Cool Beans Cafe in Torridge

Fantastic ambiance and made to feel very welcome. The food was incredible, really good value and one of the best meals out we’ve had in a long time. Thank you for your great hospitality and for making us feel so welcome.

Last Thursday, I ordered a Black Forest hot chocolate and specifically requested it be made extra hot with a foil lid to keep it warm. However, by the time I reached my car, removed the foil, and went to sip my drink, it was lukewarm. Despite the staff assuring me it was extra hot, it wasn't. Perhaps the staff should focus more on meeting customer expectations rather than chatting about non-work-related topics."
