Ordered food for delivery, with and expected arrival time of 45 minutes. 35 minutes after the order was placed and paid for the order was cancelled with no phone call or message. When I called after waiting for an hour I was told it was cancelled because ‘it was too busy’. In turn we missed breakfast before going out for the day. Terrible service.

Perfect roast delivered, beef was excellent and arrived hot, plenty of gravy, arrived early, would recommend

Very poor quality. Food is the cheapest, English breakfast was absolutely horrible. They don't have even coffee machine. Never again

Ordered through a delivery service and said it would be about an hour, when there was nothing after over an hour I called and they said they cancelled the order and didn’t accept it. Annoyed I went and ordered elsewhere and they arrived quickly within 30 minutes, about 30 minutes later an order from Concorde arrived and refused the delivery because of the fact they said it was cancelled I ordered elsewhere. Soon after they proceed with the order with the delivery company and I had to request a refund. So they didn’t cancel it they just didn’t prepare it or forgot to. Dishonest company that essentially tried stealing.

Calificaría 0 estrellas si pudiera, la comida llegó con nada más que grissle y grasa en el cordero por completo. Había comido como una o dos patatas comestibles, pero el resto no. El conductor vino y recogió la comida y luego me dijo que no había reembolso, así que básicamente me robó el desayuno. Yo era un cliente habitual hasta ahora, ¿buenos chicos?

Open for takeaway and delivery only during lockdown. Surprisingly, it's Cash only! I have not used cash since March and there is none in my wallet. Pay next time I come says the guy,. Which is very trusting considering I've never been in before, even though I've lived round here for 30 years. Extra star for that. Of course he can't pour it back into the machine. And of course now I am obliged to return As coffee it was okay. Far too much water for espresso, but I've had worse When I return a single espresso is much better. They did me a perfectly decent bacon buttie - I realised after I ordered that I should have had the bacon baguette. Maybe I'll come back again!
