Last Thursday, I ordered a Black Forest hot chocolate and specifically requested it be made extra hot with a foil lid to keep it warm. However, by the time I reached my car, removed the foil, and went to sip my drink, it was lukewarm. Despite the staff assuring me it was extra hot, it wasn't.
