This shop is running of of Tuna? I can barely see any on my Pizza. lucky I got a spare can at home.

In our experience Dominos Stoke Bishop is excellent. We have used them every now and again over the past 2 years (frequently in the winter months!) and every time the pizzas have been great and delivery service speedy and efficient.

Dreadful customer service. I don't think the staff here could care any less. There's one miserable foreigner who never smiles always looks grumpy and never ever says thank you for the custom. He really needs a smack. I've never felt so insulted. The food is also dodgy last time I came I had runny tummy and I was sick. Poor staff poor food poor service what more can I say?

I don't expect red carpet treatment but at least be polite. The girl today was just rude. Also pizza was overcooked.

Terrible!!!!! Pizza looked like someone had dropped it face down. On top of that, I live less than 1.5 miles away(not in city Center). Pizza took more than 30 minutes to arrive and was lukewarm at best! Thirdly and most importantly it didn't taste very good. I chucked 3/4 of it away. When spending £25+ on pizza I expect a lot better!!!!

Awful service from Westbury on trym branch. Took 2 & 1/2 hours to deliver 2 medium pizzas. Had to chase 3 times. Told out for delivery over an hour before arrived. Really disappointing and too late for the kids to eat. No offer to compensate.

We ordered 2 pizzas and it was completely cold after 1.30 hour delivery. Avoid this place.

Always order from shirehampton branch love their pizza 🍕 always on time and always do me a good deal it’s a nice weekly treat staff are polite too highly recommended

Ordered pizza over 2hrs later the food turned up,tried calling the store(approx 30 times) but no one answering the phone!had ordered and payed on domino’s app so had to just wait not knowing if we were getting food or not !food turned up Luke warm & not up to usual dominos standard,the driver was polite but no explanation or apology for being so late! Definitely one to avoid unless you plan on visiting store and collecting,have had problems before but have been contacted by store and kept upto date,total waste of money as most of it ended up in the bin

Today we ordered 2 pizzas due to us having to isolate as we have covid. The order stated it would take 29-39 mins, 45 mins later I phoned the store as the app said still being prepped I was then told we have t made your pizza as we don't have a driver to bring it, we'll when we're we going to be told this? How long would my children have to wait for lunch? Shocking service and I won't be ordering from here again.

What a mistake it was to order from this place. My husband had a cheese and tomato pizza as he is a vegetarian. After 1,5 hours of waiting we have got the order with wrong Coke, we ordered a sugar free one and my husband's pizza virtually with no cheese on it. I have rang and asked to get it redone. My pizza was ok but tasted of a cheap canned tomatoes sauce. After 10 minutes waiting on the phone the manager has agreed to replace. They brought a replacement pizza in 2 hours, exactly the same with no cheese on! I didn't even bother ringing anymore. The place is total shambles. Expensive and zero quality, avoid at all costs if you don't want your take away night ruined.

i ordered 5 pizza's for my family when they turned up only 3 arrived and they were cold and we had to wait half an hour for the missing pizza's to arrive when i tried to call to complain no one anwered the phone

Absolutly fantastic members of staff. Had a call within 20 minutes of placing the order that order is going to be longer than expected due to being under staffed. Shift Manager who called was so friendly and professional and offered compensation For the delay! Food was great when it arrived and still Hot!!!! Look foward to Buying again :D

Pizza was awful the order was wrong and the presentation was down right Horrific please see the photos below I used to like dominos but after this I'm going to stick to other pizza places from now on

Ordered a couple of sides and a drink, they forgot the drink but said they’d bring it straight back... 30 minutes passed (they’re 5 minutes up the road) so rang them and no one answered. I’ve been ringing non stop for 1 hour and no one has answered. VERY unhappy with this service. Not professional at all.

Order pizza never showed up phone them the system had gone down this was at 11 o’clock

I stopped ordering from Domino's because of issues getting orders wrong. Used again for a home delivery today (26/02/21) ordered a small chicken, red onion & green red pepper pizza & lo & behold its turned up wrong yet again. No chicken but sweetcorn. Two stars because at least they got the diet coke & Ben & Jerry's part of my order right.

We ordered food from the Stoke Bishop branch in Bristol. We didn't receive all that we ordered and paid for. I complained to the delivery driver, the branch and then Customer Services. Customer Services responded by saying they thought it was extremely bad customer service and asked me to confirm whether I had received a refund. I replied to say I hadn't but I received no reply and no refund. Will never order off this or any other Dominos again!!

This store is hit and miss, sometimes you get a good pizza, sometimes it's not so good and the pizza could be missing toppings, the cookies have been burnt and un-edible. Staff have been ok when I have gone to collect. Delivery drivers have always been friendly though when they have delivered.

Proper nice guys, they swapped my pizzas for me when I ordered the wrong pizza.

Quick service, used this branch for a quick pizza pickup. Ordered and picked it up within 10 minutes. Quality is good as expected.

The worst pizza of my life. How the heck they are selling their crud I do not know. You may as well eat cardboard for free. Disgusting.

Tasteless, nearly cold, hardly any cheese or toppings. I had to add my own cheese & toppings then heat in the oven. Won't go here again.

Extremely rude and unprofessional - both the delivery driver and who I can only assume was the Manager on shift. Really bad attitude with zero customer service skills. Pizza arrived cold and only half cut. Will not be ordering from here again.

Totally poor in every respect! Our order was 25 minutes late, the three pizzas we ordered weren’t there when the driver turned up and the sides that we did get were cold. Do not buy food from here as they are totally incompetent, so much so that if I could give them zero stars I would. PS when I complained their comment was ‘do you not realise how busy we are!’ What amazing customer service...... Avoid at all costs unless you want your evening ruined!

Cheap cheap having been on holiday in Italy and tasted real mozzarella on a pizza I will never part with my money again in Domino's

In a nutshell, the last 2 times we've ordered it's taken 2 hours to be delivered, has been cold, parts of the order have been missing (which one of the delivery guys refused to go back and get), they were unsympathetic and unhelpful when I phoned to refund these missing items (refunds are still yet to be recieved), and the pizza was so overcooked I nearly dislocated my jaw trying to chew through the crust. I appreciate they may be understaffed and some members might still be learning the ropes, but at the price dominos charge certain standards must be set and this branch is just not meeting them.

Went to collect pizza which was ordered an hour in advance but was told it would not be ready for another 80 minutes once I had arrived at the store. No sympathy from staff for wasting my time. No effort to contact me before arriving. No acknowledgement of wrongdoing. Will not be returning. Not a happy man

Food was delivered to the wrong house. When we rung to ask what happened they were extremely rude and blamed us for it. Upon re-delivery we got the third digree from a snotty delivery driver named Siobhan or Susan (I cant remember which). Will not be ordering from them again, disgusting behaviour and attitude from all of them.

2nd time iv ordered from here and and they have one of the pizza wrong again. they have agreed to replace it this time but having to wait while other in my house hold eats isn’t very nice

Worse place ever after waiting 2 hours we rang them and they said someone came to our door even tho the door is open and were sat right next to the door then they say they cant deliver I would not waist your money here pizza gogo all the way from now on 1 of your most regular customers have now left

Good food. Always check deals carefully to get a price approaching reasonable value. Side orders can be smaller than one expects. Collection has better deals than delivery, and less chance of being late.

I wasn't particularly impressed. After watching the countdown of time on the screen all the way down to quality check and ready my name then disappeared from the screen. I was then informed, after I queried this, that my Pizza was delayed by about 10 minutes. I asked a couple of searching questions and the girl eventually admitted that they didn't know what had happened to my Pizza and that a new one was being prepared from scratch. Not good Dominoes.

Had a pretty bad first experience with Domino's but the Area Manager very professionally convinced me to give it a second chance and I thank him for that because their pizza is very nice and the cookies are just awesome.

Waiting an hour for a meal for one. It turns up cold and I had i to deal with diarrhea this morning. No apologies for lateness. But they did remember the sauces this time. Won't be ordering from then again.

EDIT - Thought we’d give this place a second chance as it’s the only dominoes that delivers to us, rang to order and suddenly now they ‘don’t deliver to our area unless it’s at night’ so we rang back and decided to order to collect, told it would be 20 mins so my partner went to go collect, got there to be told they know nothing about the order!!!!! What an absolute JOKE of an establishment! Will 100% never be using them ever again and making sure everyone else knows to avoid that place like the plague!! Absolutely fuming!! If you enjoy getting your pizza delivered 2 hours after you order it, having to call several times to find out where it is and be spoken to rudely by staff, then this is the place for you 👍

Didn’t deliver all my food, when I rang up and complained they were very rude, made it seem like my problem not theirs. They said they would deliver it and 40 minutes later no food turned up. I rang up again and they completely forgot to deliver it. Very very poor customer service.

Used Domino's last night. Food never arrived when rang to ask where my order was they were extremely rude. The girl who answered the phone needs to be sacked. Disgusting services will never use again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! our internet went down So had to phone to make an order. WE RANG 14 times! And there was NO ANSWER! What a disgrace. Phoned Pizza hut with the same order. Answered after 2 rings were super polite and gave me a fantastic deal and was£12 Cheaper!

This should definetly be open later. Was very dissapointed the other day when we couldn't get delivery or collect... pizza go go had a good deal though! :D
