First time in this place and I loved it the lady was very friendly who owns/runs the place. The cakes were amazing and the coffee both tasted gorgeous. I will defo be back oh prices were really good as well🥰

The flavour of the £4.50 chocolate milkshake tasted Devine when I visited on the 4/12/23. It had a lovely strong chocolate flavour. Sadly the milkshake wasn’t ice cold. Milk felt room temperature. It would have been a flawless milkshake had they of used ice cold milk. Wouldn’t order it again just because I don’t want room temperature milkshakes.

We found cookies while walking about looking for somewhere to sit down with a coffee and slice of cake. Cookies were very busy and a fast-paced service to keep up with the demand of customers. The place was very clean and tables cleared as soon as they became empty. The service was very friendly and a great atmosphere all round. Coffee and cake was delicious as there is such a wonderful choice of cakes and pastries to choose from. With a menu of various meals, also and at an affordable price.

Visited this cafe both days of our visit to Blackpool. The food is very fresh, tasty and nicely presented. They also do fresh banana milkshakes to die for. But really wanted to give a big shout out to the staff who were not only friendly but ensured that everything was good, everything kept fully stocked and exceptionally clean. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you 😀

Have visited many times on visits to Blackpool and never been disappointed. Lovely friendly staff, prompt service and best scones on Blackpool! Fab choice of cakes and chocolate chip shortbread was also delicious. Nice to sit outside although plenty of space indoors as well. Very good value and toilets although upstairs (may be difficult if you have mobility issues) were nice and clean. Would thoroughly recommend if like me you want to support local businesses.

We went three times as this was my daughters favourite place to go, fully customisable breakfast options, lots of lovely cakes, cookies and other sweet treats. Centrally located and overall just a great experience

Came here with my friends this evening and enjoyed a lovely chicken burger. The service was quick and clean. Very friendly staff who were very happy to assist me with my choice and also made me feel very welcome.

Came here for a quick bite to eat at lunch time. We had a sandwich and various cakes and biscuits which were all really nice. There are lots of tables packed in so it felt a little crowded however this wasn't a problem. Reasonable prices.

The colleagues are always warm and welcoming. Excellent service. Very clean. Food is great also. Just lovemt atmosphere overall. Never had a issue. I recommend everyone to come here.

Five of my family visited this cafe on New Year's Day and I have to say that the food was disgraceful. The jacket potatoes were burnt and dry, the chips were dry and the egg on my breakfast was "Snotty". Needless to say that I won't be going here again.

Blackppol is not short of cafes but Cookies is a great find. The food was lovelyt and the service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Stopped off for quick bite just to get out of rain and was really impressed!!! Great selection of light bites and lunches, we ordered chicken bacon mozzarella panini and triple decker club sandwich, both where absolutely beautiful, large portions, everything was fresh and great quality ingredients, we especially liked the homemade coleslaw :) To top it off, the cake selection is amazing!!! Took some cheesecake home for later :) Staff where really pleasant and helpful too!! Actually couldn’t fault the place, lovely lunch and looking forward to my takeaway cheesecake Thank you!!!

A fantastic hidden gem, we went daily for a shopping break. The staff are very friendly and well-liked by locals and visitors alike. Beautifully prepared food that is well worth the money, between our group we tried the burgers, baguettes, jacket potatoes, toasties, pancakes and the cakes are heavenly. If your visiting for a few days take advantage of the reward card.

Called in and had breakfast barms and coffee. I asked if we could swap out tomatoes for mushrooms and this was no problem - and no extra charge either. Food and coffee were piping hot, staff were friendly and chatty. The place was spotlessly clean....

The food we had was really nice.. despite missing and wrong items on breakfast. After bringing this up with staff, the lady didn’t offer to exchange incorrect items nor replace the missing items. Was absolutely gutted x

First time back since lockdown 2 years ago but so pleased to find staff, food and atmosphere as good as it always was. Enjoyed meal which was hot, well cooked with great service.Looking forward to more visits.

Just popped here on the off chance not expecting too much however was so impressed with the standard of the food. Lasagne was delicious would really recommend. Didn’t have to wait too long as lots of staff about. Friendly staff, clean and comfy, reasonably priced.

Called in for coffee and cake while visiting Blackpool for my mother's 90th birthday with some friends of hers. Drinks and cake were all very good and service was reasonable if not friendly. The difficulty was that the toilets were up a long flight of stairs. One lady with us did manage it but all my mother's friends were in their 70s and it was a bit of a struggle. My mother, in a wheelchair due to her poor mobility, had no chance of climbing the stairs. I thought the law required disabled facilities these days, I must be wrong. There was no sympathy from the staff when we asked about this.

It's a very smart cafe that does good quality food. I had a jacket potato with chicken tikka which was lovely.

Clean, tidy, order at the counter, delivered to a table. Great coffee and a decent breakfast, not the best vegetarian choice but if you like avocado you'll be ok. If you want cake, the choice is great.

Was not impressed, poor quality sausage, got order wrong and no apology from staff. Egg over cooked and charge £1.75 for a round of toast that looked like it was the cheapest bread you can buy. Overall extremely disappointing Latte was okay

Every where was busy managed to get a table in hear after searching about. Had cake and coffee cake was delicious a bit overpriced for cakes but tea and coffee was reasonable.

Popped in here while out shopping for gifts, spotlessly clean very reasonable menu food looks good and is very tasty good range of snacks ,sarnies, cakes and dinners, well worth popping in.

Had breakfast here before checking into our hotel, opted for a full English which was very nice, you had to pay extra for tea/coffee which I thought was a bit poor but overall the food was very nice.

Popped in today, was just going for a quick cuppa before appointments, but decided on having a bite to eat, opted for the five item breakfast,, please cook the tomato more, it was barely warm, I am not sure if they were running out of Beans, but I could not believe the amount on the plate, I never had many on mine and my husband had even less on his, so portion control needs some attention.

Would call again when in Blackpool staff very helpful , clean nice and near to shops had lovely scones with cream and jam.

I’ve visited here for the last four years, twice a year. Every single time I’ve been met with the same cheery friendly smiles from the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are most professional. I’ve only had coffee and toast but I’ve seen the breakfast and they look really delicious. Cookies has been run by the same guy all the time I’ve visited and it’s always spotless. Local businesses such as this deserve support to help them survive. Over Pride they were busy but the service was just the same as ever.

This is a great wee cafe. Had a lovely breakfast one morning and back the next day for cake and coffee. About 7 or 8 different cakes to choose from. There are tables outside for when the weather is good. I’ll visit again next time I’m in Blackpool

Not only is Cookies lovely and clean, the food is nice and the staff are super friendly. We went in for breakfast twice during a visit to Blackpool. Great value for money, and great service.

Spotlessly clean, with polite and friendly staff, there's nothing to dislike about this lovely cage. The star of the show for us was a delightfully sickly hot chocolate, with cream, marshmallows and the trimmings. Wouldn't hesitate to go again.

When in Blackpool I always try and go to Cookies as they do the best soup all fresh made on the premises, I especially love the pea and ham best I have ever had and lovely and thick delicious. keep up the good work. Thank you.

I always use cookies when I'm in Blackpool they serve the best homemade soup u will get and believe me I've eaten in a load of places their, I especially love the pea and ham soup it's always delicious. Always prefer to support local where possible rather than the chains so in we went to this busy cafe with what looked like impressive cake. Good lunch menu of sandwiches, panini, salads and baked potatoes . We chose a soup and toastie and a hot baguette. Served fresh came very quickly attractively served and tasted delicious. No room for cake although it was tempting!

Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Didn't but did but it looked amazing. All appeared very clean and will definitely return.

I asked if there was a non dairy milk available and they said no so I had my coffee black. I asked if there was a non dairy margarine and they said no so I had a dry tea cake. The staff were very unhelpful and didn't try to accommodate my needs at all.

All the staff was miserable, not a single friendly face in the whole place. And it's all over priced. £17 for two toastie and two coffees. Scandalous.. Won't be going back. That's for sure.

We are delighted to have found this place for our Saturday lunch. We both had a Panini combo, which was wonderful. The soup was tasty, although could have been a little bit hotter, the Panini was cooked to perfection. The staff are excellent, and no pressure to move away from the table, although crockery cleared quickly. This will be our new regular spot from now on.

This is a spotlessly clean cafe in a central area of Blackpool. Our cakes were delicious and served to us as if we were in a first class establishment. One incident that stood out and warmed our hearts was to see the kindness shown to a frail elderly gentleman. He was obviously known to the staff as they were enquiring about his health with prior knowledge of his issues. As he stood up to leave he had mobility issues and a waitress helped him on with his jacket....even fastening it....and wiped crumbs from his face. She then ensured that he was stable on his mobility walker before seeing him on his way. Such kindness and wonderful customer service .

Called in to Cookies on 15th May 2018 for mid morning coffee and snacks. Friendly helpful staff, Very clean and bright throughout, including the toilets. Refreshments were better than you get in the big name coffee shops and cheaper too.

We only wanted a coffee break but when we go next we will have more! This little café is simply but sharply decorated and very clean. The staff are all very friendly and as I sat with my 'cuppa' I watched them extremely efficiently take & deliver orders, and, almost as importantly - swiftly and cleanly clear tables ready for next use. If we were local then we would be "regulars"!

We came here on 3rd of March for a much needed cup of tea after hitting all the shops. Whilst there we couldn't resist the cheesecake and it was delicious! Visited cookies with my boss on Thursday and Friday 15/16 th Feb, vary clean well fitted out . we both had the full English breakfast , two eggs ,bacon,hash brown ,tomato ,fried bread ( naughty but nice ) , sausage ,beans . All cooked to perfection and the lady who served us on Friday was a gem . Will definitely be going back .

We visited Cookies on New Years Day for a light lunch before going to the Pantomime at The Grand Theatre (which is virtually across the road from Cookies). What a lovely surprise we had - there has been a total refurbishment since our last visit - and what a transformation!

We often visit here for a breakfast and a hot chocolate on a Friday morning. It's a great place and we really enjoy the food. They also have some really nice desserts cakes too which are delicious. I highly recommend this to others.

This is our new 'go to' Cafe when we are in Blackpool. The staff are friendly and efficient, the food and drinks always decent and the prices are reasonable. We'll wiry a visit if you are in the area.

Really nice place for lunch, a hot cuppa or a little of what you fancy. My hubby had an omlette and I had the pea and ham soup all I can say is yum yum yum and for the cakes after more yums .... when we are back in Blackpool we will call there again

Visited with my daughter yesterday soup and toastie overpriced for what we had. Soup £4.50 Toastie £6.50 ! Had better and cheaper else where.

Cookies is the ideal town centre spot for Breakfast, a light lunch or just coffee. We call in whenever we are in town. The staff are extremely pleasant and efficient and the service is quick. Whilst all the staff are excellent we would like to make special mention of KASIA who works almost non stop and at an impressive speed (where does she get all that energy?) yet she always takes the time to make customers feel appreciated and welcome.

We called in here for some breakfast and were very pleased we had. The scrambled eggs and bacon on a toasted bagel were delicious along with tea. The place is very clean with very pleasant and attentive staff. Service was very quick.

We visited this establishment with my elderly father who is in a wheelchair. The waitresses were very cheerful and helpful. Before we left we needed to visit the toilet I was amazed to find the toilets were up a full flight of stairs. I asked to speak to the person in charge to ask if there was a disabled or ground floor toilet my father could use. I was informed that the toilets were upstairs and there were no others. I think a sign should be placed where the public can see that this place is certainly NOT disabled friendly. There was no apology that after spending close on £20 in store we then had to search for public toilets for my father. Would certainly never use this store again
