Hussain and Zane were wonderful, amazing service!! The food was absolutely wonderful my cookie dough was to die for and the Oreo shake was an absolute slayyyyy!!

Tried to pre-order on their website. Our order went through. Couple hours later I received a message saying that cookies and cream had failed to accept our order and it had been cancelled. We tried to ring up and received no answer. Our payment was refunded and did actually get refunded but what a waste of time!

Victory served me and my friend today and was so nice, the food was amazing and his service was immaculate. Fantastic

So got food delivered from here didn't even order it so I tried ring to amend the driver mistake no answer 20 missed call

there was an issue with the waffle machine but instead of letting us know, they chose to send us two completely different items that we didn't want! Shocking, have asked for a refund.

Ordered 4 scoops of ice cream, which cost nearly £9. They only sent 2 scoops of a flavour that I didn’t even order. Tried calling several times and it seems they have blocked my number. Avoid at all costs. Do not order from here.

Vile food. Vile service. Vile experience. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from here. You won’t get your order, whatever you do get is cold, small, and sour - and don’t think for a second that you’ll be able to contact them. They don’t answer their phone, in fact, they turn it off! Cookies and cream used to make nice desserts, and I never let one bad experience put me off, but this isn’t the first time nor the second. A 5 item order, clearly printed on the receipt stapled to the bag, but only 1 item in there - as above cold, small and sour. Myself and my partner have called over 15 times to no avail. I’m now being directed to an answer machine stating that the number is not recognised. We haven’t even spoken with them. Disgusting food and service. They don’t deserve your money.

Ignorant place doesn’t answer phone when needed! Second time they have got my order wrong. Useless and delivery drivers are no help either. Would not recommend this place at all. Delivery time is completely wrong aswell. 1st order they gave a waffle instead of crepe. 2nd time now forgot to pack my 2 cookie doughs !! how can you forget 2 boxes in my order. Ridiculous

We have loved Cookies and Cream and have bought from here many times but the prices have gone up, the portions are crazily small. The cookie dough is less than 1cm thick and doesn’t cover the base of the container. Not worth the money any more which is a shame.

Socking delivery time. Took an hour and forty minutes to deliver. Waffle was stale and soggy. Lacked sauce and toppings. Missed off my strawberries that I paid for.

One of the photos is mine the other is my daughters. We ordered on Uber Eats and it was definitely not worth the price. You expect a full portion of Cookie Dough not almost half missing and it was as flat as a pancake and RAW!! It tasted like grit, disappointing especially when I ordered extras and the presentation is just shocking. I understand in transport things can get ruined a little but not to this extent. Called up and explained all we wanted was a sorry that’s all and we didn’t even get that. Won’t order again that’s for sure.

Khalid is a great worker, very friendly and helpful. He gave amazing recommendations and i would strongly reccomend the brownies! He is a fabulous worker and very attentive!

Nothing in my order was worth eating, the ice cream had melted and the deserts were absolutely freezing. Driver told us to complain to store if any problems this was before we even opened our delivery.

Arrived over 3 hours after ordered, cold and part of the order was not what I'd ordered. Won't ever be using just eat again. They refused a refund as the order eventually turned up. Shockingly bad service. Zero stars.

Disgusting service. Took 2 hours and 40 minutes to arrive. After calling the restaurant at 8:40pm was told the order was on route it eventually turned up cookie dough cold and hard and milkshakes like water. No spoons for the cookie dough and one straw. And to top it off when speaking to the shop the guy who I spoke to was rude on the phone basically was not bothered and hung up on me. Do not order!!!!!

Pancakes were cold and expected it to come with ice cream. Milkshake tasted off. Was supposed to be Ferraro Roche tasted like banana or something.

Sundaes we're fabulous. Unfortunately they sent raspberry ripple ice cream instead of sorbet, which was meant to be for our dairy intolerant friend.

Estimated time was 21:15-21:45 and got delivered at 22:38 I rang twice and was told it’s Christmas and they have had over 100 orders what really annoyed me was that they changed the status within the estimated time which I never got the delivery and was delivered an hour later driver never apologised that he was late will never order again!! The custard was so cold!!!

We only ordered 3 items, bit of a joke. Will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed, ordered waffles & pancakes which shouldn’t take 2 hours over it due time to come. You need to remove your served hot option because not one part of this order was hot.

Ordered the strawberry and nutella waffle from here. It was nice but had a bitter edge to it. Otherwise seemed fresh.

I've just ordered off Uber eats . Tasted the cookie dough and it is undercooked and horrible. Look at the differences of the scoops of ice cream. I rang up and complained. They were absolutely clueless about it showed disrespect to me when I said I wanted a refund . Absolutely disgraceful. They said we r 40 minuets away so we cannot deliver our refund. NEVER EVER ORDERING AGAIN FROM HERE AGAIN .

Set it to be delivered at 21:30 on the website but they tried to deliver at 20:00. What’s the point of letting you choose a delivery time then

Not great… dunno what happened but before the summer this was the place to go, now they’ve gotten rid of loads of options (straw-tella waffle) and brought up the prices and everything that’s left?

Dreadful, avoid. We ordered at 8.30 and food wasn’t delivered until 10.15. Ice cream was melted and the crepes were cold and like rubber. We called to enquire as delivery was so long and was met with someone very rude saying they were busy. 2 hrs is excessive for a crepe and a piece of cheesecake. Never again.

An Uber eats favourite! Try the chocolate brownie with ice cream… wow! Waffles and cheesecakes are fantastic too but it’s usually a chocolate fix which it caters for in my case! Good service and once had an Uber eats problem but Cookies and Cream were quick to resolve. No pictures for my review because I’ve always eaten the lovely desert before I have time to take a snap!

How can you serve people food they have paid for when none of it is fresh. It costs barely nothing to fry donuts fresh. So dissapointing please fix up. I won't be ordering again ever

Who even eats a crepe cold? It was cold like it had been in the fridge??? And those donuts were not fresh it was old. I haven't eaten any of it. The whole order was a waste of money.
