Cohannon Inn Restaurant in Dungannon

Avoid this restaurant. Went for late lunch. Place was almost empty but it felt like we were annoying staff by being there. Wasn't overly enthused by menu choices but eventually ordered chicken stack with bacon & leek sauce - absolutely horrible. Clumpy, solid, tasteless mash. Cloying sauce with a weird, almost synthetic taste. Chicken was tough and stringy. Worst of all, the mass of greasy tobacco onions on top dripping into the meal. Cooked in old oil that most definitely needed changing. Couldn't get rancid taste out of my mouth. My mum didn't fare much better with her chicken goujons and chips and side order of onion rings. All infused with that awful old oil taste. Again, chewy stringy chicken. I drew the staff's attention to the issues, particularly with the oil, they took the onion rings off the bill. But I won't return as the food is beyond terrible, the atmosphere almost oppressive. Flies buzzing around our table. Huge changes are needed here.

Stavano chiudendo (prestino per i nostri standard aggiungerei) ma ci hanno lasciato accomodare lo stesso. Abbiamo ordinato una zuppa del giorno, dei gamberi in pastella e un piatto di pasta al pomodoro per il bimbo. Tutto buono, pasta inaspettatamente inclusa (cotta pure al dente)! Lo staff super gentile e attento ai bisogni nostri e del bambino. Ristorante assolutamente consigliato

Arrived in looking an evening meal, no welcoming atmosphere. Stood for 10 minutes trying to get attention to ask for a table. We were Brought to our table by a lady I'm assuming was the manager as she was dressed in a shirt and seemed to be in charge. She was unfriendly and not helpful at all when we asked about the menu. Really seemed like she didn't want to be there. Meal was OK, small portions and overpriced!! Pretty rubbish atmosphere. It feels like you need to eat and leave ASAP. Wouldn't recommend.

I don't often ask for mixed grill and after an uncooked egg sitting precisely on top .. l won't be asking for one again. Bacon and leek sauce that had no pith just pour like milk. A chicken dish that was barely eaten .. very dissatisfied and disappointed in the Cohannon. If it hadn't of been for the chips and sausages, we would not have had any food even though that wasn't the ordered main course. Yes, they did change my plate of food but get it right first time Cohannon.. no excuses!!

Called in with my family for a Sunday roast, but was told the only vegetarian dinner option was a curried cauliflower burger and chips or a ‘chicken and bacon ceasar salad without the chicken and bacon’ ie. Lettuce.

Booked here for the Cookstown 100 motorcycle road races with two friends. On arrival, found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, in particular Pauline and Emma. Had our evening meals here for three nights, and they were very nice and reasonable value for money. The three breakfasts we had were very good indeed. Parking the motorcycles was good and there were plenty of parking spaces to choose from. One big disappointment was that the bar closed at 21:30 and there was nowhere else close to go to. The room was adequate,but it was let down by the very basic en-suite bath/shower and toilet which was poor and dated.

The food in the restaurant was very good. Portions sizes were great and all of our group said the same. Staff are really cheery and friendly, especially Mary and Heather. Only down side is the restaurant closes pretty early so we only got to sample the menu a few times due to work hours we were keeping. I would have no problem eating here. Just a shame we couldn’t have done it more often.

Lovely food. Excellent service, thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Fully recommend the restaurant and facilities.

We called into eat with visiting family as it is close to Coalisland where we live. The staff were pleasant and food arrived promptly...however two of the meals were so greasy that a large portion of the meals were inedible. Although apologetic when we mentioned this we were charged full price for the meal which was outrageous. Would not recommend.

We broke our journey to have lunch. The Covid guidelines were fulfilled and it was spacious. We felt safe there. The menu was varied, the service good though we waited about 20 minutes for our food to arrive. However the staff were helpful & friendly. It was good value.

Went for breakfast, family of 6. 3 of our kids asked for sausage and toast, so we ordered 3 pairs of sausages (£1.50 for pair) and 2 portions of toast between them(£1.95 portion). When order come we got 3 pairs and 3 portions of toast, when went to pay bill we were charged for 3 'toasties' at £4.95 each!!! When challenged, we were told that's what it is!! No it is not, we ordered extras from the menu, that are clearly on the menu and 'toasties' are not. Also had 2 extra coffees on the bill which had to removed that was never ordered. We will never be back!!

Visited with family for lunch. Has booked a table. Staff welcoming. Order taken promptly. Good quality food. After we had eaten main course we waited for table to be cleared. We waited. We waited. Numerous staff waled passed. We waited. I approached a staff member re dessert menu.When another staff member came to take order she did so--but plates remained on table. Desserts and coffees arrived--and then plates were cleared. Not the glasses. A trip to toilet was revealing--ticked as checked up to 3 pm--I used loo at 2 pm

We visited on one of the eat out to help out days. I'd booked by phone and didn't realize the offer was on until I got there. Because we were bringing an elderly relative I wouldn't have gone on such a busy day if I'd known. We waited quite a while at the door, too long if you've an older person with you. Staff were pleasant and food was served quickly, some vegan options would be great but I improvised. It was exceptionally busy, there is an entrance and exit to the restaurant.Only difficulty for elderly people is that they park close to the entrance, then have to exit via the side of the building.

Visited the restaurant for Sunday lunch. The staff were not wearing any PPE. They were not social distancing and there was lipstick on my glass. Our order came out wrong, nobody asked us if the food was ok, so could not be corrected and the manager was quite rude. The only positive was the friendly barman who seemed to be the only member of staff to be providing any form of customer service. Would not eat here again as my food was burnt.

Clean tidy rooms , can be a bit bright at night if facing the car parK . Dinner and breakfast were good , served by friendly staff

Fajita meal was enough for 2 people. Good choices for breakfast. The wee servers were attentive. Easy to park.

We called in for lunch and I must say that we were more than pleased. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. We definitely would visit again in the future.

Arrived at 11.11am for what turned out to be a sumptuous carvery style breakfast. Plenty of parking for our 2 coaches first of all and nice and handy to walk to the restaurant. Plenty of space for large groups. Staff very obliging. Tea was from one of those press on canisters but staff allowed us to have our own tea pot at our big round table. Spoilt for choice with the availability for breakfast ... even scrambled eggs available! Toilets all on the one level ... no steps! Shop next door scored points too as some needed to purchase cigarettes!!! This venue is located next to the M1 Motorway so is the ideal stopping point for any coaches on their way to Belfast or even Armagh/Newry direction trips ... come to think of it even ideal for Belfast to Omagh/Enniskillen trips too ... you’ll definitely not be disappointed... I know it’s also a motel so there you go you can even arrange to stay the night!!!

great place as a base , great wee girl on reception who went out her way to book us local taxis.[ thanks].. we were bed n breakfast....room and bed were well up to standards..clean and new bedding..bathroom/shower room the same..breakfast outstanding...only slight problem for city slickers is the bar etc closes very early...would defo use again...

This was great for a stop between Dungiven and Kilkeel. We had an early dinner, about 5ish. The staff were friendly and helpful and took our order promptly. My vegetarian fajita was delicious as was my friend's roast dinner. We would certainly eat there again if we were in the vicinity.

Party of eleven guests and the waitress took our order for drinks WITHOUT writing it down and got it right first time, wish I knew her secret! Dinner was good and represented fine value for money. Will return when next in the area

Really enjoyed our time at Cohannon Inn, food is excellent and staff are friendly. This is an ideal stop along the M1, kids are sick of McD's (and so i'm i) so we decided to stop at this restaurant. The place was busy and we didn't have table booked, however the restaurant manager was able to get us a table for 5. Due to busyness the food took about 15 minutes from order but the staff brought colouring pages to keep the children occupied and there was free WIFI. Food was tasty and plates were emptied. All-in-all a good experience.

Enjoyed 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners while working local, The food was excellent well presented by really friendly helpful staff both early morning and in the evening. Plenty of parking. Don’t drive past this establishment if holidaying or working in the area .

Broke our journey and stopped for main course only. I had Chicken stir fry. Good tasty portion . And my wife had a chicken curry. Again good portion of tasty wholesome food.

Yes the order was slightly mixed up, we were offered a free sweet but neither wanted it. Both enjoyed the food and service was reasonably quick. Would go again. Sunday carvery looked popular.

I call here on a regular basis with my brother coming from hospital appointments over this last 2 years and have never had a bad meal or experience in it yet. Nothing is a bother for the staff either.

We have been visiting the Cohannon at lunch time for years now however following the dreadful, rude & dismissive customer service at lunchtime today I'm not sure we will ever return! Management need to train some of the carvery staff I'm basic manners.

Me and my family of four visited here tonight 24/8/18 and it was 10/10 as always. I don’t no why I’m only leaving this review after being here and being happy with everything for ages, the 2 adults got sirloin steaks and they were cooked to perfection and we were surprised at how quick our food was served. The other thing that’s great thing about this place is the older staff who are very experienced and pleasant and are why this place is soo good, well done chef & waiters/waitresses your doing a great job, can’t wait to return for great service and food

Just called for coffee and cake, heading back to UK. The coffee was awful and must have been left standing a long time- The chocolate cheesecake? Well, not much chocolate in that!! Together with a coke the bill was £10.75 -highway robbery!

My wife & myself ate here at lunch time on 5th August. We had stopped often for food from the restaurant & thought we would give the carvery a try. Allowed a choice

Friendly helpful staff , food excellent, never disappoints. I had a large salad ( meat free ) with side order of champ and my husband chose from the carvery which was equally impressive. Very reasonably priced .

Arrived here coming up from Enniskillen and looking somewhere close to the M1 to get fed and watered before heading onwards to Belfast for a concert. It was a bit unorganised as we queued for 5 minutes yet were a lot of seats free. However when we got seated the service was quick and friendly. There was a Sunday carvery on and some things had ran out on our arrival but we had already decided to go for pub grub anyway. I had the sweet chilli and honey chicken and himself the Chicken curry. We both got half & half.

We came upon this restaurant by chance and were very pleased that we stopped there. The staff were very friendly and they served us with a top quality Roast of the Day (four choices including Beef, Chicken and ham and a tasty chicken and ham pie.

I adore this restaurant. Since getting with my partner in 2014 I have visited this place time and time again.

Met other family members here. Can't complain about 1 thing. Food was lovely and service was great. Again you get plenty to eat. I had carvery but you could of had of lunch menu which had a big selection to chose from also

Arrived after an overnight flight from the US and the Staff in the Motel and the wait staff in the restaurant were the best!

I stayed at the Cohannon inn for a few days and to my surprise was the fabulous restaurant attached to it. The food was freshly made and very nice, every time I ate there (4 times). What really made it for me though, was the truly wonderful staff that I had the pleasure of meeting. They were so welcoming and warm, each time I went in. A huge credit to the restaurant! Thank you for providing a lovely service. I hope if I visit the area for work again, that I can pop in and grab a bite to eat.

Not wanting to fork out the £20 per head at Viscounst restauarant for sunday dinner we decided to give the Culhannon Inn a try having not been to it in years. We were impressed by the pictures of the new makeover and looked forward to checking it out. We booked ahead as there were 7 in our party. When we arrived at the restaurant the lady in charge shouted at us from across the way rather than coming to the host stand. When she established we had a booking she merely pointed to our table rather than walking us to the table. The table was at the bottom of a large dining room and not in the restaurant itself, the dining room not having undergone the same makeover the restaurant clearly had. Most of our party decided to go for the carvery option, mostly due to the lack of options on the bistro menu. Being a vegetarian I was pleased with the veggie food options available and my meal was cooked fresh and brought to the table. We had a young child in our party and even with the adults having to queue for an age on the carvery the child's food did not arrive for what seemed like forever and inquiries were made at one point regarding it. When it did arrive it did not contain the garlic bread as per the menu and as ordered so there was a further wait on this. Most of the party went for dessert and these were deemed satisfactory. I guess you get what you pay for and after our experience at the Culhannon we won't be rushing back anytime soon.

This restaurant is a great all rounder, for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late dining. On a Friday nite they have steak night which consists of 2 courses and a bottle of wine for just £40 per couple, the food is great and there is plenty of it.

Really no fuss kind off place. Had breakfast here whilst staying across the car park at the Inn. Staff more than happy to help, food warm and tasty and morning coffee very good.

From start to finish the waiting staff where excellent, good service and very welcoming. The food was also unbeatable. All was perfect until I asked for extra sauce, the waiter came back to pass on the message from the arrogant chef that there was sauce on the chicken and to make us aware the sauce would be an extra cost. Seriously, I think we realised there was sauce already on the dish. And apologies for wanting more sauce. was there any need?

Cohannon inn has become one of the best eateries in the locality of dungannon. Service was fab, food gorgeous I'd recommend the beef burger and garlic fries! Lovely setting, food beautiful! Well done Cohannon! :) (ps you are better than viscounts!)

Visited the Cohannon Inn mid-week for an evening meal with my mum. We were greeted at the door and welcomed, we were shown to our table and given our menus. I ordered the Flavour of Tyrone Chicken and my mum got the Steak, we both really enjoyed our meals and the service was first class. Would recommend and we certainly will be back again.

Rooms are clean although slightly dated. Good for a base. Breakfast is special and the Staff are great

I called in here recently for lunch as I had skipped breakfast. It was a very handsome carvery lunch I went for (though they do an a la carte too). It was inexpensive and of a high quality. I will most certainly be back.

A truly delicious 4 course Christmas Dinner on an evening before Christmas. Food was good and the meal was lovely and hot. I could not have made a better Christmas dinner in my own home. The Cohannon Inn looks lovely following a make over. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was about ten years between visits and not one thing had changed in the previous nine.. ok if you are Ardress House or The Argory but boy did this place need some new direction....A chef, a good one, has been employed along with a revamp of both inside and outside...better ingredients, should it just be egg and chips that taste great mean I'm visiting here almost weekly now. It's not easy to be fresh and new all the time... but it is possible...

Recently called into the Cohannon whilst back home over the Christmas holidays with my hubby.The restaurant was lovely and there was a beautiful smell throughout.The staff where very friendly and efficient.I had the honey chilli chicken with half rice half chips and my hubby had the gammon steak.The honey chilli chicken was beautiful and massive portion.Will definitely be back next time we're home.

It's been quite a few years since I last ate here and was very pleasantly surprised at the great improvements to the Resturant, which had been recently refurbished to a very good standard. This was a spur of the moment visit and was very enjoyable experience. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Choice and price of meals was good. Our choice of meals was correct as what we received was beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection. (Chicken Fajitas) served with a choice of chips, champ or tossed salad. Just sooo yummy. Wine choices were also very acceptable. Our host was also attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend it.

I have been staying at the Cohannon Inn and eating at the restaurant for quite a few years.The recent refurbishments to the restaurant are fantastic, and the new menu is brilliant too.Just had the "Honey Chili Chicken", and it was wonderful. The staff are as friendly as ever, and the place has a wonderful, warm ambience.Well worth a night out

After staying away from this place for years. i went with friends who were staying there. What a difference. I was so pleased to be able to take my Friends near home with great food. the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. the food was brilliant and so much of it. The new look is lovely, Christmas decorations are beautiful. and the price was great. this hotel has come alive with its take over....

Rooms are basic but practical. Extremely clean. Food is great and so are the staff. Very reasonable with free parking and free wifi . Wouldn't stay anywhere else if in area

A family favourite for us the new look does not take away from anything it adds a more intimate and modern touch without loosing all the good things the cohannon had to offer. The menu has got a revamp but the old favourites are there as is the ever popular carvery! Staff are as always exceptional! Well done on the decor!!

We stopped here en route to the West for a cup of coffee and chips for the kids. Lovely place, staff are great and menu is superb. Will come back for an evening meal!!

I know there trying to get an atmosphere,abit to dark, the kids meals are ok priced but the main menu very overpriced, when out at 4.30 a bit expensive for that time of the day

We have just been for a family meal ,the food was fantastic and a credit to the cooks an kitchen staff ,and the staff serving the food and drink are very helpful and atentive to all your needs ,the whole is so clean and fresh looking definitely will be back again

Foods are very tasty everything re great but one thing s too dark, look like we sit wrong place with no lights on us. Hardly to see my steak. Will post pic of my dinner. We will be back and will make sure we ask for bright area

On our travel to the west coast of Ireland we stopped off here by chance. The place was exactly what we needed after being in from 5am. The staff were so friendly and helpful upon arrival and the breakfast was great and had all I needed for my drive ahead. Would definitely use again if ever in the area and would recommend to anyone needing fed.

Was in with my dad yesterday, he had the beef and ale pie and I had fish of the day! Everything was absolutely beautiful especially the champ! So creamy and lovely. There was a blonde girl serving us, very friendly and even the other staff that wasn't serving us, all pleasant and spoke to us with a smile if they walked past. Credit were credit is due

For many, many years we have been visiting this restaurant each time we are in Northern Ireland. We always go for the carvery which is just delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the ambience of the restaurant is wonderful.

I had booked a 50th birthday party for my husband for 24 of our family on Saturday 10th September.A beautiful meal was had by all, the service and attention we received was exceptional and all the staff could not have done enough for us. A special thanks to Lee and Mary for overseeing everything and ensuring our every need was met.The Cohannon Inn is well worth a visit for good food, beautiful surroundings and friendly helpful staff, we have never been dissapointed and we go regularly.Go along and see for youself you will not be dissapointed

Visited last Saturday night with a party of 7 friends. Table was reserved during the week & on arrival we were very glad we had thought ahead to do this as we found the place was quite packed & atmosphere was buzzing! We were greeted at the door by a friendly & welcoming waiter before being shown to our table. Drink orders were taken & menus were provided whilst we waited on the rest of our party to arrive. From the outset we were impressed. A great menu comprising of good old favourites with a few specials added in on the night. Our order was taken as soon as we could make our decisions & starters were promptly served. All 8 of us were very impressed. Excellent presentation with generous portion sizes. Main courses followed the same theme. Only a few of us had room for dessert but each of us agreed, 10 out of 10 for Cohannon. To sum it up, excellent food, exceptional service, generous portions & reasonable prices. Can't wait to go back.

We went for food on Saturday evening was took to our table and given menus then wait about 20 minutes for our to be taken and even given a drink. It then took about 45 minutes for our food to come as they were very busy food was just ok. We then ordered sweet which didn't come to our table after waiting about 20 minutes again we got up to pay and told them we didn't want our sweets but was still charged for them. Was a wee bit disappointed with that over all the food was ok

A local restaurant, we didn't usually frequent but after a change of management we have been a couple of times to check on the fare. In all honesty, it is as good as you will get for good wholesome food served in pleasant surroundings by friendly easy going but efficient staff. We couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We called in about 7pm this evening to have a late tea. It was quite busy but we were seated immediately and the staff were very pleasant and efficient throughout the whole. Service. We had ribs and chicken and the mixed grill and we both really enjoyed it. Thereis a lovely atmosphere in it. It has all been updated and looks really well. We go here quite often and find it very relaxing.

After completing business for the day and on my way back driving to Belfast International Airport I by chance came across the Cohannon Inn Restaurant by the roadside. As I was feeling hungry and not wishing to partake in the airport food I decided to call in for a bar snack. On entering I was pleased to find a well presented large eating area and I was escorted to a table of my choice by friendly staff; the establishment being relatively quiet late afternoon. The restaurant looked well decorated and the ambience for a relaxed meal was perfect. I ordered scampi and chips which were then delivered in a timely manner which just suited my need. The meal was served with salad and mushy peas. The food was very tasty and was just what I was looking for at that time of day. Cost was also very reasonable.To summarise very good bar food in very pleasant surroundings. I would definitely go back when next in the area

Arrived at 2.20 just as Carvery had been cleared and was offered grill bar menus etc, however expressing my want for Carvery they were only to happy to plate me one up in the kitchen! I was not disappointed! Thoroughly enjoyed, cleared my plate! Hubby ordered from grill bar menu and again very happy with his choice ! Decor absolutely gorgeous, huge improvement! Excellent customer service Emma & staff!! Very pleasurable dining experience! Already looking forward to next visit!

had tea tonight in cohannon for the last time yuck ate here before and it was good tonight was a different story would NOT recomend the cohannon inn greasy horrible foodthat needs to improve asap

First time here since change of management. Décor and layout much improved. We had the hot gammon and mustard sandwich with vegetable soup. Then strawnoffee and sticky toffee pudding. Very enjoyable. Will be back

Called in after being away for the day with family. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well organised fast service. Meals were excellent and all of us enjoyed them very much. The menu is excellent there is something for every one on it. I can highly recommend the mixed grill it was done to perfection. I will definitely be back again. Very reasonably priced as well and High Chairs are available for the younger members of the party. Excellent Restrauant keep up the good work.

They do the best breakfast around ,I go here once a week with a friend, the staff are really helpful and friendly . You can have a large or small breakfast well worth the money. They also do an excellent carvery on a Sunday

We have visited here a number of time since moving into the area and find that the food is always good and the staff friendly.The fajita is my particular favourite of the chilli chicken.I've never had a bad meal here so I'd say whatever you order will be good.I love that the restaurant is divided up so you have a bit of privacy of you wish but you can still see the whole room.It's currently undergoing renovation but the temporary restaurant is fine just not as private.

Went here the other guy for the carvery. While queuing up for it a waitress kept asking were we sitting together and asking how many of us there were. Had our mediocre lunch and then went to pay. We asked for separate bills and she point blank refused. She insisted we didn't tell her at the start and therefore it was our fault. Was the rudest most unhelpful waitress I've ever seen. 8 of us were there that day and none of us will be back.

Went here with a friend who lives locally to The Cohannon - I had driven past here on a few occasions and stopped at the adjacent service station but had never been in The Inn / restaurant there before, and to be honest, driving past I didn't expect too much other than basic roadside food.. I was wrong!! They are currently undergoing renovations so I believe the restaurant has temporarily been moved within the building for the next few months. It was clean and bright and airy without feeling like everyone going past could see you eating. The staff were very pleasant and the menu was surprisingly varied and good value for money. Initially I didn't think I was that hungry but the smell of food was so good that I decided on the fish & chips which was delicious (not very often I leave a totally clean plate but I did!) My fried had chilli chicken strips I think and the 'starter' portion she opted for looked big enough to be a main course!Keep you the good work folks and best of luck with the renovations - I look toward to visiting again.

We live outside Belfast and were travelling to holiday in Lough Erne and made a stop for lunch at the Cohannon Inn. This location seems to attract locals, truckers and people travelling onwards like ourselves.We were here on Easter Monday and it was extremely busy offering a carvery lunch as well as the usual menu.The staff who attended to our table were warm and friendly and engaged greatly with our little girl. Our little girl had vegetable soup and a crispy bread roll and in her own words "that was yummy" you can't say better than that.I had a plain burger with chips and I've got to say it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The chips came in a small decorative bucket and I'm not a fan of these novelty methods of serving food I don't think they hold a great portion in them but they look on trend. My hubby had a fajita wrap and although he said it was delicious as a big man he didn't find the portion very filling.All in all this was a lovely visit and if in the area again we will undoubtedly visit again and would definitely recommend.

If you want quick pub grub on a budget this is the place to go. Place could do with a wee bit of retail therapy as it's quite dated looking but food is grand and hits the spot.

Met with a friend last night for dinner, was delighted to see the special which was gammon chop, mustard mash and cabbage. I must say I would go as far to say it is the best gammon chop I have tasted, EVER. Please add this to your menu as I will definitely be back for it. As always staff are delightful and very attentive.

We ate in the restaurant both at breakfast and evening meal on Saturday. Good food , excellent service. My wife needs a gluten free diet. Margaret was extremely attentive in providing the same. Thoroughly recommended.

Our group stopped for breakfast and returned on way home for high tea both meals were excellent the staff went the extra mile to see we were all catered for and nothing was a bother. Many thanks to Margaret and team

We stopped for breakfast as a group, really good wholesome meal thoroughly enjoyed it. Stopped on way home for evening meal . It was average bog standard meal roast beef, carrot,peas and a mountain of mash. Bland ! Apple crumble and custard not great. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Service slow. Food was ok nothing special to be honest. Staff friendly but food could be improved. Ok value for money

I was here for a meal, the food was okay, could have more taste in it, The waitress was very unenthusiastic when it came to serving the customers. The coke I ordered tasted nothing like coke. Not sure if I would ever return.

We always visit this restaurant at least once or sometimes twice a week .The food is always first class along with first class service all round , every time we go there . It's reasonably priced , always well presented. I would highly recommend it as your know before you go there that your meal is definitely going to be delicious. So if your feeling like a nice little day or evening out ,definitely give this place a try , you won't be disappointed. Five stars from me .

Lunch time carvery is great value at £7-8 per head. Service is outstanding. If you want fancy menu and decor then perhaps not for you but it's good honest proper food served by friendly staff in a traditional clean restaurant.
