Roland was absolutely wonderful — kind, professional, and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and authentically Italian, but Roland’s service truly made the night unforgettable. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by him!

Such warm hospitality shown by (-Elrond?) a handsome young waiter. It may have been ‘Irun’ - my hearing isn’t great.

Prawn piccante was a stunner. As was our waiter, whom I believe was called Eric. Or was it Erin?

Great place to eat in Richmond after doing your shopping etc. They look after you really well and… have lovely Vegan options-maybe do few more please 🌱💖

Fantastic food, fantastic people

We were greeted straight away by a pleasant lady with a big smile. I think her name was Maria. As we were early it wasn't busy so we were able to select a table ourselves which my friend and myself appreciated. We have visited Zizzi, Richmond on many an occasion over the years and have never been disappointed.

The restaurant took my charge on card and then advised me it didn't go through on their machine. I showed them on my banking app it did and they continued to push for me to pay again. Two chargers left my account. I have had to address this with my bank as they haven't addressed this.

Another good experience at Zizzi. Good food & drinks, and excellent service. Siciliana Salmon was delicious. Although on the menu, it says "finished with crispy kale", but there was no crispy kale on my dish, but the taste was still good. Sockets for charging are available. Toilets for customers are available upstairs.

Suggested I call their head office helpline during the day to see if their food contained allergens (Onion) because they only have access to info on the 14 required by law! I cant imagine eating at a restaurant that doesn't even know what ingredients they're cooking. If you're not even going to deliver the bare minimum, then perhaps you should lower your prices to meet your service.

Staff should know how to talk with customers.

I came here with my mum on a Wednesday evening in January before the theatre and it was just fine. Prawn linguine was average. Prawn pizza was pretty good. But toilets were dirty, the poor waiter was run off his feet and I heard two tables send back cold pizza (?!) I think they need a deep clean and more staff!

Our waiter André made all the difference! Efficient and very friendly! The place is delightful, we will definitely be back!

The staff were wonderfully kind and welcoming , especially Martin, Rolan and Lewis. The food was absolutely delicious and the restaurant has a warm, aesthetic atmosphere. The food is also reasonably priced. Would definitely come here again!

We stumbled in by chance after visiting the Ted Lasso pub and the food and service was great! The Pig in a Blanket Bombe was terrific and the Sticky Pig pizza was great too!

I went to enjoy my meal and as I am regularly customers in Zizzi I have few perks to use. When it come to payment the system don’t want to accept the free perks. The terms and conditions allowed me to use but not the management. I was very disappointed as I use so many times before and never face the issue. That’s was my fist and last experience at zizi in Richmond. I went there to use mg perks vouchers and end up paying the full price.

Everything was perfect for our Boxing Day lunch, food was amazing and quick. Cocktails looked beautiful and tasted amazing. Roland's service was perfect, always checking back on us and looked after us perfectly, and took great care for an allergy we had. Will definitely be back, and will be telling my friends and family about this place.

Service was friendly. Very child friendly restaurants. Ambiance was simple but discreetly decorated for Christmas. Food came relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the salad with chicken was very cold. The spicy linguine with prawns was completely lacking in seasoning and salt. Pizza for kids is good. Not a perfect performance but OK for dinner.

This is the last time we come to Zizzi Richmond. We have had a couple of problems before, such as waiting a long time to place our order and orders that haven't arrived until we decided to leave, but today was the last straw. Again, no one came to take our order until I called for them, and the lady who served us spilled drinks on my daughter’s book and drawings. She didn’t even apologize properly or bother to clean the table. We love their food, and we will definitely visit Kingston Zizzi and other restaurants again, but not this one!

We normally enjoy going to Zizzi, but I had a really disappointing experience today. The manager was extremely rude when discussing that we had assumed a dish under the pizza section would not end up being a pasta dish! I didn’t expect an attempt to have a relaxing dinner at the end of the week to leave me so gutted. Perhaps the waiter needs to learn being less selective when being nice to the customers?

Roland and Toby were fantastic. A complete experience which I will definitely return to enjoy.

I had a wonderful dinner at Zizzi’s in Richmond with my boyfriend. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a cozy evening out. I ordered the Casareccia Pollo Piccante Pasta, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were vibrant, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Our server was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. I highly recommend Zizzi’s for anyone looking for a lovely meal in a charming setting. Five stars all the way!

Guys - Ronald needs a pay rise - his customer service is like none other I've experienced. He got my 2-year-old daughter up on the pass and the chef helped her make her own Pizza for crying out loud! Never seen anything like it. Outstanding. Thank you.

Took 1hr 45m to arrive pasta came cold dry and without a creamy sauce the garlic bread was rock hard I didn't eat any absoloutely disgusted

We normally visit Richmond branch the food is lovely and the service is excellent. The gentleman called Ronald was so helpful and friendly. It was busy time but he was managing everything so smoothly even someone left their food and with pouring rain he rushed outside to inform them and have them their leftovers. I hope everyone could do their job as he he does it.

I have ordered a pizza from Zizzi Richmond through Uber Eat and this is the pizza I received. This pizza costs 17£, it is clearly not like the advertised picture. I asked the gentleman to remove the Nduja and change it for some other cheese, he was very rude and hanged up on me. I wouldn't recommend to eat here.
