We are regulars here for many years, we have bought our friends and family here who are now regulars too! The food is delicious and authentic. Basu the restaurant manager and Mohammed and the rest of the team here are so hospitable, friendly and are the reason we always come back. Customer service at its best. Copper Chimney, a restaurant that serves Northern Indian food. The Masala paneer was super spicy compared to other Indian places but it was nice as the paneer was firm yet soft. I almost gave this dish up because the menu said it was cottage cheese instead of paneer. It was paired with roomali roti which is thin like a wrap like those duck pancake ones but a little thicker with browned dots here and there. Overall nice but on the spicy side. The receipt was interesting as there was a note "do not make" under the drinks so I wonder if it was the reason why the drink took so long. The menu seems to be more extensive a few years ago.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Happy Hour Policy Manager dependera very rude Dear I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent incident involving the denial of happy hour prices for by manager, dependra 2nd of August 2024 According to manager, they were denied the benefit of the happy hour pricing that your restaurant advertises. The reason given was that they did not explicitly announce their intention to avail the happy hour offer upon ordering. I believe this policy is unreasonable and discriminatory. Your restaurant advertises happy hour specials during specific times, which implies that these prices are applicable to all customers during those hours. Requiring customers to verbally announce their desire to take advantage of the offer creates an unnecessary hurdle and is not clearly communicated to customers. You charged £ 11 service charge but unable to announce happy hours and manger was very rude in front of my family I expect your establishment to honor the advertised happy hour prices to all customers during the designated happy hour period without requiring any additional stipulations. I would appreciate a prompt response to this complaint and a resolution to the matter. Sincerely, I also advised to other customers be careful before visiting happy hours you have to ask them and call the manager same time so both waiter and manager can't deny They are big liars They can charge you services charge but unble to announce Very bad experience just because of staff are unprofessional and do not like to explain the guest

Totally overrated indian fine dinning in London. I like indian cuisine, ate indian dishes in nearly 20 cities including India,Middle east and whole UK. But this is over hyped! Only ambience is fine.Rest of all categories are just very average. Food taste, Food portion, Food price /value for money absolutely rubbish. Just dessert items are Good category. I think their reviews are paid! These type of foods should not get more than 2/2.5 star!

Ordered several different chast dishes which were nice but a little dry. Not enough chutney esp in the aloo tikki chaat. Tried a paratha from the The new Mango menu. Disappointing as just a plain paratha with mango pickle purée spread on top! Hardly justifies £4.95! Just a note for the restaurant waiters on a hygiene level. They need to handle glasses from the side of a glass not the top!

Very small portions. Bland tasting dishes and very overpriced. A £20 prawn curry had 6-7 supermarket sized large prawns in it ! Won’t be returning

A feast of authentic Indian food. Catered brilliantly for a gluten free and a vegetarian amongst the six of us. Service was impeccable. And it is so convenient for Shepherd's Bush station.

We were disappointed with the Copper Chimney. We basically didn’t like any of the food! The samosa had way too much coriander / cumin seasoning, the cauliflower was kind of tasteless, tandoori sweet potato was way too spicy. While in London, we at three Indian restaurants. This one, by far, was the worst. I wouldn’t go back.

Copper Chimney is by far the BEST Indian food I’ve ever had! We ordered the Lamb stew, Samosas with peas and potatoes and garlic Nan bread. Everything was amazing. The atmosphere is fun being able to watch some of the food preparation. Our waitress was excellent! She was there to answer any questions, was on it with drinks, nan refills and desert recommendations. She really was amazing. Thank you Prapti.

Average experience. Had to return the Bhuna Ghost, it was bland with no taste. The Duty Manager was rude, and arrogant. Will not be going back in a hurry to Copper Chimney. Food was very average.

My friend and I went for dinner. We were extremely disappointed with the service. When our two portions of rice came, they were served in bowls that were chipped. The chicken in the curry was burned and the naan bread was also burned. We have been to the restaurant many times previously and the food was good and service okay. We have decided following our last experience that we will not be going there again. Money is hard to come by, so when you go out to eat, you want a good experience. They need to throw their chipped and broken bowls away. They are not sending out a good message to their customers.

Good service and starters were good especially the chaat and lamb kebabs.The butter chicken,panner masala,daal and veg were poor.Lamb curry was decent.Other than the server who did a good job,it was a poor meal, especially looking at the price.Highly not recommended.

Not a good experience with delayed serving food, not good for value for money. Lot of room for improvement I must say as the taste of food was pretty ordinary

A very different Indian restaurant, contemporary but just as delicious as the old favourites. Tried something different Saffron shrimps. They were delicious as well as the wonderful Lamb Rogan Josh. Disappointed in the little choice of wine; No pinot grigio by the glass, No cider or orange juice. Drinks were expensive! However, service was great by the young man Laxman. Lovely atmosphere, great location in Westfield and although it was expensive; £20 per curry, I would recommend for a special evening and visit again when in West London.

I was expecting Dishoom and ended up disappointed. Restaurant doesn’t seem to have any heating? Which made for an unpleasant experience. Our curry was undercooked so the lamb was tough and maybe it was personal taste, but the dhal was runny and had no flavour. Staff tried to deliver high end service, were friendly but not excellent.

Copper Chimney's fiery flavours danced on my tongue, each bite was a vibrant explosion. The ambiance whispered India, warm and inviting. Service bloomed like jasmine, attentive and genuine. My belly's happy, my heart's full. A must-try!

Very expensive for what you get, and the workers seem stretched and focusing on the larger tables of customers. Really nice decor and ambience but can get similar for cheaper elsewhere. One dish to share and two coke’s comes to £30+ ….

Don't generally like visiting restaurants in shopping centres however we were going to an event in Bush Hall and found this restaurant. First thing we both noticed were the staff. Very professional...how nice. Food was very good too...chickpea curry is delicious.

Went on a very quite Monday at about 6pm. One or two issues with service, including adding service charge and a donation of some sort without mentioning before charging and also adding VAT separate to the menu price which was cheeky. However, more importantly, the food was average, at best. If you’re use to spicy, flavoursome Asian food then this definitely is not the place to go. It is also VERY expensive: our bill for two came to almost £100 and neither of us ate that much as we weren’t that hungry and the portions are very small, including the naan bread which was half the size of other restaurants I’ve been to! I’ve attached a receipt in case of help.

Awful cold food. Sent our entire meal for 3 back as it was cold, they simply served the same cold food to us later on. So strange. We asked for fresh rice and even that was cold, they did give us new bread and that was burnt! When we asked why they hadn’t heated it up the manger was sent and he treated us badly. He said do you want it heated up again to which we replied, you didn’t heat it up last time. The sad thing is that they didn’t care at all, obviously doing well with trade flowing from the mall that they can treat people badly and still have a business.

Could not fault the starters but the main dishes arrived warmish (tepid) and sent back only to be returned still just about warm. So food sent back a second time but still unacceptable. Costing nearly £20 a main dish, should not be tepid. Staff tried to resolve but failed.

En skøn detalje. Hertil mango lassie, som vi finder som den bedste drik sammen med krydret indisk mad. Retten var langt fra stærk, og de fine søde nuancer i retten trådte frem på bedste vis. Vi har smagt butter chicken mange stedet rundt omkring i verden. Hos Copper Chimney fik vi en af de bedste, som vi har smagt.

Really enjoyed the starter and mains but I think it would be useful to have some salad with the curry (like pnions, tomatoes and cucumber) because otherwise it doesn't feel quite right.
