City centre, on Fargate so the location is quite convenient but it's also on Fargate so there are usually plenty of interesting characters both inside and out. Food is okay and the service is not the slowest McDonald's ever. Would recommend not eating in, get out as quickly as you can.

So, every so often, I treat my dog to a plain hamburger. This is the THIRD TIME!!!! I've asked for a plain burger, nothing on it. I get home and there's sauce, mustard etc.... It's not that difficult to do a plain hamburger. it's literally a patty and a bun! I am very dissatisfied, and so is my dog 🐕 😑

We have been there many times the food is nice classic mcdonalds but the store is not clean

It's always the same at McDonald's. I arrive, order, pay, wait for my order and, in the overwhelming majority, leave satisfied. Here in Sheffield it was no different. And that's why I give five stars.

Employees handling food waste and bins and then packing orders! Should have called the FHA!

Urm, unsure which branch this is, as wasn't indicated on request for review, but hey, McDonald's chips - they'rrre scrummy (yes chips, I'm British in Britain, I once ate crocodile in Britain & it was on menu as crocodile, not mamba [Swahili for crocodile])

I had one of the worst service experiences at McDonald’s last week . The staff was rude and the overall atmosphere was chaotic. Really disappointing for such a well-known brand

Stop by transit. Was great to get the Minecraft pieces. Not sure why we don't see any of those in Canada

The very old manager, balding and grey hair. Looks like he eats sausage for breakfast if you know what I mean started randomly barking at me when I left the establishment. Very spooky. 1 star. Will return but super weird.

We could see the driver had been sent 2 miles in the opposite direction first. Even though we live a few minutes away. Which is why delivery took over an hour and was cold, when arrived. Not the drivers fault.

Didn’t even get delivered to the right house and now have 2 upset kids

The upstairs was very busy but as a family we where allowed to go downstairs and it's much nicer.

This is the second week in a row where our order from MacDonalds has failed to arrive even though they claim it has been delivered. This is the worst service I have had the misfortune to use. NEVER again will I order f rom MacDonalds. It is WRONG!!!

Went last night with my mum the women at till got oder rong did not lison to what I ordered thay all way get oders rong chips were cold not good inuff and on top food not hot and a 15 minit wate for fresh I should have got with my order and cold wen thay came

Spend 20 quid on an order. Half of it was missing. Support refused the refund. Food that did end up making it to me was room temperature. Thank you McDonald's 😊

Some of the street junkies people's staying all the time in the front door, also sometimes they come inside restaurant and ask people's for money 💰, but in general is a good atmosphere 👌, also I see couple of times the floor is dirty and lost of rubish on floor...paper...etc.🙂🙃

Often very busy, so waiting for food can take a while, but never had a problem with quality of food.

Time changed several times from the time they delivery person left the restaurant, food was cold by the time it got here, I am about 10 mins from the restaurant but delivery took well over 30 mins, not sure what happened but ruined it as it was cold when it arrived

For the 3rd time at Sheffield 2 MacDonald High street, they messed up my orders again. Yesterday I ordered burgers with milshakes & instead of milshakes they delivered waters. I went to MacDonald & manager wasn't able to help bcs too busy in kitchen. Very disappointed with mac donald service & staffs.

Absolutely unreal asked for nothing in my burger due to allergies and came with everything aswell as it all been old and stale everything gone in the bin!!!!

I appreciate the time was estimated but it should have been at the address at 4:05 it turned up at 5:05 clap cold the burger wasn’t made properly the bun was hanging out the box and was burnt! The driver called me saying he was outside he was outside the pub not work and had me walk up to him found that to be not professional especially when he was at the wrong address not me!

first placed order said 15:40 -15:50. got notifacation at 16:20 with the driver miles away from the store he was on s veiw road according to app finally arrived stone cold asked driver where he been as tracker set him else where and he replied saying order wasnt ready and walked off

Technically on time, but only because the delivery time was moved so many times. Food was stone cold and unappealing, most went in the bin. After well over an hour, I tried to call to cancel my order, but the restaurant must have been busy as the line was busy.

We order a MacDonald from tankley we spent 40 and it was cold. Food did not arrive. Delivery driver has stopped answering my calls, he got lost 3 times I tried to give him directions but he kept insisting he was at the right place even though he wasn’t. I’ve had multiple deliveries and no one has ever got lost.

Really strange atmosphere. Security on doors at night, but most tables full with people that haven’t bought anything and are just sat on a table. Buying customers can’t sit and eat their meal but loads of randoms sat around with no food or order taking up space. No security intervention. Odd

delivery driver wouldn't even attempt to come to my flat and I had to walk to fetch my delivery when I have two small children in the house. they also sent cheese bites instead of nuggets which would be fine but the girls are allergic to cheese
