Corner Bistro in Aberdeenshire

On a very wet day we were recommended to come here and were not disappointed. Warm and friendly welcome, excellent service and delicious lunch. Akira and Carol both attended to little details without asking - ie Carol serving an extra large portion of chips when I declined other veg that were on the menu (brother in law pleased to help me out!) and Akira giving my sister a takeaway box as she couldn't manage the whole of her panini. Brillliant. I live in Devon so may not be passing through again but would wholeheartedly recommend visiting.

Family had popped in here about 4 weeks ago, without me, wife suggested we go to the Corner Bistro for lunch, road trip from Udny, and well worth a visit to MacDuff, The Corner Bistro, 1 Market Street, excellent Food cooked to order by Carol, Brilliant Service from Akira, with a touch of humour thrown in, the sweets are to die for (Raspberry and Chocolate Sponge) very clean great prices, and we will go back Thank you for a great Lunch

This is the second time we have visted this Bistro.Both time we had excellent friendly service with great food. The highlights today were the creamy mushroom soup and the very tasty "Paradise cake", Extremely good value for money, worth driving the sixty miles for every time!!

This is s super little cafe - off the main road through Macduff, just across from the aquarium. Good menu selection - breakfast, lunches, coffees etc. Great value for money, lovely owners and is child friendly - and dog friendly. The cafe also does takeaways - bacon rolls, coffees, fish and chips etc. Recommended.

Previous reviews praised the fish and chips. They were accurate…. best we have had in years. Go early for lunch as table space limited.

We found this place by chance, staff are very friendly and look after you and the fish and chips is amazing!

Went here for lunch after visiting the Macduff Aquarium with grandkids in the morning. Booked a table as it is not huge, it's near the aquarium and the aquarium has no cafe. Enjoyed excellent fish & chips, while the kids had a great choice of cooked food or snacks. Our older grandson then demolished a 'yummy slice of coffee & walnut cake'. Definitely worth a visit.

A most excellent lunch with a decent price. The home made tomato soup was some of the best I have had in a very long time! Pleasant surroundings - not superb or ostentatious, but definitely ‘homey’ and welcoming.

Perfect place to stop for a bite to eat or drinks. Very friendly staff and going above and beyond making my children very happy! They were given little Christmas bags with chocolates and sweets inside a very nice touch! The food was yummy and drinks too! Very well priced! Very clean and attractive place to come and visit!
