This Costa Cafe within Gerrards Cross Buckinghamshire England, is a busy but stylish place to stop and relax. It’s situated not far from train Station , which services Chiltern line. So a great cafe to have a hot / cold drink or snack too , before looking around locally, or take route by train to London. It’s staff are always pleasant, and attentive too. Lots of clean and tidy seating area as well. Wide range of snacks from hot served sandwiches, or Rolls to cakes ! Great for tourists , families and is wheelchair accessible too. All in all worth a visit !

Popped into Costa Gerrards Cross for coffee and cake. At least 7 tables with dirty crockery on. Looking around dirty tables chipped paint work everywhere. Dirty walls. Awful.

Not in a hurry to go back here. Service was not particularly friendly, I thought it was rather grubby & needed a good scrub inside. I requested hot chocolate to be extra hot it was Luke warm… having to record a few things like this here, it’s simply clear they need to up their game. In a location like Gerard’s cross where competition is high, this ranks in the lowest of the low.

Seemed to be a long queue and could see why every order was wrong they had no tea cakes but cinnamon swirl served with. Long coffee spoon instead of a knife. Five people behind me received their orders before me and one customer had to stopped from going out if the door with wrong syrup in his coffee! Must have made a thumping loss with all the drinks being poured away.

Sadly I can’t comment on the food, the staff were so rude before I even ordered that I left.

So just because you're wearing gloves, you think it's hygienic. Just look at how many things they're touching. Worst Greg's I've been in up to now.

Went on Friday 10 of May around 7pm. I wanted noodles but they were out of noodles so I chose the rice.. had it with firecracker chicken.. the next two days I was violently ill.. Haven't been this ill for years. I usually can eat anything but the hygiene standards of this place must be really bad. What a shame to spend my weekend feeling this ill.. thanks to this place.

A great place with friendly helpful staff , who are always super busy , so wait is sometimes required. I never mind as people can only do one thing at a time , and the surroundings are pleasant.Go with a serene attitude and empathy for your fellow man (or woman) who is working flat out for you , and then enjoy your delicious coffee.

Just had the worst possible Dinner that you could even wish for. The Main course was cold and the desert, Creme Caramel melted in the dish in front of me. I complained to the waiter, dressed in a suit and he looked at me and walked away. The rest of the staff are all young, pleasant and doing there best under the circumstances. The lunch was the worst as well. The Sandwiches were dry, like they were made yesterday and the cooking straight out of a jar. Breakfast wasn't much better so not looking forward to tomorrow. But here for a meeting so have to stay. Otherwise I'd check out now!
