Absolutely God awful experience. I never got my food, and never received a refund, wasn't even given the option. They claimed they had handed my order TO THE WRONG COUPLE and then played stupid and blamed it on us. I'm Absolutely fuming as this costed the best part of £30. Save your money and don't go, it's pointless. The bloke spoke to me over the phone with little to no respect too which was only fueling the fire and making the situation worse.

Crikey. Just had the most divine 'salt & pepper box'. Chicken balls, crispy chips, mini spring rolls, curry sauce, salt&pep popcorn chicken bites - and killer spare ribs. This is what I have been looking for. Amazingly generous and delicious. Thank you TH! x x

Great local Chinese and very reasonably priced

Ordered from here on a Friday evening off their website. Despite it being a busy time for takeaways food was delivered promptly and was fresh and hot on arrival. Everything was tasty, particularly the king prawn balls. I also appreciate that they read my allergy note and ensured the dishes didn't contain bell peppers. Getting free prawn crackers and spring rolls was a nice bonus many takeaways don't offer anymore. One of the best chinese takeaways I've had in year.

Had a delivery from here a few days ago. Whilst the food is ok and good value, the delivery driver turned up playing music loud with a car full of his mates! Not very professional!

I ordered from you on 1/11, from ubereats (order #8DEAF). 2 hours later after a promised 25-40 minute delivery, I rang your restaurant and you said it wouldn’t be there for another 20-30 minutes, THREE HOURS after I ordered. I asked you to cancel the order from your end so that I could have a full refund which you agreed to do. You still haven’t. Shocking service. Cancel my order and resolve with Uber eats or we will be coming in to your shop to collect the refund in person tomorrow.

Some of the reviews below are irrelevant since they are 2-3 years old when it was the old Red Ruby , which was truly awful . Since it became Tasty House I’ve had meals delivered three times and have been more than happy with the quality , quantity , service and price . I must take issue with the comments in respect of the Chow Mein . Among other dishes tonight we had the Special and it was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time , packed with generous amounts of tasty ingredients with lovely soft noodles in a sauce just to my liking - far superior to those from two other local takeaways I’ve tried recently . I will definitely use them again .

Do not order the salt and pepper chips, they are ridiculously spicy, 10 times spicier than anywhere else.

Sadly, the food quality has declined in recent years, and the sauces are too thick with starch and thin on taste.

Our normal Chinese was shut so we Decided on Red Ruby, but we wish we hadn’t! The crispy chill chicken was barely chicken, the noodles felt hard and undercooked, and the salt and pepper chips tasted like they just chucked a load of seasoning on them and hoped for the best. The price of food doesn’t match the quality. Overall not a great experience and won’t be using red ruby again

Abysmal service and waited an hour for collection. Staff never informed it would be late, when queried was point blank ignored. When bringing food out staff immediately left into kitchen not giving me chance to query my order and most importantly not even apologising for the delay. No discount, no service, no chance I am returning. Avoid.

This was honestly the worst meal I've ever had. It was inedible. The noodles were uncooked; hard like in the packet, with slivers of mushed-up carrot and grey bean-sprouts. The prawns were chewy and undercooked, in powdery, bitter gravy. The squid was hardly there, cold, synthetic tasting, with anemic batter. We did call to complain, but the woman just shouted 'if you're not happy, don't come back.' I imagine she was worn down by all the complaints, because this is the most horrible, undercooked, tasteless, greasy food I have ever seen. And it wasn't even cheap.

Food was lookwarm and quite bland.

Good to find a decent chinese with enough veggie options to keep us happy. All the food arrived piping hot and well packaged. The mushroom in black bean was our fave, nice tasty & rich sauce almost like a gravy. The salt and pepper chips were really good too. Will order again.

I tried calling the restaurant on two occasions. The first time they stated that they didn't have dry spare ribs, this was not bought to put attention until I called at the expected time of delivery. I then rang a second time about 10 minutes later and they said it was 'on the way'. We then had to wait a further 15 minutes with no apology.

Recuerdo que las costillas se cocinaron lentamente y se adobaron maravillosamente.Pero a lo largo del último año notamos un descenso en la calidad, las costillas y las alitas de pollo secas y duras. The food took two hours to arrive after we had ordered, we rung up to chase up our order when the lady on the phone answered rudely and told us it would be another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes had passed again we rang to find out how much longer it would actually be, we were then told it would be coming when my housemate said we had been waiting for two hours and that it wasn't very good service the lady on the other end of the phone told her that she "couldn't listen" and did nothing to try to sort out the issue. Will definitely not be ordering from here again as the food was not worth anywhere near a two hour wait.

Lo último lo llevé hace años y estaba bien pero no era del área, no lo había sido desde entonces, el viernes pasado por la noche, cuando estábamos pasando, las alarmas deberían haber sonado, ya que era muy tranquilo un viernes y el teléfono apenas sonaba, obtenía el para llevar a casa y tenía costillas de cerdo con muy poca carne en un plato tailandés con zanahorias procesadas en cubos y chips pobres.

A nice change to what I normally have, delivered quite quickly and still piping hot. If asked to provide feedback on how to improve I'd have to say the prawn toast is lacking prawn! It's merely deep fried bread with sesame seeds on top. Please insert a nice layer of prawns.

Always eaten from here and the food is usually very good. I have to say I've just had the worst wettest egg foo yung from there. Very disappointed. Hardly any meat 2 prawns and noodles....terrible.

Si puedes soportar la tremenda grosería de la señorita que lleva su pedido, entonces éste es un bien para llevar. No de ninguna manera especial, pero lo suficientemente local para nosotros si estamos cocinando el té de la tarde para los niños. Recuerda llevar aunque el efectivo! No hay tarjetas aceptadas y me dijeron que "¡vamos! Si no hay dinero? Ir! "y luego de golpe la puerta. . .
