The beef was extremely hard. The fish, vegetables, salt and pepper chicken overcook, see food had broken shells, poor noodles, dirty spoons, slow service, big paddle in the toilet, parts of the fruits like oranges are not fresh. Very tasty mashrooms. The restaurant looks very attractive from outside but I'm not going back.

I took my parents for my mams 74th birthday. The food was nice but the person who showed us to our table kept coming over and talking nearly the whole time we were there. We weren't able to enjoy our time together or eat our food. It was very uncomfortable. My parents are to polite to say anything to the member of staff, but it did spoil our experience. It was our second time and not sure we will visit again.

Not terrible. But certainly not somewhere I would visit again. Chicken so dry you could sand a desk with and beef so bouncy you could wear you jaw muscles out. Pity.

Low quality food. Would never return. Dry sushi, dry hard rice and other dishes were very similar as though it has been sitting there for hours and hours.

We walked through the door, greeted by big smiles, immediately seated and treated to an abundance of dishes spanning from all corners of the globe. Whatever you’re after, they’ve got it hot and ready for ya! A true foodies paradise😋

I had a lovely time here, it was right across from my hotel at the premier inn. I had just checked in and I was absolutely exhausted and needed food straight away, and lo and behold there was a buffet directly across the street!! I was a bit embarrassed going in by myself, because as I was away for a work trip I was alone. I can’t express my thanks enough to the staff here, the girl who sat me could tell I felt a bit uncomfortable being at a buffet by myself (cos yes it does look really sad lol) so she gave me the most private table there was available. Which I was really grateful for. Then, a young man called vinay (I think?) served me. He was so lovely. We chatted for a while about a couple things and he was just lovely. Really made the evening for me tbh, after a long day of working and travelling having someone be so friendly and kind the way he was idk just made me feel a lot better. I wish the best for him cos he was really a lovely person. Management - if you’re reading this, I hope you appreciate him!! The food was alright, nothing special, nothing wrong with it. What made this experience was the staff. They were great. I’m from Belfast so I have been to cosmos there before a couple times, and I can confirm that this establishment in Newcastle was far better!! Staff were nicer, and I didn’t get food poisoning from it 😂 the one in Belfast I’m shocked it’s still open because of the amount of people I know that’s been sick afterwards. But yeah, overall the food was fine, not 5 star worthy. But the staff made it 5 star. Well done to them for their service and their overall characters.

The price was bit expensive I thought but Arun told us that it’s Sunday brunch, usually it’s bit low priced throughout the week. Arun (our server) was fantastic to chat with and Dinesh (chef) was communicative too and made us well aware of the foods there. Beautiful young host greeted us with a warm welcome, fantastic service all together.

Greeted warmly, sat and looked after, food was great, hot, nothing short, plenty of prawns (and I love prawns)manager kept checking on us. One of the best buffets, better than Manchester as it’s a bit smaller. Only let down was you pay upfront, not a problem but there is a 3.00 per person service charge banged on without a mention! Bit cheeky, would of usually left a fiver anyway but never paid it before eating before. And we did eat on a Thursday evening, it wasn’t a full restaurant, don’t no if that made a difference as I have read a lot of bad reviews! Will be back

Very basic bland food, and not much variety, chief was to busy on his phone away from the hot plate so we could not request steaks,burgers ect be cooked on hot plate, food was running out without being restocked and this was only at 5.30, then we were asked to leave a good review for discount of up to 15% so this shows they know this place is bad by trying to buy reviews, I will never go back and would never recommend

Restaurant has beautiful interior really smart looking the food was really nice I would recommend a better bottomless drink selection it’s cheap pop only, our server Arun was really attentive and super friendly with the kids

We have visited numerous times & the food is good & plenty of choices, the homemade pizza is delicious & love the duck & pancakes. There is a good selection of desserts. Service is very good, Arun is very friendly & attentive.

Whenever we want to eat delicious food, we often get here and avail their eat all you can buffet. There are wide ranges of food to choose from. They have ducks, beef, chicken, pork and also tofu and other dishes you can choose from. So personally I can truly recommend COSMO whenever you wanted to eat delicious foods.

This is the second time we've visited and it was excellent again. We came for lunch and didn't have a wait to be seated. The staff were all friendly, with excellent customer service skills. When someone comes to take away your empty buffet plates they check you are happy with everything, and these little interactions make you feel valued. Despite being called little Cosmo the choice isn't little. There is a wide range of dishes, and you can see the chefs making it fresh and replenishing as needed. The food suits fussy eaters who want their standard chicken nuggets and chips as well people who like to branch out and try new things you would normally only find in a specialist restaurant. People normally expect a certain standard when visiting a buffet, but Little Cosmo is significantly better. The calm, chilled out environment makes the dining experience so much better than the chaotic pushing and shoving at other buffets in the area.
