timbits for our long travels! Will definitely make a stop here when I visit Scotland again :)

The coffee is not to my liking at all. The prices are too high in relation to the quality of the food. The errors made to the order were unavoidable by just simply reading the order. Just not my favourite place to go.

Best place for donuts and Canadian style fast food in this country. Beats the hell out of Macdonalds

Big restaurant, lots of seats, it was wet when we went in and thought the floor was really slippy. Went for the breakfast deal, hot drink plus breakfast item for £1. Good value. Coffee was good.

Best customer service very polite to the customers

A new fast food outlet that supply's breakfast, lunch and dinner. Superior to Mc Dees.... by a long shot. Though, maybe a touch more expensive. Service... needs to be with a smile. Actually makes the food even better!

Coffee tasteless. Dreadful place

Was okay - got a cheeseburger and lattice fries, along with an iced caramel latte. Lattice fries were lovely, however the cheeseburger was very tasteless in my opinion. The coffee was also lacking in syrup and just flavour in general. Unfortunately very tasteless meal, and quite expensive for what I ended up getting. Place was clean enough.

It's a perfectly acceptable place, a good overall experience. It's just nothing remarkable just like Costas, Nero's and Starbucks.

We stop here often when passing through Perth and always have some tasty food. Love the choice and taste of Canada 🇨🇦

First time at Tim Hortons and I absolutely loved it. The food was so good and reasonably priced. The place was clean and tidy too. Definitely will be back.

Believe or not first time used a TH, loved it. Shade too late for the breakfast menu, but hey ho. Food (chicken burger) excellent, very tasty and a great coffee. Must look out for more TH's.

Food was cold the second time and been charged more than it should be for the breakfast they offered a doughnut, but not money back instead of spending 4.25£ they charged us with 7£ that is not good. I was happy before with the service, but that has changed as the people who are working there were not kind they just look like want to get rid of you so there won’t be complaints. Be careful if you order online as it might be very cold.

Staff went beyond the call of duty to help make our visit pleasant, not being used to the self service screen the staff were happy to help.

Got the beakfast meal here this morning with a coffee. The muffin with the egg and sausage was cold, the muffin was hard to bit into and it was cold. Really disappointed with the quality of food I received won’t be going back anytime soon 👎

Didn’t even bring my partners meal, brung my brother a black coffee instead of latte, foods cold. Friends wrap wasn’t right, was plain with no sauce, second wrap also wasn’t correct. Mocha was disgusting.

When I entered the store there were no staff behind the desk. I didn't want to use the screens to order because I needed to ask questions. The staff in the kitchen were not particularly busy but chatting amongst themselves. It took 5 mins to see a staff member to put in my order. The order was delivered very quickly but I then found the tables dirty, with food, coffee grounds etc. A trip to the loo before leaving was disgusting. One toilet marked out of order. Two disgusting and unflushed. Would I go back? Nope.

Amazing restaurant. I ate here twice and it was spectacular. Definitely recommend to eat at, since it's better than kfc and also it's has the best tasing food. The employees are very nice, and the atmosphere was kind of lonely, but that's because not many people go to this hidden gem of a restaurant. It might be expensive, but it's worth it.

The coffee great, was service by George who had fantastic customer service. He is an asset to the company and has great respect for all customers

I really like this £1 breakfast with any hot drink. I had something very similar to a McMuffin. A bacon and egg muffin with brown sauce added to it which tasted fantastic. The breakfast comes with a hash brown which I couldn't delete on the self serve screen as it wanted to delete the entire meal :-( Anyway. I've eaten the hash brown too, but would have been better to have the option of not having it if not required... Maybe the idea is to find someone to give it to :-) There is a lot of seating here at this place and it is fairly quiet here today (Sunday). I'll be back for more of these £1 breakfasts.

Food given to the wrong car and hopeless service. Couldn’t refund. Terrible service. I left without my food or a refund because life is too short to put up with high order incompetence

I feel awful leaving this review. I have been a big fan for years but the branch in Perth has been so inconsistent that it's such a gamble going there for anything. One day its is amazing the next next day its awful. Cold food, coffee with so much syrup I've had to throw it away, wrong order, missing items from order constantly. It May be a staff training issue. The coffee particularly is hit or miss. Surprising for such a large chain where consistency is key.E

Just been here and unfortunately didn't feel the happiest with the service we received. Went to the drive through as we were in a rush to get on the road and away, asked for a veggie breakfast wrap with no cheese and a big breakfast wrap. The server came across as rude and very blunt/to the point, no friendly chat, it wasn't even that busy. Food arrived after a little wait in the car park. We had to set off straight away and we were about 10 mons down the road when we were ready to get eating, so too far away to tirn back for any issues.Big breakfast wrap was good, delicious as always! The veggie wrap had cheese on it, now this meant that my wife couldn't eat it as she has a dairy intolerance, so it meant we had to stop somewhere else for her to get something to eat. Not the service I usually receive at Tim Hortons, very dossapointed!

Ordered 2 meals Was given 2 cold meals Returned for replacement 2nd attempt the burgers had pickle on them 🤮 The waffle things you get instead of chips are disgusting, greasy and under cooked The burgers are about as bad tbh, the birds got most of it £15 for 2 meals! If I'd paid what they were worth they'd be lucky to get a fiver I wholeheartedly recommend NOT eating here

Mochas are better value than Starbucks. Donuts are ace. Great location to meet up with friends.

Good food and easy to park. I come here a lot. The toilets are not always the cleanest they could be.

Quick service. Staff were punctual and friendly. The food is okay. It’s very McDonalds but less greasy. The cheese grill is diabolical. The coffee is actually really good. It doesn’t taste bitter [burnt = bitter], was creamy and smooth. Genuinely better coffee than Pret, Black Sheep and most of the other coffee shops. It does the job. Doesn’t break the bank. Would go again. Note: I’ve been told the Timbits are amazing so will be picking them up in the future.

It's not very good. The burger, like all these burger chains, has been hot held for goodness knows how long, so it's not hot! It was tasty enough with lashings of ketchup and mustard. The chicken fillets were spicy and also not very warm. Why can't they cook to order? Especially when quiet! The coffee was OK.

A really nice atmosphere, shame about the food and value for money. We had 2 chicken sandwiches, not great very dry and overcooked. Lattice fries hard and again overcooked. 2 chicken strips for £2.79 I think. But OMG literally the size of chicken nuggets, very poor. And such a shame because it's a really nice place. Total £18 odd bit great value.

sitting in Tim's today. So many loud beeps going off. So quiet and so many staff but no table service. It is usually pretty empty because it has no atmosphere. Food is possibly better at McDonald's or same level

Deleted and reposting my review, updated to reflect more recent visits vs. original review 2 years ago. Original review: 2 stars. Tried the main menu a few weeks after opening. the order was wrong on several counts, and the price felt a bit much. I was pretty disappointed but said I would try again at a later date. New review: 4 stars. While I have avoided the main menu since the original review, I have greatly enjoyed the cheap "£1 breakfast deal" which is any breakfast item plus hashbrown for the cost of £1 when ordering any full price drink (IE coffees, frappes etc). Due to this pretty decent deal, my partner and I will usually pop in here for some wrap meals in the morning if we are heading outside of Perth, such as visiting cities like Dundee, Glasgow, Inverness etc etc. Since we enjoy the breakfasts, I've swapped to four stars.

First visit. Clean and comfy seating. Toilets clean and fresh. Food was delicious and tea absolutely spot on. Price was silly cheap for what we got 👍🐷 They did forget an egg in one muffin but sorted that along with a free extra hash brown

Tim Horton's food options are just ok but very overpriced. Especially their donuts. Burgers are a bit meh 😕, chicken coating is too peppery and too greasy but the real issue is poor staff who don't seem to pay too much attention to what has been ordered. Time after time I have to go back because something is wrong with the order. Today it was the pancakes. I ordered Maple, caramel and fudge pancakes only to receive plain pancakes with a sachet of golden syrup. I returned it to receive what I ordered minus the fudge pieces. Also missing was the slipping sauces for all our burgers as well as the box of 20 Tim Bits. Unfortunately this is a common theme for this restaurant. How difficult is it to read the order ? Very difficult for the staff in this branch it seems.

Just Joanne customer service is enough to make the donuts ten times sweeter

Place was totally radical and wicked

Waited nearly 20 minutes for a burger. Staff aimlessly walking about kitchen some pretending to do stuff others blatantly ignoring a customer at the till. Tables not cleared or wiped down in the hour I was here..

The staff were friendly and polite, and the whole place was very clean and tidy. It was a great visit and we will definitely be back!

This was our first time at Tim Hortons and we couldn't be more disappointed. Lots of hype but burgers were small & not pleasant to taste. And they are expensive when compared with other fast food places. We certainly won't be back again.
