Closed down! Not one cafe open in Combe Martin! Came to Combe Martin to walk some of the coastal path. Hoped to get some lunch at a cafe.

having eventually found somewhere to park, we walked down King Street and found this cafe. A bit quirky but good food and away from the busiest part of town.

Had a wonderful cream tea in this very dog friendly cafe. Lovely selection of cakes and bread. Just a little way up the road from the beach. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Will definitely visit again!!!

For anyone visiting combe martin give this this gem a visit. We called in on our holidays and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The scones were so delicious we ordered some to take home. Definitely the tastiest scones we've eaten from Devon.

You'll need to go up the High Street from the seaside to find it. This bakery and tearoom just caters for tourists so it's ideal. Not a great selection of cakes here but they do make nice bread. And they serve hot food and good coffee at little tables.

Found this lovely little bakery and tearoom on our last day in Combe Martin . Wish we had found it before ! Great breakfast and the doughnuts we took for later were yummy. Great service and the owner took time to chat

Hidden gem. Wanted a cream tea for two, ended up with an alternative meal as they had run out of scones. Brownie was delicious. They even baked us some scones for our journey home. How delightful.

So, Saturday evening walk in, place was busy but comfortable with full on smugglers cave decor. Had to wait about an hour for a table - no worries as we went and got a drink and looked at the pretty little harbour. Service was efficient and polite and the food, well ‘chefs kiss’, was excellent! I had the surf and turf - the steak was medium rare perfect, prawns were fat and juicy and the garlic butter was amazing - it was that good that I kinda didn’t want the meal to end!! All in all a very nice experience which I would recommend 😊

An absolute pleasure to stay here in a huge room with balcony overlooking the sea. Wonderful staff, couldn't do enough for us. Thermal suite is a pure delight too. Food was outstanding. AMAZING. Can't wait to stay and eat again.

Great little pub. We popped in after taking a walk. Ordered the posh fish fingers and chips. No regrets. The local larger (forget the name) was really quite good. Would recommend
