Cooplands Saltburn by the Sea in Redcar and Cleveland

As soon as I spot a Cooplands I’m straight in as it reminds me of the shops in Scarborough & Acomb I would visit as a child!! Great quality bakery at excellent prices, it’s a pity that so many are closed down now.

The most rude ignorant member of staff we’ve ever come across and we’ve been using cooplands since we can remember. 1530 on sat 30 jan. Have a word with that rude woman. In all the north of England we’ve never met a rude member of your staff. Until just now

Great food, reasonably priced and great service.

Ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich which when received contained no bacon. The ham salad sandwich we ordered contained no salad and instead little hairs. Not impressed and won't be going back

Excellent value for money and a great cup of tea. Staff very friendly I travel around North Yorkshire a lot during the summer and have visited several all are good but I think Saltburn's Cooplands is the best in my experience. So far ?

Every morning bacon roll and a latte coffee for £2.15 .The girls are always very happy and helpful and professional

Cooplands are a very professional outfit! Lots of choice, ok some items are better value for money than others, however their meal deal lunch does take a bit of beating. Worth stocking up your picnic hamper and heading off to the beach!

Cakes and sandwiches good cheap snacks. Pastries not quite upto Gregg's standards, steak bake was just gravy and no steak

Cooplands have the best jam tarts, both lemon or red berry, than any other bakery or supermarket version I've ever tried...and I've tried a lot! And I love their filled rolls made fresh to order. 😀

Visited the cooplands while in Saltburn. We have visited their other sites in Whitby and Scarborough also. Excellent value for money food and friendly staff.

good food value if you are with your family. sandwiches made up from fresh. cheese straws are lovely. the cakes so many choices.

The best cake and pie shop in Saltburn. The only problem is they sell out of most cakes between 10 and 11 am.

In the middle of Station Street, it's right at the centre of the town. Great choice of pizza slices, pasties and 'baked', all served hot.

Popped in here on a recent visit to Saltburn by the Sea. Located on the main shopping street with parking close by. Good service from the staff and plenty of hot pasties and sausage rolls on offer as well as cakes and sandwiches. Good value and warmed us up on a cold day.

Lovely staff . Well mannered serving quality food . Recommend the wholemeal scotch buns.
