Copper Haandi in Richmond upon Thames

One of the Best & Authentic North Indian Restaurant I have ever visited. The starters Copper Flames platter was full of flavours and juicy. Enjoyed Every bit of it. Amritsari fish was too good. Lamb Chops were the best. We will recommend it 100% and will visit again. Every thing we ordered was cooked to a high standard and perfection. Dal Makhani & Butter chicken with Lacha Paranta & garlic Naan were a perfect combination. Ambience was excellent and staff and Owner were very cordial and hospitable.

Was so pleased to return to the wonderful Copper Handi Nepalese restaurant in Powdermill Lane, Whitton, Hounslow.The Food and Service was great as usual. Best restaurant for milesxxx

I ordered the Chicken Tikka and Chicken Biriyani today and I must say, one of the best that I've ever had. The chicken in the Chicken Tikka was perfectly juicy and it went well with the fried onions and the masala. The Biriyani was made with the perfect spice level as requested. Overall great food. Highly recommend!

Timely but it ends there how can butter chicken and chicken tikka masala look and taste the same ? Mushroom rice with lettuce ? Really disappointing, 2 stars is generous

Cuando llegó la factura y le presentamos al propietario nuestro cupón de descuento, le dijo a nuestro grupo que si supiera que teníamos un cupón de descuento no nos habría dado una mesa, ya que habría ganado más dinero con otra persona. Finalmente aceptó honrar el cupón, pero luego nos dijo que debido a esto no éramos elegibles para el programa de comer fuera para ayudar, que creo que es ilegal, ya que él cumplió con todos los demás clientes. Lamentablemente, este es un establecimiento que está más interesado en su propio bolsillo que en la experiencia de los comensales, lo que se vio reforzado por el hecho de que nuestro grupo tuvo que informar constantemente al personal de los alimentos faltantes de cada plato. Lo que podría haber sido una buena noche se estropeó por una gestión orientada al dinero.

Had a good meal here several times and not been disappointed with anything on all visits. When myself and the wife visited on a humid evening in August I asked for a glass of tap water with ice for my wife and the gentleman also put the air con on.

Had yet another lovely meal at my favourite Indian restaurant. Fantastic service and delicious food. What more can you want?

Went to my favourite Indian restaurant with my friend. Was a busy night but the service was as good as ever. Was disappointed to get a different side dish than the one I asked for. Ordered Brinjal Bhaji(which I always order) and got some other Aubergine dish I didn't like. I did query this and said I didn't like the smokey taste and I hoped they would have replaced it. Alas No! Was a bit disappointed as I don't usually have any problems with the food there. Would still recommend as the food is very good.

By far the best Indian takeaway we've had in this area. Food is authentic and absolutely delicious. The staff are always so lovely and extra helpful,even adapting recipes for us. Nothing is too much trouble!

Dinner with old friends on a Saturday evening. Shared starters and drinks all round, main course with rice, naan and veg side dishes worked out to about £25 each. The owner is a very pleasant and helpful man, as are his staff.

Disappointed after hearing good reviews about this restaurant. My meal was tasteless although my husband said his was ok. Much better food when it was 'The Annapurna'

Just had a takeaway curry from the Copper Handi. Absolutely delicious. Please try it! The vegetarian options are also great.

It’s best Indian restaurant I have tryed very good food absolutely fantastic I been here now almost every tueasday night I love the food I recommend all the whitton people to try it staff is fab I read some people says not enough food beleive me you get more than every other Indian in the whitton 5 star to them see you next Tuesday xxx

Visited twice in the last fortnight and on both occasions you couldn’t fault the food or the service! Having eaten here for many years under previous ownership, I’m pleased to say the quality of food, the portion size and the service hasn’t changed. The waiter still remembers our drinks order on arrival, always a nice touch. Our most recent visit was with friends, their faces when eating said it all - delicious! My only criticism, the restaurant is far too bright. Please dim the lights. Leave bright lights for work canteens and closing time in nightclubs, not a restaurant. Lighting sets the ambiance.

Another wonderful meal at my local Nepalese restaurant. Great food,good service and a relaxing atmosphere. Always look forward to coming here for a lovely meal. Can recommend sizzling shish kebabs starter,onion pakoras. Lamb Rogan Josh makes a tasty main.

We have just returned from Copper Haandi and had the most wonderful meal. Fabulous curries and the free amuse bouche of chickpeas and salad was fab. This chef can cook wonderful curries. Please go - you will not be disappointed.
