Absolutely amazing. Impressed by the customer service by Luke , the kid was amazing.

Food was average, not worth the high price tag considering it is fast food. Slow service and very difficult to find a seat as there are too many people. Self order stands are available in this store.

Food is cooked well and very tasty, the staff are very welcoming and friendly and helpful. Jayne particularly goes above and beyond . She was so good with our little one . Have visited a few times and she's always been great with the kids and friendly . Thanks very much for a lovely dining experience every time 😀

I am not sure why Americans aren't raving about this place more. Our server at Cardiff st Johns street, Jane, was the loveliest person ever! I've never been to sit down in a fast food place and I get anxious a lot, but she helped us get our food and find a table and even brought us our food!! She's wonderful!

First time in there never again i order a takeaway meal of chicken chips gravy and a drink and when arrived it was 8 pieces of chicken and gravy no chips no drink for £17 what a rip of and a joke

Better than KFC and pretty spacious so easily accessible to wheelchair users. They have a descent disabled toilets and the staff, especially Jane who served us, was lovely.

This place is brilliant! The staff were lovely, I noticed one lady in particular being really chatty and helpful with customers, she also kindly help me bin my rubbish. The food is excellent quality, crispy and juicy chicken. The portions are really good value for money in my opinion. Everything was piping hot, even the chips. Everything had a great flavour, tasted fresh and no old oil flavour 🥳 I loved the music, however it was very loud in my opinion. I would highly recommend a visit and I will be back!

We were served raw chicken wings at popeyes when we've took food back to complain the management told us it was the factory marinade that made the chicken look raw and refused us a refund. I know what raw chicken looks like as I was a chef for over 30 years. Will never go back to this joke of a place.

Terrible service and terrible value for money, unless you buy the kids meal. As you can see from the photo, there is no point paying extra for a large portion of chips as it is the same size as the small portion you get in a kids meal. I also paid £1 extra for Cajun spice but couldn't taste the difference between mine and my son's which were mild classic. Service is appalling. Don't know why the franchise owner leaves teenagers unmanaged and unsupervised to run what is a flagship store in the UK. Adult meal cost me £10 for only one extra piece of chicken than you get in the kids meal for £2.49. If I was to return, I'd just buy 4 kids meals instead of 1 adult meal as it way better value, but I won't be going back as the service was so bad.

The food was wonderful and very tasty, hot and fresh. Paulomi was attentive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The atmosphere and and everything was clean. Would come back - this was my first time at a Popeye’s :)

Came in and was very busy and so a staff member called Poulomi gave us other options for ordering to minimise wait times and made sure we enjoyed our meals.

I was having my lunch with my friend here and i have to say that my experience was superb. Staff such as jane accommodated me and my friend nicely into the restaurant and brought our food quickly. Music was also a nice touch

Banging fried chicken! Burger, tenders, wings, chips and gravy all lush!

a young child was screaming at crying in the restaurant very off putting it annoyed me while eating. The staff was ok but one of them looked at me very strangely and i felt uncomfortable being there she was member of staff when i asked for milk and sugar it was the look she gave me like well tough i found the place untidy and unclean tables not cleared food and drink on the floor and tables expensive as well two chicken burgers no salad chips and two drinks over £16 for two people could have gone to kfc and that would have been cleaner place there was food on the table left slipt drinks coffee and floor had drink and food on them it did look untidy messy and hardly any staff about. They understood little and no english as well when i was served. The only thing i liked was the chicken burger but very little sauce on them and no lettuce even though i asked for salad and mayo with the chicken burger items missing. The chicken was lovely reaĺly nicely cooked but everything else not so good. It was the state of some tables and seats and the floor really did need a good clean as well and mop no staff intervened about that kid screaming its head of my partner and i came here on 31st oct quite poor cleaniness

I'm sorry I can't give stars but minus. From a sanitary point of view, I was shocked. Not one of the boys who had a beard has any protection so that hair does not accidentally fall into the food. No one had any head protection. This is the first rule in the kitchen, but... It doesn't exist at Popeyes😭
