Excellent, single origin specialty coffees!

I didn't enjoy the coffee - too bitter for me - but perhaps just a style thing. Coffee was well made and the food on offer looked good

They didn’t even have espresso cups despite having espresso and macchiato on their menu. There are better alternatives for locals, let’s leave this one to tourists

The only place for decent coffee in Oxford.

The coffee, dessert, staff and atmosphere was great! This was our first time at the covered market and it really made our day. The barista was very friendly and made really cute latte arts. The other two staffs were great too. They all deserve a raise! Will definitely come back.

The cappuccino and lemon cake here are top-notch! I can't wait to sample the other cakes and coffees on offer. Definitely worth exploring more!

If you want to drink a real red wine, and eat the best croissant, this is your place!

Its a nice classy coffee shop right at the entrance to the covered market. Marketed as the best voted coffee shop in Oxford and seems to stand up to it. Good options for coffees (alcoholic too), hot chocolates (different %age of dark chocolate), smoothies and teas. All of these brews are avaliable for purchase as well, along with different merchandise. The food spread is fresh and looks lovely as well, including both sweet and savoury options. The macaroons are to die for. The seating is right outside the shop, and is a bit limited but serves in a pinch. All in all would recommend a stop here as you go through the market.

The steamed milk coffee has been turning out a little sloppy recently. Good-average but not a great latte is really bad when priced at £4.20. Staff are friendly, but the place is visibly understaffed with how busy it gets. The cakes and savoury snacks are good.

THE BEST CAKE I've ever had. It happened to be gluten-free (bonus!). It was almond, lemon, coconut cake slice. And the woman who. Served me was especially nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

A decent pot of properly brewed loose leaf tea, and a really nice coffee. A little pricey, but I guess that's Oxford.

Delicious flavors and great quality... I've been going for months because I love it and it has never let me down, until yesterday. I asked for almond milk in my chai latte and they accidentally added oatmeal and I have celiac disease (gluten in the vein). I came back in the afternoon after feeling terrible all day (migraines and vomiting) to tell them what had happened and to be careful with allergies, they are not decisions, they are health conditions. They appreciated the comment but that's it. Being Latina, I expected at least a refund, or a voucher or something like that to compensate for the lost day of work (the days, because I still feel unwell).

This place had some great food. Nice cozy atmosphere and a good menu with many choices. Me personally the smoothies and the pancakes is my highlight. This is mostly a Lunch Café to clear up any confusion.

Some of the best coffee I've had in a while. Staff are knowledgeable, passionate and super friendly, helping us to pick something a little different to our usual go-to latte. Worth every penny!

Very tasty oat cappuccino. Nice roast, not too heavy. Lovely staff and great latte art. The pastries look nice, too (but recommend sitting outside and getting a vegan cookie from Ben’s Cookies opposite instead).

I would not recommend to go here if you are vegan and lactose intolerant as they do not seem to clean appliances between uses or use different ones for different milks.

Great Customer Service, always chilled atmosphere and nice people

Staff were super helpful despite the long queue and running of tea and clotted cream for the scones we opted for another selection and it was still delicious. Would love to go back again for scones and afternoon tea!

My flat white was only ok, somewhat burnt and bitter, everything else was good or ok. Disappointed given the claim of being voted the best cafe in Oxford.

Our favourite place for coffee after a workout always lovely service.

I always have a pleasant experience coming here and ordering my morning coffee. However today I witnessed something unpleasant. An older lady I assume a manager/ owner was being quite rude to the young woman serving me, she interrupted her before I could confirm my order with her and then proceeded to keep saying that she couldn’t understand what she was saying about something that couldn’t be cut. I felt really bad for the girl as she was being quite patient. I hope the other lady apologises to her colleague for this, it’s put me off coming in here if I see her again :/

One of my favorite places for coffee.

Unconditional recommendation! I had one of the best cappuccinos ever there, same goes for the banana bread (we tried both the blueberry banana bread and - as the staff recommended - the vegan banana bread toasted with salty butter on top). As cherry on top: I never had such beautiful coffee art before.

Such a cute coffee shop with friendly service! Lots of seating and a huge variety of delicious pastries and sandwiches. Definitely a new regular place for us.

Great coffee, great staff, ALWAYS crowded when I need my caffeine pick up (good for them, bad for me).

The lady serving was really lovely however, my drink was forgotten. I waited 10 minutes then asked the barista and he started making my drink, it was then made with cows milk which I only realised half way through drinking. I asked him “I’m sorry can I check what milk this is?” he was very defensive and said I told him wrong. Oh it certainly didn’t make for a relaxing morning coffee. I was given a free macaroon from the lady to say sorry but overall a very unpleasant experience. I also had my 3 month old baby in a pram which made it all much harder to go in and out of the shop to rectify their mistakes.

Coffee is always first class , never had a bad one . Sandwiches also lovely. Cakes are a little overpriced but the brownies are delicious and they have gluten free n vegan options

Amazing designs on our two flat white coffees! They tasted delicious as well, washing down an excellent cinnamon bun. Be warned, you may need to drink some water afterwards, coffee is pretty strong.

Great location; great coffee; friendly staff; delicious prosciuto bagel! I went in today for a quick lunch snack and cup og the best coffee in Oxford. Usual good service but on my way to sit outside I misjudged a step and my order went tumbling. Quick as a flash the staff were over to see if I was okay and they immediately came over to ask about my order which was replaced without charge. Now that's what I call service. Well done you guys!
