I ordered a large Latte. I asked for a mug instead of a cup. The lady said yes I have this one. To which I replied yes that’s great thank you. I was absolutely flabbergasted to be given half a mug of Latte. I still am flabbergasted….words fail me.

Wonderful little tea shop. Takeaway and eat in upstairs. All the staff were very friendly and work very hard. We ate in and had a pasty and carrot cake, a coffee and a hot chocolate which was delicious. Keep up the good work, we will return the next time we are in the area.

As a discerning coffee drinker this was one of the best cups I have tasted. The pastie and scone were delicious and this coupled with the cleanliness and friendly helpful staff made it an enjoyable experience. We will definitely return .

I and one of my mates decided on steak and stilton cornish pasty. £4.85 each. total disappointment. one small piece of meat and soggy mash flavoured stilton. not worth the money and its card only. disgusting.

Great for families, this intimate little cafe has some of the best pastries I’ve ever had! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the coffee was great. Seating is upstairs so keep that in mind, but they let us leave our pram downstairs. Wish we hadn’t found it on our last day here!!!

My family were on the search to find a place to rest from our long walk from the trail. When we walked in, we were greeted by lovely staff members. I have a Italian Hot Chocolate, which was to die for! My partner has a Chai Latte and my daughter had a strawberry milkshake. The gentlemen who made them, Edson, is amazing! And a lovely chatty lady named, Lilly. Would be returning again ❤️

Great little bakery in Bakewell. A new addition to Bakewell so thought to give it a go and what a place it is too! Incredibly tasty food made with care and passion and served with a genuine friendly smile. I have been going to the bakery next door for some time now but think I may jump ship!!! Especially as they're still open when I finish work! You can see the food being made fresh in the alleyway which is a fantastic idea. The end of day reductions with a quirky bell is a brilliant idea too. Noticed some of the staff doing samples out on the street the other day and I highly urge anyone to try it. Best bakery in town by a country mile. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll thrive in this lovely town. Well done, Cornish Bakery - Bakewell Team.

Most friendly service I’ve had in Bakewell, nice variety of pasty’s, I had bacon leek and cheese, the boss had the vegan onion bahji pasty, and we shared a croissant with cherry and almond. Great coffees and even open in the morning from 8am!! How rare in Bakewell!

Great new addition to the Bakewell area, no other bakery like it. Food is delicious and very reasonably priced. High quality in every aspect, the staff, the food and the hidden seating area upstairs. This place is perfect for a coffee with friends, a quick pit stop on your way through or even if you need to do some work in a quiet location. Highly recommend and won’t be visiting another bakery in Bakewell again.

A fantastic little bakery, with some delicious goodies, raspberry croissants being one of my favourites! Super friendly, helpful and welcoming staff members, and nothing is too much trouble! Love the fact they have vegan options aswell so it caters to all dietary requirements, and being a card only establishment work well in this era! Will definitely be making a visit again soon!

A lovely lunchtime meal of genuine Cornish Pasty and Cream Tea. Delighted to find the cafe dog friendly as this often prevents us being able to sit in and enjoy our food
