If I could give this place ZERO I would I went to order and the girl asked me what I wanted. I asked for chicken tikka sandwich, just to be told they are closed for food. I stated you close at 4 and it 3.55. She said we are understaffed. I said your there. Can’t you make it. She said no As I walked away another member of staff walked behind the counter so I said there’s 2 of you now can you please make the sandwich. He said we close at 4. So I said that’s fine except it’s 3.55 not 4. He then said we have cleaned everything. I’m sorry it’s a sandwich. You had 5 minutes to make it. I mean what’s the problem. Absolute pathetic attitude by the staff.

Met my friend and her little one in the soft play area. The soft play is a lovely size and very clean. The coffee is great and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service!, always arrives fresh and hot. And well within 30 minutes of ordering. However my delivery was delivered by a young lady who came across as rude! Here you are enjoy your evening! Walked away without letting me say thank you. Needs some customer care training.

104 Crwys RoadTook an hour and a half to arrive, stone cold and also burnt/overcooked, they'd clearly ignored all the notes on the order, and the delivery guy (employed by the restaurant, not a courier) asked me to call the restaurant to apologise for having no battery on his phone. Won't be ordering again.

150 City RdMy go to take away pizza place for guilty pleasure take away style pizza. Never lets me down. It’s so much cheaper and tastier than dominoes and the stuffed crust is epic. The lads who work there are always great; they’ll sort you out with whatever you want.

22 Countisbury AvRidiculously overpriced and small portions.Even try to charge you extra for salad and sauce. The small amount of Donor meat that was there was completely basic. Would not recommend.

17A Mermaid QuayStaff are terrible, there's one guy in there doing everything (presumably the supervisor). 30 minutes for my pizza, they changed the status 15minutes early and they got the pizza wrong.
