I have always loved the food at Cojean, and recommended to many people as well. I just can't justify the prices anymore - £8.70 for a miso soup with 3 vegetarian dumplings and a couple of bits of carrot. Not for me. Adieu

Extremely negative experience having lunch and having to stand next to 4 purportedly management personnel, including the store manager, NOT WEARING MASKS, yet roaming around the shop among customers, for a long period of time choosing food. In this store the UK COVID measures and restrictions are NOT COMLPIED with, and my colleague and I were shocked. I trust this behaviour will be severely punished and the management suspended or replaced as necessary. The other cashier / employees always wear masks and they do a very good job. It's unfair that they would have to endure the consequences of careless and frankly stupid management, obviously resulting in the loss of customers.

Great place to have a fast food and go.. good food with variety selection. The staffs is great... But bad bad and bad new manager with poor management skill (look like he new to the job, this is all I’ve to say).

I'm a regular customer! my office base next door. I always have my breakfast and lunch almost every day with my team and sometime with clients at Cojean Ludgate. Over the years I've seen the team changing with many faces, good staff are gone and the bad staff are coming.. The food is great but there some issue from a new team sometime put me off my appetite. This matter have to be deal by internal higher manager like CEO (report already sent to CEO) Overall - Lovely food & lovely place, but BAD manager.

I last came here in September 2017 when I greatly enjoyed a ham and cheese baguette, carrot soup, granola yoghurt and a coffee. Today I was in more of a hurry with only fifteen minutes to spare before a piano recital in nearby St. Bride’s Fleet Street. At 1pm this place was heaving. Nothing much had changed since my previous visit. Good to see the luxurious white leather seats were still in situ and looming as clean and elegant as ever. Before again picking a ham and cheese baguette I noticed the impressive range of savoury snacks available here from toasted focaccias to soup piping hot from tureens, buckwheat galettes and wraps of all descriptions, vegetarian lasagne. Mixed fruit juices, even vegetable juices. Strong coffee. Gallic flair. Ooh la la.

Started well but is losing its panache. Salads are shrinking, dressings are taking over the sandwiches and hot dishes are over-microwaved. The team is not above trying to palm you off with dishes that have been lurking over long in the hot box or burnt pastries. Good space for a working lunch. French accents abound so a few s’il vous plaits may help.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Very busy. Shelves laden with rolls, toasties, salads etc. At first glance the prices did seem a little high. Chose a toastie with chicken, spinach, carrot and coriander. With a packet of crisps and a refreshing ginger carbonated drink there was plenty for two so worked out well. After selecting your toastie you have to go to a counter where a number of assistants are waiting to serve you. This is where it gets a little confusing. There is no defining way to queue so you may jump in front of someone without realising. While waiting for your toastie, you are just hanging around the area. At the counter you then see other 'goodies', that you may have chosen if seen first. The 'toastie' briefly gets shown the machine - our bread was warm but chicken still on the cool side. Cojean offer breakfast, juices, soups, lunches and desserts. Premises are very light and modern, seating for small and large groups. Toilet area clean.

With a brief that highlighted simple and fresh products, chosen for their nutritional qualities, this restaurant had benign staff with a very clean area for the consumption of the items purchased. Recommended

A good concept with healthy food, clean minimalist decoration and space. Nice music and clientele. A little more expensive than the average fast food but go and you will understand why.

What is it? A pretend healthy place or a run of the mill cafe joint with more focus on the environment than the food? I'm not sure. Yes, coffee is good, if modest in size. And music is good, but I didnt come in for that. Food, well, just a bit disappointing. Toast served in a bag that saw a toaster only in passing in an earlier life isn't really toast. Bland. And no butter for it, of course as it's healthy place (apart from the cheese, egg and fatty streaky bacon which hadn't been cooked enough to render the fat, which accompanied it). It is average, at best, based on this visit. Not sure I needed the loyalty card....

Ate here twice for breakfast while visiting London as it was a handy place to meet up with family. The food was fine but our orders were wrong on both occasions, hence the 3 stars.

This is, I think, the first U.K. branch of a French fast food chain, which sounds a contradiction in itself. It's an airy modern space with luxuriously looking white leather chairs. Everything I tasted was uniformly excellent from the long ham and. cheese baguette (quite a steal at £4.50 even to eat in), the carrot soup and, best of all a yoghurt and honey pot with granola in a separate compartment at the top ready to be added to the rest of the mix. I noticed coffees are served with a range of optional syrups whilst there are many smoothie type juices available for the more health conscious. Overall a sort of Gallic Pret A Manger with French flair.

Not worth it - prices are ridiculous and frankly there are better options in the City. Don't consider their food to be fresh. Service ok.

Beautiful Italian style latte. Served promptly and without fuss and / or upselling. As a visitor to the city, this was a revelation (or should I say ‘Ravello-ation’).

We lunched with friends and had very good food and service. All at a very reasonable cost for the centre of London. I got an email after booking to say we could be restricted in time at the table. As we were meeting friends from overseas, I queried this possibility and was assured we could take our time. Pleased I did this as we nearly went elsewhere...!

The food was fantastic, but the service was awful but the service was lacking. The waitress seemed handling too many tables, so we had to ask several times for water, chopsticks. Despite the great food, the inattentive service made the experience less enjoyable.
