If I could give this place ZERO I would I went to order and the girl asked me what I wanted. I asked for chicken tikka sandwich, just to be told they are closed for food. I stated you close at 4 and it 3.55. She said we are understaffed. I said your there. Can’t you make it. She said no As I walked away another member of staff walked behind the counter so I said there’s 2 of you now can you please make the sandwich. He said we close at 4. So I said that’s fine except it’s 3.55 not 4. He then said we have cleaned everything. I’m sorry it’s a sandwich. You had 5 minutes to make it. I mean what’s the problem. Absolute pathetic attitude by the staff.

Met my friend and her little one in the soft play area. The soft play is a lovely size and very clean. The coffee is great and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

If you had bad experience - try again. The pizza is really nice, good offers and the cans are GB stamped - the pepsi is pepsi. Can't fault them.

150 City RdEmployee very rude, I ordered on call and asked if there was a deal, the guy said yes there is a buy one get one free deal, so i ordered my two medium pizzas and asked for the price, he said £16.99, I ordered last week too and the price was £14.99, so i told him that and he said "I don't want to hear your story, do you want the pizza or not?" I was shocked and told him again that the price has changed, he then said "I don't care what the price was" I don't know why he was being so rude unnecessarily, I did nothing to him.

759 Newport RdFantastic service!, always arrives fresh and hot. And well within 30 minutes of ordering. However my delivery was delivered by a young lady who came across as rude! Here you are enjoy your evening! Walked away without letting me say thank you. Needs some customer care training.

22 Countisbury AvRidiculously overpriced and small portions.Even try to charge you extra for salad and sauce. The small amount of Donor meat that was there was completely basic. Would not recommend.

47 Crwys RdI order 1 doner and chicken meal .they put little bit of meat and remaining all fries and salad. It's very rubbish and they charge me 9 pound.if u go to KBS on city road or pizza time on crwys road just walking distance they charge u 7 pound and it's delicious.hollywood pizza is rubbish
