It is closed recently. New owner takeover. Shisha stamp card will no longer stay valid. Not sure if this place will have a new name or not. Until now it was okayish like many other on this street.

Friendly staff and good customer service

I visited this place a few days ago. They were meant to close at 2, but because there was no customer, they said they would close at 1am. This is not acceptable they should inform the customers before they make an order because we were 6 in total and could have spent our money at another sheesha place next door. Sheesha was also ok, not the best.

Unfortunately they don’t pay their employees on time even months. Terrible owners.

The ambience is good.... but staff too unprofessional. The waitress picked up our plates when they were almost full and dint even bother to ask if we are done. Basically we paid for things we dint even consume. When asked for a takeaway box . She simply denied by saying we don't have takeaway boxes.

Came here for some shisha with my mates. Rather expensive for the lack of flavour. I had the lemon and mint shisha which is apparently a Jordanian classic but it was rather flavourless. The only plus side to this venue is the ability to buy Alcohol which you want find elsewhere but at 3.5 for a 33cl beer it's crazy expensive. Staff where friendly and venue was clean. Lack of vibes and price is why Conspiracy sadly loses two stars

Worst shisha ive smoked on city road, They need to get proper quality shisha flavours. All flavours we had tasted bad. Used the toilets i must say they need a urgent clean🤢. Disgusting toilets. Service is terrible took 45 minute to have a coal change. First and last time here.

Visited Eid night, no atmosphere with terrible shisha fake btec version of Irn Bru flavour tasted like fairy liquid. Zero customer service this was my first and last visit. If only I could rate zero.

Nice music, however the soundtracks are just on repeat which becomes boring. Also they turn the volume high and low again n again which is quite annoying. Cosy and spacious place, both chairs and sofas. Quick service. Not cold, but could be warmer. It would have been cool if they had card games or backgammons so people can spend smoothly their time.

Nice space, good music and TVs everywhere so perfect for watching matches and sports.

Modern, clean and great atmosphere. Shisha is nice and so is the coffee, they do awesome looking milkshakes too. Will have to try a cocktail next time I'm there. There are so many choices of shisha which can also be mixed and matched. Orders can be made via QR code at the table or from the staff who are happi to help. Costs are not bad at all all =)

Absolutely terrible service for a Monday night when there wasn’t even many tables. The shisha is terrible and you pay for the overpriced decor rather than quality shisha. Had to ask for a coal change after we had been sat there for over an hour! Definitely not worth the money! If quality shisha is what you’re after then go Havana! The atmosphere wasn’t all that either and the music was boring. Owners clearly don’t know what they’re doing

I’m so sorry but the shisha here taste soo bad. Consider changing those flavours or get a better quality, I was dying my lungs couldn’t take it at all. Service was okay nothing special, one of your employees had a bit of attitude towards us. He was working behind the counter.

It's a nice place to sit in. But the shisha is horrible in all flavours, don't even try to mix with it. other than that it's ayt.

Absolutely loved this place! Decor was ace!!! The staff were lovely - especially the guy in the thrasher hoody, super friendly. As was the guy who served our shishas. Fab shishas, great flavour, long lasting. Chill vibes! Will defo be travelling back to visit!

I've always been a huge fan of Conspiracy Lounge, but was disappointed to see that they've done nothing to mark the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. Is this some sort of conspiracy? Who's to say. Would like to see them posting Queen Elizabeth Conspiracies this week as a mark of respect.

Nasty shisha, barely any flavour when we complained they tried to fix it and it made no difference. Service was terrible, had to remind waiters/waitress numerous times to get what youve asked for and they would come back to clarify with you again. Once ordered the smallest portion of chips took SO long. 0/10 would not recommend

Really cosy, clean and comfortable place with friendly staff. The shisha was really good, with is a big selection to choose from. The misogynistic music would stop me from returning to this place though… maybe you can do different genre of music on different days or at least make the playlist a bit more varied

Good place for shisha and very decent prices. Very decent options. Just one gripe with the place is their closing times are a bit funny. On a Sat night, when I walked in at 1.10am they didn't serve me because last orders are supposedly at 1am even though they close at 2am. I even said I'll only stay till 2 but he gentleman refused. Weird for one of the main places of a city shisha joint.

Really good except service took an hour and a half for a milkshake

Went there yesterday with there boys as we went in was told to sit down then they will come over to take our oder. After we sat waiting ages as they won't come over to take our oder considering only a few tables inside with customers so then we decided to walk over to tell them to take our oder. They took our oder then there waitress come over to us after a wile and saird we got to be out of there in and hour and half because all tables are booked sot why not tell us that when we first walked in.

Have visited twice when on trips in and around Wales. Conspiracy has always delivered. The staff are welcoming, attentive and always happy to help. The quality and service provided was brilliant. Prices are extremely reasonable for the amazing experience delivered.

Decent place but night ruined by the waiter Rehman Akthar who kept coming to talk to us how he owns the lounge. We said can we be left alone he then said he is opening another one in London, the part that annoyed us was when he removed his mask the stench of halitosis was unbearable. Also I may add amazing milkshake.

Thanks for management; last night I went in waiting room asking can take away foods and men told me only chips; I’m happy with chips no problem and I’m waiting no rush and he told someone sort out cooking,I’m no problem and lady staff I Can come allow in inside room because I’m don’t like smoking and I’m respect it, I’m waiting in sofa and he give me water bottle and small chips very kind and very helpful, I’m relaxing and quiet, arrive chips very nice beautiful taste and when finished eat I pay and he don’t want paying and I see manager thanks for chips and I’m appreciate manager as well I paid future will come again eat and drinks I ask have Wi-Fi ? Staff very good communication friendly and good respect

Conspiracy is a pretty cool place. I went on a Tuesday night, it was quite empty. Shisha is amazing, I got the watermelon mint and I can say it's 100 percent like the one I have back home or even better. The Green Tea Peppermint is on point as well. The only thing I did not like is that it took them quite a while to bring the Shisha when the place was really empty, however, the staff are amazing and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Love this place the best in Cardiff mood is good Absolutely loved finding this vape lounge. Best one yet! Has such a fantastic vibe in there and amazing milkshakes! Really nice service as well. Visited with a friend Anisha and my family and friends, the place was amazing with hospitable staff. Service by commendable by Ellie. The place wasn't crowded but it was a good experience. Much recommended if you're looking for a good time out.

Along with other three friends I went for having good time for the evening. Atmosphere and food was 10 out of 10. But I have found one waitress was bit miserable. Did not smile at any point. One friend did join later but did not offer any food or drink and I needed to grab her attention explaining food details. Therefore we leave early and head to another Resturant. On my way out asked her name, with miserable faces answered Eden.

Aneesa was very friendly and very nice service, This was my first time visit and was amazing experience , I love alfakar shisha taste it was original. Dessert was delicious, Definitely will visit again, Overall staff were friendly and the value was great, all the best Keep up the good service

This place was a pleasant surprise! the atmosphere was fantastic and you can tell they've really put in the effort to make the place look nice. The staff were lovely and the milkshake I had was delicious my partner very much enjoyed his shisha and said it was better than most he has tried back home in London.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Kind and very attentive staff. The decor in the place is lovely. Amazing shisha selections and an amazing menu as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Shisha is reasonably priced, lovely mocktails and cakes; also light bites available. The lounge is spacious, beautiful modern decor, loos are clean! Staff is professional and efficient. Cash and cards accepted, booking is easy, as well as walk ins. It says a lot when a place is packed!! Highly recommend. 🙌 Oh, I heard they do home delivery for shisha....👀😁🙈

Great shisha bar in the heart of Cardiff. Decor and atmosphere is great, along with the shisha flavours. Wide range of shisha flavours means there is something for everyone. Would definitely visit again when in Cardiff, as the customer service was great.

You have a lot of options when it comes to Shisha and an amazing place to be with friends. The place lacks in food or other options but they never advertised. No drinks available. Shisha only so may get boring for some after some time. Overall, a great place.

I have travelled across various places in the UK for work and conspiracy lounge is definitely up there as one of the best places in the UK. I have been smoking shisha in Cardiff for the past 13 years and it's amazing to see how the shisha places have come along. Conspiracy lounge has definitely set the bar in the quality of shisha and vibes of a shisha lounge in Cardiff.

The place is really Incredible and the staff is very attentive and polite, my experience was fantastic and specially Annisa was very helpful…! I love to visit place again…10/10…..The best place in cardiff for shisha!

Visited last night for the getaway dj night. Amazing vibe, amazing shisha and the kinder freak shake is out of this world. Staff are friendly and attentive. Clean and spacious lounge with modern decor. Would definitely recommend!

Dissapointed with slow service. Staff were not very helpful or attentive. The shisha was not even worthy to be called a shisha although the chap who who brought the shisha being helpful. The shisha was still not something that could be smoked or enjoyed. Won't be doing back anytime soon.

Highly recommended Conspiracy Lounge 👌 Having been in both the day and evening time, I rate it second to none. Interior is the best around, shisha always top form and staff ALWAYS helpful. My regular now and always.

Love the vibe and great hot drinks. My partner and I both like to chill out after our late finishes at work and always find a comfortable and welcoming spot here.

The owner got in touch to ask for a comment.... 1. We found the lady serving us to be rude, patronisng and unnecessarily aggressive (the rest of the staff were lovely) from arrival to departure, we were treated with hostility and made to feel unwelcomed; 2. We booked for and asked to be moved to a table showing the football, only to be told the venue was fully booked …the venue was less than 20% full most of the the two hours we were there and there were clearly several tables/appropriate areas we could have been accommodate at... 3. There's more. But i really don't want to waste more time writing this review.

Rubicon Lychee, Rubicon Guava and Aloha Mango £16 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Spontaneous weekend trip down Cardiff so first popped into Conspiracy Lounge. This is a relatively new lounge which opened a few weeks ago which seems like a vibe. originally booked using the online booking form but arrived a tad early but no problem we were taken in. Having checked in we were seated and scanned the QR code to bring up the menu and opted for the above flavour from their sweet mixologist section. Shisha came out in under 10 minutes in an xquisite stick hookah, clay bowl and a kaloud. To start off flavour was nice but then mellowed down quite quickly. Flavour was on the light side which was quite underwhelming as I like it punchy. Lounge is clean, modern and very spacious. Service was on point with regular coal changes and staff generally checking if everything was ok. Overall a good visit, will probably recommend if you guys visit to go with a more stronger flavour. They run offers during the weekday from open to 5pm any shisha for £10. Cash and cards accepted and free parking after 7pm.

Visited conspiracy lounge for the first time , wowww must say what a vibe , seating very comfortable , the service you get from the front desk to being seated and the efficiency with your order is impeccable. Anyone visiting the Cardiff area and fancy a chilled smoke MUST VISIT. 5/5 from me .

I drove for 3 hours, from London, especially to check out Conspiracy Lounge and I was completely blown away. I have been to hundreds of shisha lounges around the country and truly thought I’d seen it all… As I was walking in, a girl in the queue in front of me had said to a staff member “I had to come back today because the service was just amazing yesterday” - so, from this point, my expectations were at a high. For me, the service from start to end was exceptional. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly - there was not anything I had to request to ensure that my experience was pleasant. This place truly ticks every box- price, service, quality and experience. The quality of the Xquisite Smoke shisha pipes was amazing, the decor and theme was well thought through (loved talking to Ray about the story behind this concept) and it is clear that customer experience is at the front of everything that this lounge stands for. Thank you for a wonderful night- my journey from London was definitely worth it and next time (there will definitely be a next time) i’ll ensure to bring the whole crew! Had a great time at conspiracy lounge service was excellent Omar was super helpful. Anitta at reception went above and beyond during our time patiently moved our table multiple times without complaint Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Best shisha lounge in Cardiff. The guys have done an incredible job transforming the interior, and no matter what time of day you come the service is always amazing! Really chilled in the afternoon and the atmosphere in the nights is awesome. Have come here on multiple occasions since opening and the shisha has always been smooth with the unique pipes. Waiting staff are all lovely and really friendly, and always on hand if you need anything. Would recommend to any shisha lovers. 5*

This place has outdone any other place near the southwest. Their service is sublime. Super attentive staff and the owners are all great! The shisha quality is amazing, pricing is reasonable, great desserts and shakes & atmosphere is perfect. Overall 11/10 experience. Strongly recommend to all shisha lovers!

By far the best Shisha Lounge experience in Cardiff, nice to see a new concept of heat management devices being rolled out and moving away from the traditional harsh styles making the Shisha a very enjoyable experience. The customer service was also great, and great vibe overall. Highly recommend any to visit.

Excellent venue and amazing shisha. They're using a proper kaloud set up. Very friendly staff. Lovely to see staff in uniform and attentiv. I left my wrapping from the tip on the table and they collected it straight away, that's great attention to details. I will definitely be back! THANKS FOR A GOOD EVENING
