Coffee Pot in Luton

Ordered a breakfast Left the toast and told me to come collect it instead Rest of the full breakfast was excessive salt for no reason

Brought 2 panini’s from there, it stank of old chicken and old cheese, I would advise you not to go to this place as they can’t be bothered to get fresh chicken and cheese.

Just alhad a fantastic breakfast and coffee

Coffee Pot has a prime location, there are two main issues well in fact 3. 1) the smoke and the smell of the food never goes out, it circles inside thus affects your clothes and your health. 2) the food is never freshly prepared. The food prepared a month or so before is served which has health hazards. 3) some of waiters are arrogant, once you tell them the truth, they get annoyed.

Go Chaiiwala instead, don't waste your money here.. old stale food, weak coffee, cheap baked beans, chewy chicken, overpriced. They don't care, only care about money.

This a great place to have breakfast (halal), snacks, brunch or just a cuppa. Positioned on the center of the loop on Dunstable Road, Luton. Parking is available behind AA Carpets. Khalid will look after you in this two floor panaramic location. All the usual juices, tea, coffee, snacks are available. There is a couple of benches outside too, if you fancy enjoying a cuppa in the sun. Will surely revisit when I am back in Luton. Salim Patel

We ordered cheese flan from here after a long time, it wasn’t as it used to be or should be, was to dry and dense , was not as soft and fluffy as it should be

Great place to eat. I absolutely love the spice tea that they serve, best in town and the breakfast is delicious. The people who work there have great manners and customer service. I highly recommend this café 👍

Great staff. Always get a service with a big smile. Nothings too much for them. I have specific dietary requirements and they always accommodate for me. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I don’t do these much but I never put reviews. What a massive shame. The last time I came was really bad this time after over a year the results are the same, Lasagne bad with 100 uncooked some burnt. Cheese flan hard as rubber. When asked during eating I explained the issue, in return he just smiled and laughed and walked off, when confronted at check out they just smile and say nothing in return just expect you to pay. Had my son puke 3 bites of the lasagne. They laughed as I left the store because of my complaint.

Lovely place for a quick bite, amazing jacket potatoes and paninis.

Good location with good food options however prices on products are slightly on the high side, annoying flies buzzing over food, this needs to get sorted. Cheese flan was a bit too chewy.

Very good coffee shop in the community to have coffee and home made food very highly recommend

Ordered veggie toastie and told them not to add any jalapeños in it…. I repeated myself 6 times. And guess what… when I was eating… I realised that they added jalapeños! Literally ruined my break during work. So I called them to ask why had they put jalapeños when I repeatedly mentioned few times not to add them. The guy on the call was sooo sooo RUDE! He doesn’t not know how to deal with customers he started shouting at me over the phone. No apologies whatsoever. I asked him what his name is so he was not telling me but starting copying me and saying what’s ur name? ! This was so frustrating and upsetting. Literally got me so angry 😡 I’ve been buying my food from here for the last 4 years. Then I asked if I can speak to the Manager, he replied that manager is not here so speak to me, then, I said I wanna speak to the manager. Then he said come in store if u want to speak to him, and top of that he left me on hold. Then I rang back I said can I speak to the manager he said yes it me.. !! he lied coz first he said manager is not here. So he acted like a manager and when I asked for the name he said it’s Hassan. Clearly lying! I could get that as it was the same voice and he mentioned earlier that manager is not in today…Ridiculous 😤😡

Came with my mates yesterday and ordered shepherd's pie, it's been confirmed by the management that the shepherd's pie was fresh but it was cold and to make matters worse since then I vomited atleast 14 times since it happened I've got got bad headache and a temperature to make things worse. Avoid this shop at all costs as their food isn't fresh and they place their food just underneath the stairs on the microwave. The amount of people that walk up n down those stairs and the dust that occurs.

The food and location is perfect. It was an ideal pit stop for our cycle route to the chilterns.

I ordered two smoothies, there is more water than the actual smoothie fruit. Total waste of money... I also ordered a chicken tikka panini with spicy, it also wasn't how I expected.

6/10 times the order arrives to us wrong. When questioned they deny it was wrong or we didn’t order this item. This has now happened again, completely wrong item and not rectifying it.

Wow!! Had a Jacked Potato here for Lunch and It didn’t Disappoint... It was really tasty with all the side (Granted I got a few extra sides to taste). Service was fantastic, Staff were very welcoming. Will be back to try the Jerk Chicken...

It must have been good at some point because it has all the potential. However it's just so dirty. Food was decent but you feel like your sitting surrounded by germs. Clean. Wipe down the tables.Sweep the floors. Come on. Specially now.Also pretty certain my stomach hasnt been right since I went.

This place was once very good, i cant believe whats happened to this place. I will never eat here agian, got my order wrong. Gave me old out of date coleshaw that was rancid, you could smell it from the plate. PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. There shepards pie and lasagne are old stale and they use bad meat. Dont waste your money go to cafe 1.

Food is always nice & delicious but the staff is very stingy they don't give enough sauce. if you ask another sauce pot they 'll say they don't have pot. I think he is the owner

Friendly service and reasonably quick

Conveniently located, right in the centre of Bury Park. Food and beverages from here are very tasty and are reasonably priced. There is quite a nice variety in what they sell. From my experience, there is hygienic practice here. Staff are polite, respectful and helpful. There is an upstairs seating area, some spaces downstairs too and also a customer toilet, but unfortunately that seems to be out of order most of the time. There is pay and display parking on either side of the plaza but that is competitive especially during peak times as anyone can park there.

Had my breakfast here. Breakfast was very good. Customer service very good. They provide an amazing view of dunstable road from the top.

Breakfast and bland. Tables and windows need s good clean. Wouldn't come here again 'd rate this place 2/10.
