Mcdonald's in Sheffield

Some knobhead security guide kicked me out because I wasn't buying anything and was waiting for my friends like get a grip pal your a security guard with no teeth x

For the 3rd time at Sheffield 2 MacDonald High street, they messed up my orders again. Yesterday I ordered burgers with milshakes & instead of milshakes they delivered waters. I went to MacDonald & manager wasn't able to help bcs too busy in kitchen. Very disappointed with mac donald service & staffs.

Rude staff specially so called manager, don't have manners and Zero customer service. Non hygienic environment. No toilets or need special permission to use it.

We order a MacDonald from tankley we spent 40 and it was cold. Food poisoning or what 😡 I have young kids and my sister a pensioner with a low immune system and she telling me that we won't get food poisoning isn't she passed her food and hygiene chicken was all over the place we didn't order two coke burgers were cold and probably someone else order that they didn't want no salt on the chips it was disgusting 😡😡😡 and she talking over me. I've worked in kitchens and you don't serves food that's cold she kept blaming it on just eat it was from tankley dosnt she realise that it uses the location on your phone. While she thinking she clever talking over me she should gives us I 40 pounds back or give us vouchers if it's going to cost a arm leg for McDonald's at least don't employ retard drivers that leave everything cold on push bikes and they do know we're mortomley is 😡😡😡 disgusting and vile looks like I'm not the only one complaining about vile cold food and things been ordered wrong then charging astrological prices least make the food decent should really gives us 40 quid back instead of been rude and talking over people need to learn about food and hygiene and cooking first before talking over me and we should have I 40 quid back 😡😡😡😡😡

Called in for the first and last time today 30th of december food and service wasnt bad but the toilets were disgraceful

Really strange atmosphere. Security on doors at night, but most tables full with people that haven’t bought anything and are just sat on a table. Buying customers can’t sit and eat their meal but loads of randoms sat around with no food or order taking up space. No security intervention. Odd

Quoted delivery time was 10-25 minutes, took 50 minutes. Driver went around the back of my house despite me standing on the front step waving at him. 2 phone calls to sort out. No straw for drink which was spilled. Useless

Disgraceful hot drinks in here today intact can't even call them HOT!! Ordered two latte's, one was half full and cold, the other was full and freezing! Absolutely despicable.... sort your coffee machines out!! Will not return!!!!!!!!🤬🤬

Standard McDonald's experience, quite a lot of homeless people who sometimes approach to ask for money or food, but not impolitely, and loud teenagers but nothing dreadful.

Says delivered but never got my food been waiting 2 n half hours

I ordered my food at work at 1.10 and the food didn't come till 2.40. I dont understand why this happened but the food was cold and the drink was spilled I was off my lunch break so my manager had give me more time to eat. I dont understand why it took an hour and a half to deliver when it normally takes 20 -30 minutes. very disappointed has put me off ordering. I dont know if this is anything to do with the restaurant or just the drivers but I also wasn't able to cancel the order. 👎

This is my breakfast maccy D's, it's in an area of town which is increasingly getting crapper but it's on the way to work. The food is consistent with every other Macc Ds which is what you want and the staff are busy but pleasant. The clientele are a mix and it depends which way the wind blows as to who you get to share the queue with but that's a location issue

I miss many items in my order and I got different items.. I think my order was swapped with someone else..

The food isn't very good here, I know it's McDonald's but other McDonald's restaurants do better food where it doesn't look flung together and taste really bad. The hot chocolate gave an extra point but other than that it wasn't good at all and the place is never clean enough but probably because it's busy a lot. The atmosphere is just chaotic and stressful

I ordered my food at 15.50. 2 hours later we I tried to cancel my order. It opened a chat. The chat closed and the order was still in progress. The cancel button had been removed. We then contacted the restaurant who said the food had been sat there for hours and no driver turned up. I then marked the order has not arrived. The delivery driver arrived at 8pm I told him I had requested a refund. He then said he will take the order back to the restaurant but needed my code. Im now denied a refund.

Horrific process and will never order again. Rang the restaurant to cancel as it was taking too long, for them to tell me that they can't cancel it, but there is literally no other way to cancel! Thought they'd understood when I said I don't want it, but they sent it anyway and now I can't get a refund. If you can't do the order don't accept it!

Ordered at 22:29, not received til 01:10 -2 hours and 40 mins late! Waited ages but the expected order time kept moving and the tracker stayed on ‘we’ve got your order’. We eventually thought it ridiculous and ordered a taxi to the nearest mcdonalds. As soon as we left, the order status changed to ‘preparing’, but I couldn’t cancel or amend the order on the app. Regardless, it still took until we had driven to a mcdonalds, ordered, driven back and eaten before the order was delivered. Desipcable

Sabes lo que estás recibiendo con McDonald’s y este lugar no es diferente en cuanto a comida. Hemos estado para comidas felices un par de veces y no es genial para los niños, rara vez hay asientos arriba y la zona de abajo no tiene ascensor, así que tienes que caminar buggies / cochecitos abajo. Una cosa rara/molesta es que uno de los empleados siempre viene y pide una buena reseña en el sitio McDonald’s para ella y su amigo y obtiene un vale de descuento para la próxima visita. Solo hemos estado de día con mi hija, pero no volvería por la noche, ya que puede ser como el Salvaje Oeste!

Food said delivered when no driver turned up

Had mcdelivery and it arrived all soggy and the coffee spilt everywhere. I know this isn't mcdonalds fault, its the delivery driver's. But it was good anyway.

Was nice to see the McRib is back, food was better than normally expected don't get McDonalds here in Shetland so it's often a nice wee treat. Give the rub a try if you haven't done it already. The Atmosphere was busy but quiet enough to enjoy the meal and a chat.

Ordered 3 items and they forgot to send 1!!! How can you possibly miss off an item out of only 3. The item costs £5 and only receiving £1.97 back. How is this correct? I refuse to order delivery from them again. Called up and the manners were disgusting of whoever i spoke to!

Breakfast delivery no problem then the bag open !!! Everything had been sat and covered in hot chocolate, everything tasted hot chocolate had to bin everything I’ve applied for a full refund completely wasted due to the lids of drinks not put on correctly in restaurant. Not happy kids .

Poor quality of food and packaging. Didn’t know I was ordering from McDonald’s restaurant that was a 40 minute drive away thought it was coming from my local McDonald’s restaurant 5 mins locally. The food was cold and inedible. Very disappointing ’just Eat’! I have pics of the temperature of the food with a probe when it arrived.

Order was attempted to be delivered more nearly 2 hours after i ordered it. By that time i had already told just eat food wasnt delivered. I refused the food at the time - 4:53.

When I approached the counter to collect my order, the employee at the counter, a tall white male who appeared to be a regular staff member, ignored me despite my repeated attempts to get his attention. I confirmed my order number with him, but he didn't even look at me, instead shifting his gaze behind me. I thought I might have misunderstood, apologized, and went back to wait. Then he started shouting my order number again, and this time I was finally sure it was my order. I was angry, and I could clearly feel that he was playing a trick on me. He had purposely ignored me earlier. I walked over to him again, and finally he looked at me, and I was able to retrieve my order. But I don't understand - after he confirmed my order number, what was there to confirm about "6 pieces of McNuggets"? Didn't I know what I ordered? This invisible discrimination made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe that his actions were racially motivated, as I am of Asian descent, and there was no other clear reason for him to treat me in this way.

Been twice in a week and service has been slow first time 15 minutes wait for my food, which I thought must have been a one off, this time 10 minutes guess someone needs to understand what fast food actually is, it wasn't a strange order or anything just a chicken selects meal.

Great service and loads of seating available in this McDonalds. We opted to sit down stairs and have the food brought to us, it came quickly and was tasty with the staff very friendly too. Seating available upstairs also but plenty more downstairs, a handy place to have in the centre of Sheffield.

Mc Donalds forgot the dips again

The customer service was terrible, with rude attitude, It was a frustrating experience that completely ruined the visit.

More than 50% of seats are high stools, which disabled folks can't use and able-bodied patrons don't appear to use either (based on 2 visits) because they're awkward & uncomfortable. So no tables free for disabled customers as there's not many. There's also not a table set aside specifically for wheelchair users who might come to the restaurant. We weren't even an afterthought. Why are those high spinning stools even there? Just to make the space less accessible? Because that's what it looks like. Now onto what everyone cares about: Some items cold when you receive it which is odd, and my filet o fish had no sauce. I wouldn't have been able to go back up to have it fixed myself, luckily my partner was there to do so. They weren't especially happy about it tho did give new one with plenty of sauce. Other than that it was fine, however they don't regularly clean the tables nor empty the trash so it's quite dirty the times I've been. Is that because they're not putting enough employees on each shift, as I suspect? Or someone not doing their job? Some unruly young men in tracksuits were causing trouble, shouting and bothering people. The entire place could hear. They were insulting the employees - which knowing how hard fast food employees work, is despicable - but the security guard and an employee remained professional and got then to leave after not too long. Employee laughed it off then said, "Always a good time at McDonald's" which gave me a good chuckle. I give the security & that guy 5 stars! I can't imagine what they have deal with day in and day out.
