Went for lunch and we were really impressed with the food and atmosphere. Great service from Abby and David who were both very friendly and attentive. Would recommend to anyone.

We had lunch here today with another couple and our well behaved border collie 🙂 We all chose from the 2 meals for £12.49 menu and must say it was so good. All meals came out together on hot plates and food lovely and hot. It was so good, the plates were completely empty when collected! Not been to this pub for a long time but we will be back fairly soon. Only negative thing i can say is the dog friendly area is not really adequate it only has 3 tables. We were on one, the others were used by a single person working on a lap top and a couple on the other - neither had dogs, which isn’t a problem but perhaps increase the area a bit. We will be back regardless, Thank you.

Wanted a cheap meal for 5 people to save cooking at home..Plenty of parking space but remember to enter your registration at the bar else you get a nasty letter and fine.......Good food and drink and not too busy inside. Vegetarian choices limited but sufficient..Excellent service by waitress who was efficient and friendly throughout..Not the cheapest place to eat but price reasonable overall.. part of the bar area is used for snooker tables etc which detracts from a family feel when busy...look out for offers on the Green King website and use discount cards where possible.... Left feeling full and happy and will certainly return...Well Done to all the team.

Went to the Corn Exchange for Dad's 87th birthday. Victoria was attentive and really looked after us, took all our orders and made a fuss of Dad.

So polite and kind ! Absolutely love this place . I come here evry 3 days and it never disappoints the bar and like family and treat me and the children proper well ! Also so brilliant with dogs and ankmals so king and have there own menu

I found this pub by accident. Drove past many tines but did not go in. Just by chance my wife said let's try it. We have not looked back since. The service is excellent, friendly staff, and a good family atmosphere. It has become one of our regular venues now. The food is excellent for the money and a good size meal. Well worth a try folks.

Had a family Birthday meal this evening . All were beautiful and hot. Presented lovely. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Not one negative which is very different from last time we visited. Excellent value for money. Will definitely return. Thank you.

What a great establishment excellent service and friendly . The place was clean and very well managed . The food was outstanding it was hot and delicious .I would highly recommend this place . I have never had a meal like this was cooked to perfection . Will be returning again .

The Corn Exchange is a lovely local place to travel to in order to enjoy friendly staff, clean and well presented premises with well priced meals with menu's discounted from Monday to Friday. My wife and l enjoy meals at least twice a week and their Hunters chicken is the best in the area. Trust me, my wife eats nothing else. These premises are close to the Merryhill shopping centre, Brierley Hill and are certainly worth a visit.

Great place to hang out with friends. Affordable drink and food and friendly regulars, as well as staff. Joe and Chloe are especially nice and are great with customers.

My partner, child and I came and enjoyed the food so much we would come back again the staff was great and that food was fantastic!

Thought I’d give the place a try again since new management and family like the place. Wh had a family birthday meal food and as spot on and fast to say we their was loads in the pub but the new manager lets pub down with his attitude and the way he walks around the pub constantly watching you but not very friendly, had drinks done by him and he has a attitude slamming the glasses towards you definitely a miss now and won’t bring my custom back such a shame

Pub was very busy because of the football but they managed to find an extra seat for us when we had another family member join us. Food came quickly and was tasty and hot. They replaced some of the wings as they were well done and got them out before we finished out main meals. Good food. Good quality. Good price. Good service. Nice atmosphere during and after the game. Thank you to all the staff.

We have been visiting the Corn Exchange regularly for over as year to meet good friends for Lunch On our last visit parking restrictions had been introduced for the first time. We did not spot any signs in the car park and only when we had got in and settle and ordering our drinks did I see the screen on the bar. On asking the Batman he confirmed we now had to register our car number plates which we duly did. We were not told the stay duration was only two hours!! As a result both ourselves one our friends got a parking fine for overstaying. It is virtually impossible to meet friends for a drink and lunch in 2 hours there as you have to queue at the bar for drinks, and again when ordering starters, again for mains and also sweet. Then finally queuing to pay. The meal delivery is not that fast either. That said the food is wholesome and reasonably priced and the reason we keep coming back. As well as the convenience of the location for both. Now very expensive with the added fine. 2 hours is totally insufficient time

Loved this place could always take our very well behaved dog and enjoyed the meals very much. There was only few tables by bar then. Massive pub lots of room for people who don't like dogs. Unfortunately went in today 11.04.24 to be told only coupla tables by toilets now take dogs. No way so will relectantly find elsewhere to go.

This pub is definitely not dog friendly, you get pushed into a noisy area with tv screens, pool playing and swearing grown men. My elderly mother had to sit on a high seat that was very uncomfortable for her.The pub is very clicky with its regulars and we had to wait behind these regulars just to let the staff we had arrived for our booking. We were originally seated at a table in the carpeted area only 2 be moved to the area previously mentioned as 'oh you've got a dog with you'!! YES as per my booking details!! Re- queue for drinks and then re-queue to order food. The food, when it finally arrived after being served twice with someone elses food was mediocre and bland. I'll never visit again, there are much nicer places that actually welcome you and your pet.

Disappointed, been regularly coming every 6 weeks for the past year with friends and their small dog, always sat to the left of entrance away from the games area, until today when we were informed because we have a dog with us we now need to sit in the games area. Sorry but this is a noisy area with pool games and TVs screening football which is something we don't need when dinning with friends.

Came here as local to family for a birthday meal and was advised food is nice theirs a good chef but think the chef or chefs have left due to how awful food was the steak was over cooked, chips rock hard and crunchy like they were left their for ages will not come back had a free desert and obviously been sat for ages and was all melted

Went for a Family meal out and all of our meals were spot on and couldn't fault them and steak done spot on and great service

Another very enjoyable night at the Corn Quiz, the hosts Danni and Aaron do an amazing job and all of the staff are lovely and helpful. The team do such a lot of fun charity events throughout the year raising money for macmillan. We had dinner for five aswell tonight, all meals were spot on.

I’d not been in over 20 years. Came for a meal with my bestie. Place was spotless (as were the toilets 🫶🏻). Warm welcome, fast service, very attentive. Ordered the rump steak. Cooked as requested and was lovely. Good selection of drinks. A few people were in eating/socialising. Would defo go again next time I’m back down. Would recommend 😁

I came here Thursday for food with family and had such a good meal. After reading reviews we had mixed feeling about the place but my oh my the food was perfect and hot and I asked bar The staff to pass. The best thing was the food was hot. The pie and mash looked so unappetising the mash was grey,asked for extra gravy, never came. A thimble full of pirri pirri sauce with my chicken. Hubby wanted chicken burger they had None!!!!!! Never come again

With only 4.5hrs noticed I went into the corn exchange and notified them that we would possibly be having 20-25 people turn up at 6 pm for a birthday meal to which the manager was a little bit worried but soon let us know that he would try his best to accommodate us which when we did turn up they certainly did so fair play to the manager as always an absolute legend thank you so much.A little background as to why we gave such short notice, On the 29th November 2021 was the hardest day of our life as we had to switch off ventilators and I watched the father-in-law pass away due to covid. over the next couple of months, times were hard and January 14th, 2022 was the funeral where we had to say goodbye once again as you can imagine our heads haven't been in the right frame of mind but we knew that to celebrate his birthday with as many people as we could get together would make what would have been his birthday that little bit easier and what better place than his favorite pub/restaurant.Last night we shared stories, laughed, and watched the kids go a little crazy which is exactly what my father in law would have loved to have seen so thank you once again for what was a beautiful evening, and sorry for the short notice our heads just haven't been in the right place but you made yesterday truly memorable.To anyone thinking of visiting here the food is great and the prices are very reasonable, as with green king pubs you can order direct from the app, yes some staff could do with smiling a little bit more but no place is perfect.

Had excellent service from Josh and the team today. Visited with 2 toddlers and 2 young children with a friend for lunch before a cinema trip. Josh engaged lovely with the kids and was able to recommend dishes from the main menu after some dishes were unavailable. The kids eat for a £1 was a nice surprise which we were informed at when ordering and will encourage me to visit again as it makes it a cost effective trip.

Delightful experience as always here at the Corn Exchange. Went for a quick lunch today before the school run and staff were lovely and friendly. They always are whenever I go in to be honest.App extremely easy to use to order food, so we didn't even have to leave the fancy booth we sat in.For anyone following slimming world staff are more than happy to adapt meals (you can even order a jacket potato, salad and beans for less than £5. So I can still go out and be a good girl!)Very impressed by the Xmas decor and atmosphere inside. We have visited here many times and enjoy sitting outside in the summer too. Plus the discos at the end of the Month are great!Very family friendly and you can take your dog too.... even your pet owl!Highly recommended. 5 stars

We visited tonight as my family had arranged a surprise meal for my 40th birthday. We pre ordered food as there was over 20 of us eating. The food came out all together, was hot and very nice! No issues at all. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Josh. Have seen him there before on previous visits and what an amazing job he does! Very happy with the service tonight and will defo be visiting again soon.

Popped in on a Sunday evening after reading the positive reviews, had mains and desert.We had enchiladas / Mexican steak with chilli / cherry Bakewell / marshmallow chocolate cheesecake.Drinks were cheap and tasted fine, we both enjoyed the food and were full after eating. Only negative was that spring onions were put on the steak meal and it's not listed on the menu as having them ( I can't eat onion after having covid for some strange reason :) ). But apart from that it was a really nice meal.Surprised how cheap the food and drinks are, and ordering from the green king app was fast and easy.We will return, and seeing the entertainment nights they have planned we both look forward to it.

Every time we visit The Corn Exchange the atmosphere and the food are incredible. You are greeted as you walk through the door and the staff are so friendly. The food is always cooked perfectly and great value for money, the same as the drinks. With a cosy interior and a lovely outdoor seating area, the pub can be enjoyed in all weather. Our server was Josh and his wit and charm made for excellent conversation in between service and eating. Always a pleasure when he is in.

Visit quite often nowadays whether with my partner, couple friends or a few of us from work have a drink. Amazing service, friendly people. Josh serves us a lot and we think he’s so lovely. Always a good chat and a laugh with him! Definitely becoming our regular stop for a drink and food. Love the music on, love the food and drinks. Sex on the beach cocktail is my fav!
