Ordered salad, expected it to be fresh and crisp. I did not expect to be severed something with copious amounts of salt in. Completely inedible!

Very close to the Racecourse and we chose this place for breakfast after the Saturday parkrun. The veggie breakfast that we ordered came stacked with toast, beans, two vegetarian sausages (not Quorn), mushrooms, baked beans and deliciously golden brown hash browns. Total value for money with good service.

Moved into the area recently and have been trying the local pubs and resturaunts. It was a nice morning and took a stroll down to Kingsley and popped in to the coffee lounge. Coffee was very nice and an excellent breakfast was served to replenish for the walk back. The resturaunt wasn't to busy, which was good as the young lady who served us seemed to be operating as waitress and cook. She did and excellent job but if they had got busy it might have been a slow do. We will return.

Lovely service in this pleasant, well-situated coffee shop. Today they served two beautiful breakfasts surprisingly quickly and perfectly cooked. Love the coffee too.

Well it wasn't what we expected to say the least. Great coffee but I wouldn't be going for anything else. 2" cut in half sausage and really small egg on a bap for 3 pound. How you burn sausage and egg I will never know. The seagulls seem to enjoy it!

Beautiful little hidden cafè. Fresh cooked produce with some wonderful abstract art decorating the walls. Painted by the owner/chef. Situated behind the bus stop. Next to the traffic lights on Kingsley Park Terrace. Great selection of herbal teas & pure pressed juices too!

Peter and his team provide the warmest of welcomes in this charming café full of character and delicious coffee. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The art on the walls add to the ambience and uniqueness of the place. I went there with my daughter and she loved it as families are catered for. I highly recommend a visit. You won't regret it.

I really like this place. We have been there on 3 occasions already. Nice decor and atmosphere, you are welcomed with a smile and it only gets better from there. Very good selection of drinks and a nice offer of food too. One can immediately tell that the owners are truly proud of their restaurant and really go over the top to offer a good service to their customers. We'll be back...

Guaranteed a smile, and a chat if wanted (at least, I've had on each of the 4 times I've been), and the food is home made and wholesome. Please the coffee is tasty and good value AND they do a great decaf which is quite unusual. Its my daughter's place of choice for breakfast treat, and I like it too. Plus, the owner is an artist so the place doubles up as a bit of an art gallery. All in all, well worth a visit, check out if it suits you. It is less than a minute's walk from the Racecourse/White Elephant.

Love this little coffee shop a family run business with a big heart. I meet friends here regularly. Usually I have the Chai or Moroccan mint tea but today I tried the hot chocolate. Perfect combination of velvety texture & not too sweet, crowned with whipped cream & marshmallows. Polished off with one of their delicious home made cakes. They do breakfast, lunch & early evening meals. We'll worth a visit. Always a warm, friendly welcome.

The Coffee Lounge is more than a coffee shop it also has an impressive range of tea served in a beautiful caftiere from the Tea Company. I'm hooked on the Moroccan mint and Chai tea. Today I went for lunch. There was only 1 table left so go early. I had a delicious tuna melt panini although I was tempted by the brie & red onion marmalade ( maybe next time). My friend had the homemade mushroom soup with fresh ciabatta which was equally enjoyable. You don't feel rushed & if you go twice you'll feel like family. Support this great family business if you're in the area

Close to the Racecourse this great little coffee shop has had a make over by the new managers Pete & Szilvia. There's a great range of coffee and tea. I'll definate try the Chai tea next time. The little extras like service at the table, an almond biscuit with your coffee and the introduction of the delicious coffee crema , and almond milk for the dairy free (my friend enjoyed her dairy free latte and my husband the machiatas , all make this well worth a visit . There's the family atmosphere, the personal touch that I used to enjoy about Are You Being Served on St Giles street, that reminds you what is missing from the popular high street coffee chains, delicious homemade cakes. And you pay less 3 coffees and cake for just under £10! We'll definately be coming again to sample the breakfast and there's even a vegetarian option. They close at 5pm but will open for party bookings on an evening by arrangement. If you want to find a replacement for are you being served with easier parking and the option of a lovely walk afterwards give this a try

We had bottomless brunch for my sisters birthday (27/10). 10/10 for food drinks and overall experience! And for a good price. We had Matt as our host for this and he was attentive and friendly to all of us. Thank you Matt! ❤️ we will be back!

There are teams in the English Premiership that have good players, great managers, they clearly have the potential to be European contenders ..... So, what's holding them back ? The stubborn, short sighted board that won't put their hands in their pockets to achieve the clubs true potential..... The Sunnyside is exactly like that and its screamingly obvious..... The overall atmosphere is off the planet, Courtney has bought excitement, vibrancy and too customer service to this too pub. His chef's are young but seriously excellent judging by the food i have week in week out... He has put together a young, fun vibration team that appeals very much to the client base and could bring in punters from further away ... THIS has the potential to be a team with European potential .... WHAT is stopping it from moving up a few gears .... There aee a few weak areas but this NOT a staff issue it's an investment issue.... Get your fingers out Marston. You've a Fantastic manager with a fantastic team .... Listen to Courtney.... Invest and reap the financial rewards .... Even so, bestest pub i know.....

The place is closed and they should update their website. They did have good wine when it was open.
