Missing rice and coke from the whole chicken meal I ordered. They also missed a chicken pitta from my previous order which they told me to remind them about for my next order so I did and they sent me a plain pitta bread on its own with no filling?

Im new to the area and found this place in Newcastlecity centre. I tried their burger and it was really great. I dont know the city centre well, but it's probably one of the best halal burgers around. The staff were friendly and the place was also clean and good. I haven't tried other food there, but i am sure they must be good as well.

Freezing cold food do not order from very bad customer service when rang up 2 people hung up on me and did not resolve or try resolve the situation shocking service

Delivery time was estimated at approximately 1 hour waited nearly 2 1/2 hours. Just seemed to be waiting for a driver for ages.

Do not go in here if your on a break and in a rush. It's not fast food. You'd think when you order one burger and you've waited 15 minutes and you then request it to go instead of eating in they would grasp you in a hurry yet 3 more orders placed after mine where being prioritised. Went with my family. Ordered 6 different items from their menu. Everything tasted DELICIOUS 🤤. I don't know how they did it, but everything was made fresh and tasted superbly good. The prices are affordable and they have a 10% discount for students as well with many good offers. Lastly, the staff were beyond friendly. All the interactions with them were lovely and wholesome. This has been an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience at Chilli Flames. The grilled chicken was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked with great seasoning. The loaded fries were packed with flavor and a perfect complement to the meal. On top of that, the service was exceptional! The lady was welcoming, friendly and served with a smile. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food.

Whenever I am in the mood to eat saucy, juicy well cooked chicken, Chilli Flames is the first restaurant that comes in my mind. I would highly recommend Chilli Flames for multiple reasons starting with a cosy yet elegant ambiance, location right in the center, and scrumptious/delectable/mouthwatering yet economical with a good portion of a meal. Last but not least, the staff is professional, and well dressed, demeanor is congenial. I would commend and thank Mrs. Ayesha for her exceptional services every time I visit with my wife. Must-visit guys!

unreal from here the food is amazing my favourite place

This is the third Chilli Flames restaurant I have tried after the ones in Bolton and Bradford. Glad to taste the Chilli flames flavours again. Delicious, fresh, and affordable. I definitely recommend it.

an expensive nando’s, foods ok but not the best, i got the chicken loaded mexi fries originally with lemon and herb spice but didn’t have any so had to get medium (i went at 11:30). i don’t expect there to be jalapeño. but other than taste it ok, defo not worth the price tho

The best takeaway in Newcastle without doubt (shout out the chilli nuggets). Me and my girlfriend travel 2-3 hours every year just to come here, cannot recommend it enough. Service and prices are extremely good too!

Absolutely beautiful, will be back again. Flavours are to die for I love fresh flavoured chicken and it was juicy and cooked to perfection.

Ordered wrap via Ubereats, the worst purchase ever. Picture and description says chunks of chicken, but it cames as pulled chicken. Wrap was literally 4" and bland. The only taste that came was of the tortilla being grilled. Feel like I got scammed.

Every week, I order their Flameslaw Pitta, and it’s my absolute favorite from the menu. However, I just ordered it again today, and the chicken was very undercooked. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly don’t think I’ll be reordering. Really let down this time. 🤮

Ordered at 11.45am and food arrived at 14.10pm, food was prepared at 12pm as i called the restaurant and said it had been cooked, so food is freezing. Not acceptable, i want a refund

Missing item. No contact from restaurant. Delivery slip said "we do not have". Just Eat won't refund or give a reason why. Also the chips arrived cold

This place serves the worst food I have ever eaten. Cold, tasteless and overcooked. Missing items from the order topped off an awful experience. Absolutely avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your money.

microwaved chips are never a good idea. loaded fries was just a mush of ingredients a bit luke baby food. chicken was warmed up by nuclear fusion and tasted awful

I'm sorry but, the food was very cold, my food was kept with them until they close the restaurant, I ordered 2h before closure, my food wasn't given until they closed, the mash was extremely peppery, didn't like it at all, wasted money on that mash.Won't order again, wasted my money for 1h late food and arrived miserably cold

Food is amazing, but the delivery driver sat outside the back of the house for about 5 minutes on his phone not even attempting to look for our front door around the corner got his attention by going to the upstairs window, was passed the food over the fence. So food was cold had to reheat which isn’t ideal!!

Cheap but the chicken was not fresh. texture and tasty was like precooked packaged chicken and the rice tasted like cheap microwave rice. Wrap was very wet. Chips and wedges were not evenly covered in peri peri salt but did taste nice

Food was 45 mins late, 45 minutes after placing the order we got a call to say there’s no falafel. Surely this is something that should have been brought to our attention straight away, not 10 minutes after the food was due to be delivered. We let it known how unhappy we were, we asked what ingredients were inside the veggie pattie to make sure there was no mushrooms, she then asked if we wanted chicken instead of the vegetarian options……it came freezing cold, complete waste of money

My other half has ordered from here before but I never have until today! Wow is all I have to say. Quick delivery and I got the bbq ranch wrap with cheese bites and he got chicken strips with Perri Perri fries. Absolutely delicious and cheaper than most takeaways we’ve ordered before but superior in quality. Will be making this a regular place to order from now it did not disappoint

Delivery was 1 hr 30 minutes late. Restaurant said its delivery problem but delivery driver was very argumentative. When asked delivery driver for name he just refused, he said he is using wife’s ID.

It's nice food but not economical.

Don't know about the food just yet. But, the service is excellent and they sell Ben n Jerries (whom stopped selling in the occupied territories of stolen land in Apartheid Israel many years ago). I'm sure the food will be excellent and the presentation along with the smiles at first contact is, well, Alhamdulillah. It was the HMC app that brought me here too so thanks to all!! Oh, and a salah room is also readily available so that might just be the icing on the cake in case any brothers/sisters ever need to pray whilst short on time (obviously make sure you order food or send some business their way too). Forgot to add... Open kitchen too, so nowt to hide Alhamdulillah...

Good value for money. 1/2 chicken and chips is £6.69 at lunch, which is half the price of Nandos. You could get wings, a wrap or burger instead of the 1/2 chicken and the price can go down to £5.69. The chips are chicken shop fries. The chicken could do with longer on the grill to give it more char and the sauce has a bit more of a tang than your standard peri peri, but I enjoyed it all. Would be nice if they offered pots/bottles with extra sauce. The dine-in area is small, but very clean. Wasn’t a fan of the paper plates and wooden cutlery. You can call to pre-order.
