Cooplands in East Riding of Yorkshire

Seriously - don't bother. Don't think just because there are more staff than customers that you'll be served in a timely manner - walk in and it's like cockroaches , they all scurry off out of the way. Choose another shop that appreciates & deserves your custom is my advice.

I visit regularly as it's very local, nice selection of savoury snacks cakes etc. staff have always been pleasant and friendly.

Two absolute clowns work in there on a Sunday morning... cannot get am order right.. asked for a sausage and mushroom sandwich..no mushrooms.. also sign said.order a sandwich get a coffee for 55p..but no...she said i ordered the coffee too later... what 20 seconds after I ordered sandwiches..so got changed for mushrooms none in and extra 1,50 for a coffee for not ordering 20 seconds sooner... absolutely shocking

Nice staff. Every pie tastes the same... some sort of meat paste stuff, even the cheese!

Ok sandwich’s but some of the staff move at the pace of a snail. I wouldn’t recommend going in on your lunch break if 4 or more people are waiting,

Cooplands is always good value, with the bonus that the coffee is also very good quality. I like the Hedon branch, friendly and helpful.

I sometimes come here and get a large bacon and sausage with tomato sauce from here, and sometimes a couple months ago they charge me more than £3.10 wich is the price of it but they charged me a little bit more (extra 30p)

Good products, excellent service and staff.

Service is appalling, three people walked out while I was there, they weren't prepared to wait. Two people serving, one cutting up food (don't know what it was but nobody was asking for it) and another eating a bacon sandwich in the back. When we had a shop the customers always came first.

Food was okay. Staff where pretty ignorant.

One of the best bakery lattes you can get definitely and the bargain £2 deal for a drink and a sausage sandwich is amazing! Staff are lovely and efficient.

Just been into Couplands in hedon. Older person in front of me paid by cash. He was asked if he had a credit card but didn't. The assistant took cash and gave him lose money in change. Wasn't wearing gloves didn't wash her hands before serving me picked up cakes for myself then proceeded to step bac when I paid by card. As staff they were not trying to adere to the 2 meter recommendation. Thanks.

Worst shop in Hedon. It needs a separate counter for sandwiches. If you need anything but sandwiches you have to wait an eternity to get served. There priority is serving sandwiches.

Polite staff but very slow! Have to keep repeating order to them and they still get it wrong!
