Can't go wrong with Cooplands, love the food and drinks.

if I could post a photo of my bacon and sausage sandwich that I got this morning it would be the most disgusting photo you have seen, I went to take it back and the staff was really rude and wouldn’t help. the sausages looked like over cooked shriveled up skin. The bacon look like a slice of black burnt fat. honestly thought cooplands was better then this but I’m very disappointed

Came across country from morecambe to Bridlington for an Xmas break. Came across this little gem. The cakes are the best I've tasted. Wish I had time left to go back for the pasties and pies! Would highly recommend this bakery

Great food, great staff, reasonable prices.

One female member of staff very rude sunday morning when we called in. Unpleasant, unfriendly , quite obnoxious when asked about blue light discount she abruptly highlighting you have to request a discount before ordering. Might be a good idea to have a sign in the shop to stop the unpleasant rude attitude towards customers. Forget the 20p discount i wont be going back, without customers staff wouldnt have jobs might be good to remember that.

Very rude staff wanted a yum yum but refused to open a bag never any problems in previous cooplands was only here for the day won't be going again

Loved the sandwiches The curd tart and carrot muffin are best and highly recommended The staff is lovely and helpful. There is always fresh stuff as they sell out by the end of the day Packing a ton of food and taking back home 😊

Rude elderly woman stood about gossiping rather than acknowledging customers waiting.

Wasn’t great at all, the staff was really rude and spoke to u like rubbish. The cheese and ham toastie was a small portion and wasn’t enough and the salad was just shoved on the plate and just looked really messy. When my food was done after waiting 15/20 mins the plate was slammed and shoved in front of me and didn’t even get “ enjoy it “ or anything like that. Won’t be visiting this cafe again

Kids love the sausage rolls although seem to get smaller everytime we visit.

Good food a bit dear for some items

After refurbishment & COVID it was good to be able to return to the 'Secret Garden Cafe' & enjoy lunch. Value good, staff good.

Staff do not wear masks despite the 'rules' require them.

This place has got amazing sandwiches, well, everything is amazing especially the sandwiches and the vanilla slices.

Absolutely stunning tasty food. I had a beef and onion hot sandwich and I've never tasted beef like it! Attentive, friendly staff too.... Highly recommended 👍

Food ok, staff always chatting to each other making customers wait, and never opens in a morning on time some time nearly 10mins late. Sorry

If I could post a photo of my large bacon sandwich it would definitely just be a picture of a roll and bacon fat in there , purely terrible for some one to eat if you don't like fat , I really don't understand why there is 2 cooplands in the distance of 8 buildings apart not good quality unfortunately sorry

Would like to thank Rebecca Kelly coral been using the sandwich shop over 2 years I come every day apart from sat and Sunday but can I say they are lovely ladies who always serve u with a smile u end up leaving the shop happy big shout out to them there a great asset to your company thanks for there service

Dont know what they've done to their chicken bakes lately, but the salt amount is absolutely atrocious. I can eat one and feel very sick... Biting in to them feels like I'm biting in to salt and nothing else, plus at £1.50 per bake, there isnt much filling to these, just flakes and salt.

A lovely place to go when in need of a light bite when shopping. Nice staff too.

Great bakery lovely cafe upstairs

Very good value for money. Lovely tea cakes with lots of butter.

Good range of baked goods and freshly made sandwiches. The Secret Garden restaurant upstairs is very good for everything from a quick cuppa to a hot lunch, though there can be a wait at lunchtime. Cards accepted at the restaurant, but the shop is cash only.

Slow slow service for what tasted like tinned food reheated in the microwave and staff with major attitude problems, won't go back.
