We already knew continental from before the lockdown so were pleased to be able to order with paypal via just eat. Their menu choice is great and the food didn't disappoint and still piping hot despite the sub zero temperature

Food was good as ever, but for the second time in a row items are missing from the delivery, and getting hold of someone on the phone isn't working.

Used this take away many times. Delivery is usually earlier than expected. Tonight however, delivery was expected 1 hour after order placed. Actual delivery took 2 hours from ordering. Not the usual high level of customer service.

Not normally late possibly busy tonight

Had to phone up as food was late and told they were waiting on delivery driver when it did arrive it was left on the door step and was completely cold I don’t eve write a bad review but this is the 2nd time this has happened now.

Wrong order received, contacted to say my order was still in shop and would be delivered straight away, and blamed the delivery driver for not picking up the right one. 40 mins later and still waiting, reconnect to be told firstly that the order had been delivered and then they could find my online order, then told they would deliver the pizza, but had to ask for the whole order to be made again. Driver arrive red in 10 mins and blamed to first driver saying he was new and “thick”. Food quality hmmmmm not good

Food is great when finally got it but really cold, was a mix up causing order to be abit delayed which was caused from bad communication from me and the restaurant so it’s no worries and which we rang the restaurant and the man was alright at first but he didn’t answer after we rang a few times when our order was getting later and later but if your after nice food it’ll be good!

Ordered via Just Eat while visiting the area. Lovely pizza, bargain price delivery within timescales. Would recommend

Food was excellent, nice and hot and nice fresh salad. Quantity was also excellent. Experience was sadly tainted by the late delivery but we will definitely order again.

Love this place!!! Food always hot, drivers always very pleasant and rang restaurant the other day just to query something and guy on the phone very nice and helpful!

As per shoelacef review,tried to order online(a lengthy business) went through ordering,payment then froze this was their own website,rang them twice 4 minutes each time then phone cut off both times.Rang a friend who live near to shop to see if they were open and two guys were locking up and leaving this at 10.15pm shop supposed to close at 11.30pm. Last time for me, there are other and better eateries in the village.

Great as always. I've eaten here for years and had very few problems. In my opinion, there isn't a kebab shop for miles that comes close to the Continental.

Best pizza shop in newbiggin much nicer than flame

Best takeaway around, food always great, even when had slight mix up with an order tonight, they responded with correct size pizza within 20mins & got to keep the other one too. Thanks & well done from a happy customer. Highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking food always order a kebab pizza for my daughter as she loves them but when we tasted it it tastes like disinfectant inside the pizza never will order again

Chips are reheated, chicken burger wasn't terrible but was those processed chicken burgers. Delivery driver was abrupt and rude.

First time ordering from here. I can say that I will be using them again food was delivered 10 minutes early piping hot and delicious. Highly recommend them.
