Cooplands in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Cream slices. These use to be my 2nd favourite of all cream slices behind another bakery. Not had one for about a year and bought one today, how disappointed I was, it must be cut backs but it was nothing like they use to be. The pastry was very thin like paper and just fell apart nothing like it use to be, the cream just fell off the pastry and so did the icing. Afraid I wouldn't recommend these anymore and won't be buying again. very very disappointed 😞

Went in this morning, display of cakes looked so colourful and inviting. Staff really friendly.

I go here nearly everyday and all the staff are lovely

Twice on the occasion we went into this shop, staff quiet rude and they don’t seem to have sausages or bacon cooking early Sunday which I understand they do run out but never let customers know, the cooplands I worked in we use to tell customers sorry bacon/ sausage will be ready in however long so customers knew and it was there choice either to wait or stay

Stale bread, aloof staff and they don't open on time

No continuity with Cooplands. Monday goes to one branch. Large bacon sausage and tomato. 3 sausage 3 bacon and tomatoes (not cheap but nice) Wed, same order different branch. This time 2 sausage 2 bacon and tomatoes. When I asked about it. I was told that's how it is. So basically I'm paying for just a large bread cake, not a large sandwich... I've found that with most cooplands shops. Depends which way the wind is blowing.

Sutton Park shop and staff are absolutely great.. friendly... helpful... and smile a lot. It's a pleasure to visit the shop...

What need when you want it all the staff have very BIG smiles on their FACES

Short lighthaired bob woman is vile.would you like a side of gob with that? Why is it even still there? She is truley discusting to customers lack of hygiene and she clearly has no customer skills.suggest the one in bransholme center short walk away if you can.
