We had a coffee machine purchased and fitted with CORTILE, Richard came out to install. The process was so easy from start to finish. He was fantastic, full of knowledge and extremely helpful. I will definitely be sticking with cortile for all our coffee machine requirements. Thank you again Richard. The cafe team at fonmon castle

Superb customer service I took my coffee machine in for repair with Richard in the Cortile workshop today. I expected the repair to take a view days however the guys turned it around for me in the day. The repair is very reasonably priced and Richard is absolutely passionate about the business and the service provided. He also showed me how to maintain the machine going forward, a complete star!

I have been a few times now, drink-in and takeaway. It's generally nice coffee but the latest experience I was given a strange 'box' for a coffee takeaway. It was recyclable/sustainable, but so are plenty of other normal shaped cups. It wasn't easy nor nice to drink from, and leaked everywhere for good measure. Just get some normal cups please and I will be back...

I stopped off for a lovely cuppa and a delicious fresh ham salad baguette. Absolutely gorgeous. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. I can thoroughly recommend this outstanding cafe hidden away in the market hall. Well worth a visit or seven. I will certainly be back. ( sorry ) 😂🤣😂

Great tea & coffee. Nicely placed inside Pontypridd Market, a good spot to relax and watch the world go by. And the Staff well go try it out for yourself very friendly service.

Not sure that was proper butter on the toast? However a nice place to sit for while & lovely thick toast. Not cold surprisngly perhaps.

This is a great little cafe and coffishop nestling into Ponty market. It is independent, not part of some soulless multinational corporation. So you are supporting the local economy. The staff are lovely, the coffee is great and there are lots of sticky sweet treats to tempt your taste buds. Gluten free options are available, much to my wife's delight. We will definitely return.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. Fantastic tasting coffee and food at very reasonable prices. Situated in the now re-developed indoor market in Pontypridd. A real find, with the most friendly staff. You will really feel at home.

Very frequent visitor to this little gem of a Coffee place in the indoor market in Pontypridd all staff are always smiling and the mocha is to die for also the gent who is sometimes there who I assume is the owner is lovely and goes through the products in detail so you understand everything about the business

Have been too Cortile Coffee Shop many times. I'm not a coffee drinker but they make an amazing cup of tea. Their cheese on toast is second to none and they make my favourite marmite crumpets. The service is the best in town, really friendly staff. Their shop is brilliant selling all sorts of coffee and a wide range of different teas.

If you are a tea drinker then you must visit this Tea/Coffee shop if in Ponty. Sarah has a great knowledge of tea and is more than happy to help you make the right choice. I can also recommen having a cup and a piece of Bara Brith, you will not be disappointed.

Had such a friendly warm welcome, really helpful and supplied vegan spread and milk for my daughter. Lovely coffee and tasty flapjacks. Highly recommended, very reasonably priced

Visited again for brunch and had the best cheese on toast ever. The toast was like doorstops and lovely cheese which was quite strong in flavour - yummy. They sell the best lattes in ponty too and you can grab the coffee from their stall next door. Highly recommend x

This little coffee shop is one of the best attractions in Pontypridd. The coffee is amazing and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They even have vegan and gluten free options which are often difficult to come across! The flapjacks and brownies are definitely a must have!

Had the pleasure of being served by Sara at the coffee store who helped me go through the great selection of teas they have and to pick one that suited myself. Also stocked a great selection of high quality tea making accessories and got my first infusion tool. Thanks for spending the time to help me out. My son also had a fantastic milkshake made in the coffe shop next to the store, the staff there were great with my boy he left with a smile from ear to ear. Looking forward to returning!

They've worked really hard to create an attractive coffee bar in the indoor market. Attractive display of cakes and the coffee looked good - although had tea this time, which was nice. Toasted tea cake and jam was great a value and other cafe items were attractively priced including baked potatoes. Definitely worth a visit.

Happened to going through Pontypridd Market and saw this place and thought and I’d have a coffee and something to eat. Had a large latte and cheese on toast. Good value , a really nice coffee and a nice stack. Friendly staff, highly recommended.

This is a really friendly cafe in the middle of Pontypridd indoor market. It's well worrth walking past the ones nearer the entrance. They serve really good coffee & tea, lovely food (panini, sandwiches, salads, soup, jacket potatoes & cakes) & the seating area is lovely. They've also got a coffee shop next door, that sells coffee machines & tea wares as well as a big range of coffee & tea. The rest of the market is worth a visit, so this is a great place to enjoy it.
