Cool Beans Cafe in Torridge

Fantastic ambiance and made to feel very welcome. The food was incredible, really good value and one of the best meals out we’ve had in a long time. Thank you for your great hospitality and for making us feel so welcome.

After visiting Costa Afinity a few times, I had noticed one specific staff member who was extremely inappropriate and always seems to be belittling her other colleagues. I find it extremely offensive as she had once used a rasist word in front of another colleague and after finding out she’s the STORE MANAGER I was completely speechless. It’s not the first time I had been to this store and felt uncomfortable. Besides this one certain person the OTHER staff members are as lovely as ever and always seem to be willing to help out whenever they can. In the near future I hope they can find a replacement for this store manager who is more professional in what they do.

Excellent food really tasty snd cooked well, the Doner meat is really tasty, not tasted a kebab this tasty for years, and the meats not full of cereal. T he portions are plentiful. Great value for money.
