Food came big breakfast cold toast is ok but not a full breakfast staff took away food to remake brought it back out hot microwave hot

Just eat are just so disgusting and don’t care about their customers only care about getting money off people and no matter how much you complain they don’t just don’t give a Fxxk ,this is the 2nd time this is happening to me been served leftover cold dry food you complain and they just tell you how much they don’t care about you . So disgusting . Would never recommend anyone to use their services because you as disgusted as I’m .

I ordered from China Palace on the Just Eat app thinking they were local to me. When I checked online I foudn they were down in the town and when I saw the reviews here I almost tried to cancel. Anyway, my food cupbpards were empty and I was so hungry I didn't. All the 1 star reviews here really worried me. The food arrived on time within the 55-59 minutes quoted and was delivered by a pleaseant lad in a tidy red car. It was hot and the portion size was good. It was defiantley acceptable fast food. They delivered on time and the prices were fair for this service. I'm grateful to China Palace for offering a good professional meal delivery service, for a fair price on a cold and dark Tamworth night. You deserve your first five star review, and I hope you get more. Happy New Year!

Very bad service . And staffs is arrogant. I waiting more than 30 minutes for collect orders . When I arrived I asked how long I have waiting. And this manager said 15 minutes Past 20 minutes and I asked him again wat happened with my orders . And this arrogant man answered me that I have cancelled if I don’t want waiting and him will be faint other drivers ……. Who are you mister Arrogant??????? Who you imagined you are?????? You not respected our customer first , you not respected me and my time to drive you restaurant and time to waiting . Who are you?

Warning to Any customer ordering from here I'm a uber food delivery driver and the passed me food order with items missing then tried to blame driver they passed 2 box's off pizza and drink then wen I went to customer customer said there should be 4 the store then lied to customer and said I stole them to cover there own back pure lies I have done over 2000 delivery's and never had a probelm
