Corner Cupboard in High Peak

Passing through Buxton and just spotted so called in. Looks nice inside and friendly ladies and plenty to choose from. Asked for any recommendations and was suggested a BLT with added Chicken in a hoagie, 😋 this was beautiful and will definitely be going back next time I’m passing through

Fabulous breakfast (we had the sharer box between 4 adults) - fantastic sausage, bacon and eggs! Brilliant everything else! Much cheaper than breakfast out - and in a lot of cases, much much better quality too xx

A must if you need a sandwich or snack in Buxton, located near the market on High Street, great selection of sandwiches, soups, and other snacks you may like for lunch, definitely worth a visit.

Was disappointed didn't get what I asked for

Delivered 30 mins early but missing the salad and chilli sauce. On time and complete would have been better.

Usually can’t fault this place, we order weekly.. but tonight Pizza Corner let us down. Delivered food, kids answered the door and delivery guy walked away with out taking the money, by the time we noticed he’d driven off. The delivery guy to come back hours later, after mid-night to wake the house up, including the kids, to ask for his money. He could of phoned up, or popped by in the morning. we won’t be ordering again!!! you’ve lost loyal customers. We have no issues in paying, but to come and knock the door down in the middle of the night is an absolute joke!

order said was to be delivered 1840 and had to leave house at 1845 restaurant rang at 1855 and said he had been knocking for 10 mins but he had not normally this is earlier but not today

Worst order I've ever received. Not only was the order incorrect, freezing cold and undercooked, I rang up to complain and got spoken to like absolute garbage and hung up on me. Definitely will never recommend or order from here again after years of using them. The food was an absolute disgrace that looked like it had been used as a football and the man's attitude was disgusting on the phone. I very highly suggest you use somewhere else.

There are times when all you want is a sandwich! The corner cupboard is the place to go, everything prepared to order and a delight to eat.

Was lovley everyone there food and was hot

Chicken and shish kebab was sparse. Filled more with onion than anything else. Pitta was soggy from the sauce. Perhaps it should all be sold separately to keep freshness. Meat was cooked lovely though.... what there was of it. Thanks

Fries are pretty shoddy, pizzas are okay but everything else is pretty much just slapped together and put in a box.

Food arrived 30 minutes after agreed delivery time, food was barely warm and onion rings burnt. Delivery driver didn’t even apologise for the delay.

Curly fries were burnt. It seems like they put it the box too early and box were burnt or melted because of the heat. Rest of the food were alright.

pizza all dried up and luke warm and garlic bread the same .... phoned up and was told they will put something free in next time .... not good enough now we have no food as the pizzas in the bin as it has seafood on it so can’t reheat. ... won’t be ordering again now ....

Ordered a burger meal, garlic bread and dessert, all of which were great. Food was delivered very quickly after being confirmed, delivery driver was very pleasant also. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Been a loyal customer to pizza corner for years! Never really been disappointed when I order anything from here. Portions are always good size and can't think of a single occasion where my food hasn't arrived before the stated delivery time by at least 15 minutes. I recommend the pizzas and anything with cheese on it really, the cheese they use tastes great!

Had the special kebab. Meat cooked to perfection. Loads for the price too. Will defo be ordering again. Thabks guys!

Pizzas exactly as we ordered, but I just prefer my cheese to be a little bit browner, but that's just me, dessert was ok would have preferred more choice, most pizza places have chocolate fudge cake and apple pies, I would like a change from that, but all in all we got what we asked for.

kebab was kindof ok - I expected a larger bread, sure that "naan" was a pitta. Otherwise tasty - kebab meat a bit chewy. not frazzled long enough.

I ordered 16'' chicken BBC Pizza, it was rubbixh, they had put some sweet syrup or ketchup in it. I never had a sweet pizza in my life before. Disappointed and waste of money, pizza ended up in bin.

Arrival 30mins earlier than expected, burnt pizza! The free garlic cheese bread was the best of the order. 1st time ordering here and definitely the last.

Ordered for 8pm arrived at 8pm and the pizzas were the best I’ve had in a long time from anywhere.

Amazing breakfast at this very very good take away cafe. It is small so specialises in take away food which you can call in for or order by phone. Very very nice breakfasts and sandwiches and very friendly staff. Buxton is not short of places for a good breakfast but this is by far the best.

Lovely pizza, thin light fluffy and crispy around the edges with plenty of toppings and cheesy. Everything you want on a pizza. Had loads of trouble with drivers from other take always banging on the door too loud and using keys on the glass but pizza corners Delivery driver read instructions and was polite about it. 10/10 for this one 👍🏼

completely wrong order. had cheese on garlic bread which I didn’t want. had garlic mayo on which I didn’t order. also was completely missing a pizza that I had to wait an extra half an hour for that then arrived cold and we didn’t want by the time it arrived.

Best kebab and mixed kebab and chip we've ever tasted it the best kebabs in farnworth and even got what we asked for. loved the food nothing much more I can say as its amazing will be ordering from here again don't listen to mongs who give it a bad review!!!

food was really nice and never had an issue but tonight I ordered a half pound burger and paid for a it but only got a quarter pounder . I didn’t ring to complain as I was starving lol and just put it down to a simply mistake :)

Ordered food and its not shown up even though i paid by card and trying to get in touch to find out whats happened and getting an answer. 13 hours at work meant i WAS hungry so now going without something to eat due to this. Great fast food restaurant... NOT!

Ordered a donnor calzone. It was perfect, whoever put that extra cheese on is an artist of his craft. perfect timing really good food, order here a lot an it never fails.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! Waited 50minutes for a wrap meal! when it arrived, we were hysterical at how HORRENDOUS it was.. 2 miniature pieces of chicken, lettuce rations with no other salad, loosely wrapped (because it was so empty) in a manky Tortilla. I then called the takeaway to have a worker tell me thats what its supposed to be like and they’re all the same and just not listen at all. NEVER again. SO disappointed. if I could add a photo of the JOKE of a wrap we received i would.

Unfortunately the food has been pretty cold the last two times we have ordered, which is a shame because when the food is hot from Pizza Corner, it is really good!

Ordered here few times but not ordered for while.got 16" calzone and was utterly ripped off came the size of a 10" with no filling but i wont be ordering again so thats 1 customer u lost feel like just took 11 pound and had a laugh i even managed to eat it all it was that small and any other 16" is impossible to eat but wow small and ripped off is not even the word

There are many good places to pick up a takeaway buttie or boxed breakfast but the Corner Cupboard has to be the best in Buxton. Good quality bread and ingredients. Friendly staff in well established business with huge choices of hot and cold fillings.

the food wasnt fresh and crispy enough . the curly fries tasted like it was done like 4 hours earlier then it should have. the pizza only the box was 16 inch the actual pizza was 14. it wasnt that bad we ate it as we were hungry lol but i would choose a different takeaway next time. sorry guys

We are regular customers here but today we waited an hour for our order only for it to arrive incomplete, rang and was told the rest of the order was going to be sent straight away and yet it hasn't arrived. Very disappointed, you would think loyal customers would get treated better...looks like we'll be going elsewhere from now on.

best burger i have ever had from a takeaway in my life and i have been to a few. it was well sized, well cooked and the bun wasnt soggy either. The kebabs were cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful. 10/10

We called in today for our breakfast. We both had the breakfast in a box and it was amazing. I rung ahead to pre order and our food was ready exactly when they said it would be. They were more than happy to swap items (my wife doesn't like tomatoes so asked for mushrooms). The whole thing was beautiful and was washed down with a really good cup of coffee. Well worth the money and we will definitely be going again

Really good food. I ordered a mighty meat pizza with spicy beef and it was really filling and delicious. The calzones are really good aswell. Would definitely recommend this place for food and price.

ordered 3 times from here as it is in our range when searching on just eat only every time I've been to get the food off the driver I've been warned they don't really deliver here and they probably won't again to which my reply was I'd make your delivery radius smaller then!!! don't worry we won't trouble you again

Sent me no water and sent 7up and diet Pepsi as a replacement. Tried to phone up to ask what was going on. They put me in a automated que after 10 minutes hung up. Great service don't you think. Also the pizzas were rubbish. Do not order from here!

Started ordering food from here and am SO glad I did! Staff are always friendly and welcoming, and are willing to accommodate requests - no need to stick to the (admittedly extensive) menu! Food is always prepared quickly and always tastes amazing - I am now happy to call myself a regular customer!
