Came back for the paratha wrap today and second time around it did not disappoint! Delicious and healthy food, friendly staff and nice vibes. What a gem. I'll be back again soon!

This is my favourite coffee shop in the area. The coffee and food is amazing! Would highly recommend this place. The people are so lovely and friendly.

A haven for homemade vegetarian and plant-based cuisine nestled in the heart of South Norwood, SE London. Women-owned and LGBTQI+ friendly 🌸 Highly recommend! The atmosphere was warm; the interior taking inspiration from sunnier climes set to the soundtrack of Ethiopian jazz. The perfect lunch spot with offerings of sweet / savoury treats and a range of unique beverages such as the Mushroom Chai Latte & Peppermint Mocha! 🍄 The ‘Pay It Forward’ noticeboard deserves a mention - a generous offering for those in need of a hot drink on a cold day ☔️ Overall, a very enjoyable experience with reasonable prices and a welcome community vibe ✨

My husband and I love this cafe, we've both had bagels and coffees. The food is delicious and the people who work here are so friendly :) We're new to the area and I know we'll be regulars!

The food is sensational along with the home made smoothies and lassi’s. I couldn’t love this place more. My boyfriend is Vegan so this place is perfect for us. It can be really hard to find good vegan options around here so this place is a gem. The amazing owners are so lovely and the prices are spot on. Really really reasonable for such incredible food.

Awesome food and awesome ladies running it! It's also a really nice space to pass the time with some lovely locals frequenting.

Friendly vibe, cosy decor, and a great halloumi and avocade bagel. Not the cheapest place in Norwood but worth a little bit extra. Also they appear to genuinely care about the local community. Brings a bit of character to the area, well worth a visit.

Can't recommend visiting Communitea Cafe more. They have the best food, so many vegan options, the staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly. The chickpea pancake and coconut cappuccino were amazing. The cafe was really well designed, amazing artwork along the wall and just a really pleasant atmosphere.

The chickpea waffles are fabulous. Such a wonderful addition to the High Street, the 2 women that run is are always cheerful and engaging. Really lovely place.

Communitea has a wide range of food on their menu, I tried The Good Sandwich with Plantain and was amazed by all the flavours! There is a real homely vibe in the cafe too which made me comfortable. The Rose Chai Cake brought a burst of flavour in my mouth and had an inspiring back story. I also really loved the ambience created by the well-selected music; that, alongside the super friendly service made me certain i'll be visiting this place again very soon! . :D

What a great local business, vegan and Vegatarian Cafe great menu all food cooked fresh on site. Excellent staff serving excellent food and drink worthy of support
