Coffee Culture in Lambeth

Verdaderamente terrible, poca comida en oferta y mesas sucias. El personal está confundido y no hay un menú real, por lo que no sabes cuánto cuestan las cosas.

Hola Fui a tomar una bebida caliente antes de que comenzara mi turno, quería usar el inodoro pero aparentemente no eres un cliente si no compras algo de comida. La trabajadora fue muy educada y fue a pedirle, probablemente, al gerente o al supervisor de turno que también lo rechazara. Así es como se pierde potencial cliente. De todos modos, eso es bueno. No compré nada. Piénsalo dos veces antes de visitar este lugar.

Horrible personal grosero. Fuimos a tomar un café con mi pareja, los dos nos paramos en la fila durante un par de minutos mientras decidíamos qué comprar. Le dije a mi compañero que ordenara por mí cuando iba al baño, pero cuando comencé a caminar hacia la parte de atrás, me preguntaron en un tono muy alto y grosero: "¿A QUÉ VAS?". Le respondí que solo iba a use el baño, y ella respondió: "ES SOLO PARA CLIENTES". Así que le respondí que mi compañera nos estaba comprando cafés, que dio una especie de suspiro de disgusto y volví a servir al próximo cliente. . . Si está teniendo un mal día, no lo saque a otras personas.

Tomé el desayuno inglés, mientras que mi compañero comió la tortilla californiana. Un plato lleno encantador por un precio muy bajo! Para citar a mi novia, "hay una excelente cantidad de aguacate en esta tortilla".

He usado este lugar anteriormente cuando estoy en el área, si te gusta un café adecuado, este es un buen lugar para ir. Los propietarios / personal son muy amables, tuve una ensalada muy buena en mi visita, pero hay una muy buena selección de comida para una pequeña cafetería.

Too cheap to be any good. I had the Chicken Burrito which to my total amazement had Baked Beans stuffed in it when I was expecting Kidney or Chilli beans. BB with onion,pepper,green chillies and to tomatoes was not particularly appertising. Furthermore, the chicken was thin slices normally one would put in sandwiches. This was pale and totally tasteless. The wrap was burnt on the outside and underneath and limp and uncooked when opened. Utterly disgraceful. My wife had the Chicken Melt which was fractionally better but not by much. The coffee was weak and bitter. The tables looked as though they had not been wiped down all day. I am being generous in giving this 2 stars.

Good old down to earth breakfast. We had an omelette and eggs Benedict. The prices were really good and the food was not spectacular but certainly very good and good sized portions. We would certainly go back.

Stumbled across this when walking around by the London Eye. Owner was very nice and friendly. We conversed in our native languages which was nice. The prices are very cheap for London in general. I had a coffee and was tempted by the samosas - they did not disappoint! I regret not being able to stay to order a meal as I was on a tight schedule. But there is a wide variety of food available, from rice based dishes, curries, and burgers. I will be returning with friends next time we're in the area

We needed a quick snack before going to theatre. Plenty of restaurants offering proper lunches but not many offering sandwiches. Went to one which looked like a not very good greasy spoon to be told they only did food from the lunch menu. This looked like very expensive burger and chips! About to give up when we came upon Coffee Culture. Ordered toasted sandwiches. Plenty of choice and they were very good. Also good coffee and extremely cheap, especially for this area. Impressed by the cleanliness too. Would certainly use again if in the area.

After a stroll up the Themes, right by the London Eye we popped in this little cafe for a lunch time snack. Very reasonably priced for London we paid £10 for 2 meals and a drink. We were astonished at the size of the meal and its speedy delivery by very friendly staff. The jacket potato was brimming with our fillings, the salad and dressing were fantastic. when we looked around at the other customers food each and every plate had huge portions. It doesn't look much from out side but don't let that put you off good value for money and tasty food.

Me and my friend picked this cafe as it had a five star cleanliness rating and was very good value for central London. My friends kid had a curry and we had crepes. Very nice all round. For all of that and three large hot drinks the cost was just over £20. Service was so so but not a problem as the food was good and cheap. One thing though the staff did not speak English. That does annoy me when I'm in England. Recommended if you are in Waterloo.

Mi sono fermata in questo piccolo locale per mangiare qualcosa al volo prima di prendere l'autobus per Stansted. Mi è stata servita l'omelette più gustosa e abbondante che io abbia mai mangiato! Il personale è molto cortese e cerca di soddisfare tutte le richieste dei clienti, il caffè (Illy) molto buono e il menu offre una vasta scelta. Da consigliare senz'altro.

The Illy coffee is tasty and the bacon bagel I had was gorgeous. The surroundings are ok, and the service efficient. I would definitely return just for the bagel!

Had breakfast here with a friend, we picked it because it was the only one open and had a nice picture of a breakfast in the window. I had a full breakfast (including toast £4.50) and a tea, while my friend had poached egg on toast with a tea. The teas came together, in a cup with the bag left in. Not sure what they expect you to do with the bag if you like weak tea, but I like mine strong so didn't really mind leaving it in. Then my friend's breakfast came out, he ate it, and then I had to go and ask for mine before I was rudely told it was on it's way. When it did finally arrive, what can I say for £4.50, it was adequate. Everything you'd expect in a full breakfast. I probably would go again because I'll forgive anything if it's cheap enough and isn't too bad, but I wouldn't be rushing back. There are probably better cafes in the area that are much friendlier and can serve two breakfasts at once.

it's a good alternative to a breakfast at the hotel. prices are okay, food is good and staff is friendly. would definetly come back there.

Had breakfast here one morning. My bacon and eggs were satisfactory as was my daughter's toasted sandwich. The food was served oromptly but I found the service to be perfunctory. Cheaper than a hotel breakfast but nothing to rave about!

We popped in here for a quick bite to eat and were really impressed. Quite a big menu for a coffee shop (even sold alcohol). The food was really nice and not expensive at all considering the location.
