Usually resort to Dominos as a last resort if everything is closed and it shows. Pizza is always undercooked and floppy.

Order was missing item, on the phone he said wasn't ordered. It was. I ordered one with no tomato, came with tomato. Whenever you call it in they just deny it. Company employs children why would any expected children to be able to deal with things. Also don't take cash.

Another business that now thinks it can dictate to customers that they can only pay by card ....I'm done, will use the local pizza place 30 seconds away where I can pay by cash.

Best pizza in ross on wyn. Would loved if they attended the customers straight away, but overall good.

Looked pleasant enough and the coffee was fine but, having ordered, the guy serving took payment and only then, when I enquired about a loyalty card, did he explain that it was now on an app and had to be scanned before payment so it now was too late. Those two loyalty credits have been lost. Surely it's reasonable to ask before taking payment if that's the way it works? I won't bother coming here again.

I really like the coffee here. The cakes are excellent - a cut above all of the other chain coffee shops. Nice pleasant surroundings to sit down and take a break.

Nice venue with good Decor, prices seem a little high. The Coffee had a fruity taste so not exactly to my palette . Nice selection of cakes and lunch items Good Location in the main street

Purchased a pizza ( vegi supreme) which was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was in ross today and thought I'd stop in and have a coffee. I had a double espresso and latte. The girls behind the counter were friendly and very knowledgeable about coffee. The coffee was very good and the surroundings were very laid back. I would definitely recommend this cozy little coffee shop to anybody. Thanks girls for a nice overall afternoon coffee.

Everything time we go there's always something wrong ..... I give u chance after chance! Ur lucky ur even getting one star !! This time I got the festive one and there was no turkey 🤬

Having been regular customers of Coffee 1 in Monmouth, we were pleased to have a branch open in Ross. Overall though our experience here is way below that of other Coffee 1 branches. Service can be quite slow and orders incorrect. We also have concerns about food hygiene having watched a member of staff fuss over a dog and return to serving customers without washing her hands. Perhaps with more training things will improve.

Absolute dog dirt! The pizzas hardly had any toppings on and they got the order wrong. The staff weren't polite on collection either. It's not rocket science. Just have a little bit of pride in what you do or you'll go out of business. Never seen so many poor reviews for a Dommino's Pizza before and they're all justified as this Domino's is absolutely rubbish.

I was not happy with my food that I ordered coz it was all cold when it arrived and i had to wait over an hour for it to be delivered when I asked for it ASAP

The staff really take pride in the quality of their product, made from scratch (but you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear: avoid the highly processed meat) and delivered as quickly as possible. If you live a distance away from Ross on Wye please consider tipping; as the staff only get paid £1 per delivery, 50p to a pound would be greatly appreciated. When they are not delivering they are washing everything by hand because the management are too stingey to get a dish washer. Prison levels of washing up. Don't work here, it's terrible. If you have a special request like well done or not so well done then speak to them in person as there is no provision for this on the app! The staff are great. I promise you they will bend over backwards to please!

Ordered a pizza on collection. I did laps of town for 15 minutes and couldn't get a parking spot. Drove home and offered to buy a second pizza on delivery if they could drop off my collection but I was denied. Meh.

terrible service, refused to put pepperoni onto a vegan pizza as I'm lactose intolerant. Called dominos in Hereford and they did it straight away for me.

The only thing that could be improved on is more toppings, other than adding this as extras, then it would be 5 🌟, 1 piece had no toppings on at all unfortunately. Overall though we generally have pizza once a week from our local domino's and it's good 👍.

Won't accept cash. So i refused to buy from you. Surely you can't keep refusing people's money. I won't use you again. I wouldn't turn a customer away in my shop. Teaches me a lesson always use local don't use a big franchise. Glad you are so sure of getting customers but people will get fed up with it

I've had domino's pizza from all-around the country and always loved it. Domino's in Ross is my local one but it's always disappointing. Hardly any cheese or toppings on it. The stretchy cheese in the advert is a definite no no.. I don't bother with my local one now and always go to the original pan pizza a few doors up the road.

Was the worst pizza iv ever had was cold soggy and my chicken was horrible. It's like they pulled it out of the oven cuz they needed the space, but the chicken was just really bad under coocked sogy chickena

Nice and hot. Staff OK to deal with. Pizza seemed slightly over done and toppings a bit dry but still really tasty and enjoyable.

The young man seemed more interested in his phone than serving me my pizza I watched go cold for 10 minutes....

If you like freshly cooked pizza, this is the perfect place for you! They always have great deals, you can order online and pick or if close enough they deliver. Staff are courteous and friendly!

You'll find that the quality of the pizzas vary from Domino's to Domino's. This is one of the better ones, for sure. The guys here occasionally throw on some extras if you're making a big order. *Tip* If you think it's expensive, Two for Tuesdays is a thing, and it's Buy One Get One Free if you order it online before you get there.

Great Domino's branch. Rang up and ordered as we were camping at the rowing club so didn't have an address, they were happy to still deliver. Ordered £50 worth, there or there abouts, of pizza and it turned up within half an hour. The driver went above and beyond the call of duty parking his car up outside the club, and coming by foot across the campsite to the farthest end, to our exact tent. I'd said i didn't mind coming to meet him, but he did it without being asked. Now the meat of the matter - the food. It was all piping hot, absolutely delicious, and great value for money. I have used some questionable domino's in the past but this one was great!

Newly opened and Clean with the usual Dominoes fare that you'd find in any one of their chain stores, Freindly and Clean if a little expensive.

It's a dominoes so the food is good quality pizza and a ridiculous price. As the choice is limited in Ross it's the go to place for a pizza.
