Coffee and Cream in Hounslow

Cakes were fresh and moist when I ordered the last time but today the cakes were sour and tangy. Especially the chocolate sauce seems stale. Truly disappointing and not at all expected. Should look after the quality and maintain the same.

Amazing cakes, have been ordering from here since 2012.

They give old and expired cakes I’m very unset with the product it just ruined the birthday of my daughter my daughters was crying a lot

I'm not one to complain but this was not good. The milkshake was okay at best but not that great. The waffle was so poor. it looked like a pancake, it was not thick and fluffy like a pancake should be. The dough inside wasn't cooked properly either. wouldn't order from here again

I ordered a birthday cake for my son having a one-day deadline. Shihan made the cake and it was superb and testy. Thank you Shihan And the guys who served were brilliant and best customer service ever.

We order a strawberry eggless cake, very light sponge and cream, sweetness level was just right, the decor was nice and the price was brilliant! Normally other places are charging for the extras like sprinkles and nuts but these were standard on a fresh fruit and cream cake. Will be ordering all my cakes from here from now on!

I ordered last night from uber eats, asked them to write a message if possible and they still managed to do it. The cake was amazing, chocolaty and nutty, not too sweet, perfect to eat after a meal. The cream on top was very light and fluffy, balanced flavour, allowing you to still taste the cake itself. First time I got something from this place, and I'm very impressed as most cakes around here just taste like sugar. Beautiful decoration with a classy gold colour. Loved it, thank you for going the extra mile despite the late order. My father loved his birthday cake. I'm very grateful and impressed!

The smell and taste if the cookie dough and waffle was just off. Either the sauce had gone off or something else was amiss, went straight in the bin as both tasted rancid as the sauce was on both items. I’ll stick to creams I think.

No plant based and vegan options. Not environmentally friendly as they gave plastic bag with a single pastry. This place needs a serious upgrade on todays norms and care more for environment!

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 10th birthday party from Coffee and Cream. It was so beautiful and taste wise so good. My daughter was so happy to see the cake and all guests praised it a lot. I had sent them a picture of cake for reference but I got much more better than my expectation. We ordered cake for our daughter's first birthday. Our requirement was very specific. Needed a specific design we had seen on Insta and in specific colors to go with the party theme and man did they deliver or what!! The cake looked just absolutely beautiful, infact more than what we expected it to be. Tasted fabulous and the cream and cake were so fresh. Made for some good birthday pics as well. All the guests loved the taste and how beautiful the cake was. Everyone kept on asking where the cake was from. Ofcourse we have recommended you to them already. We'll definitely be using you again in future. Thank you once again and keep up the amazing work.

Lavazza espresso, brownies and fresh cream cakes are the best what they do. Always love to pop in the shop have a chat along with my espresso, makes my day. And the interior its 5 star. 👍👍👍

Ordered a cake for my engagement and have to say I was very disappointed. I had a conversation with them over Instagram (at their request) on the design and filling of the cake. Instead of fresh strawberry and cream I was given jam and cream instead. I had asked for purple colours and writing on the cake and pink roses around, instead I was given yellow on and around the cake for no reason at all and no writing. The cake did not taste good, almost salty. Worst of all they ignored me when I went back to them to tell them this is not what I ordered. Hence the review, if they were professional about it I may have withheld this. I can't recommend this store because the cake really ruined my mood on my special day and their lack of response to me is not worth any more stars. Pls improve your service.

I usually order personalised birthday cakes, they were absolutely delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Also the staff are very Professional and deliver on time. I would definitely order more cakes in the future.

Friendly service with clean food. Like the croissants and puffs they bake in the morning. Get my occasional orange juice for a good price.

I pop into this shop after work sometimes when I crave for sweets. I highly recommend it as the guy staff is friendly and he always 😃 smile too. Not something you see everyday when you pop into other shops. It’s a gem. It’s amazing how me and my friends recommend this same shop when we wanted to buy cakes as well as this shop name turns up even in the conversation when we talk about sweets. I wouldn’t probably go anywhere else for sweets and desserts as I know this one is it for me.

Went with the family and were very disappointed. Service was rude, rushed and unprofessional. The food was barely adequate, for example the waffles with banana was basically a few measly slices of banana, minimal chocolate sauce and a small serving of tasteless ice-cream. The staff were unfriendly, didn’t say thank you and despite placing a large order they didn’t once come over and ask if everything was ok. The tables weren’t cleaned properly, the floor was sticky (a sign that the floor isn’t cleaned adequately) and the place is looking a bit tired now, certainly needing a repaint. I would not recommend this place and certainly won’t be coming back.

Latest Opinion: Like when your daughter brings in a slice of cake from her first attempt at hometech at school, and you give a sarcastic "well done." This was just like that, one word sums this place: plain. Plain but over priced. ----- Earlier order: Just finished eating my order, Thursday 8th February 2018, homely cooked food that broke the McD drugery - addicted appetite to keep ordering, feeling unfulfilled. My order consisted of: tea, cheese panini, a cheese and onion pasty, a slice of vanilla cake and a cup cake. Food Cost: £9.00 Uber del: £2.50. +Fresh real food, salad in panini, basic ingredients but nice feel good factor that dealt with hunger fully. +fairly and modestly priced slice and tea. +sugar on slice low, -actually too low. +non greasy. -tea arrived warm, cooled to room temp only half consumed, not too bothersome as only wanted to dunk bread from panini, as not keen on drugs/stimulants, but would have preffered hot in insulated cup. -little salty pasty. -cup cake could have been fresher. -panini definately needed a few minutes for that classic panini crunch, if you put yogurt though I can see why one would take out early. Four stars, as great to finally find a place that gets basic rights. Broke the vicious cycle to another restaurant that whilst clean, and v.popular, was an addictive-cafe, and my only go to place around an otherwise depressing town; this find ending the cycle, saved an early heart attack without I missing any French fries.. if that's not enough reason to give this place a try, my uber order arrived in a Mercedes/saloon with driver kind enough to hand sugar-to-taste-sachets to hand. KILLED Hunger and left i satisfied with a happy mood without hefty bill, hence the higher rating. Ordered again, 09/02/18, this time, just three vanilla cake slices and a kinder bueno milkshake, "fab again, excellent quality and great way to control sugar intake with perfectly portioned, individually wrapped, slices. Sponge was: moist, airy, and just decidant with faultless presentation. Flavours were delicate but every bite immensely-satisfying and filing and not too sweet."* Less is definately more, just how desserts should be. Happy to find a place serving fresh treats at a reasonable slice price but quality of taste is lacking. Check pics. <-*too generous, when the only cake I had been eating for months was a muffin, so initial impression was heightened by the freshness of slices, however the quality of flavour remains consistent: poor.->(added: 19/02/18). 18/02/18 order: +very well packaged if ordering 3 slices or more as arrived boxed. - Panini seasoning went missing this time, despite a better grill. Veg pastie was of food bank quality if not less, not even warm, lack of foil bag, but the pastie had been baked too well, heating it would simply dry it further so can see why given cold. Brownie and ice cream presented well, but something youtube-tydus could assemble, no concern over sensation, flavour, no passion, just flat. Even the renowned slices, tasted of poor handling, with sponge picking up food smells. The slice actually was unappetizing lacking any flavour extremely bland, the lower sugar appeal factor now completely lost. Over all a two is a fairer reflection then the hyped up four I had awarded. Food too over priced for the basic quality. Just pretty slices, but pretty poor taste. 8/04/18 - in fact catch Hounslow McD supplying a FRESH muffin (v. rare), and you won't miss this place.

I was bit apprehensive when ordering the cake from coffee and cream as this was my first time ,I was ordering something from them. But I am so happy that i tried them, the cake was very hit at the party ,absolutely yummy, so soft and tasted so fresh.. everyone at the party complimented about it. The piping went really well with the image on the cake. Thumbs up to the designer for the perfect color combination.. very happy mum :) .I will definitely recommend them and will try them in future.. thanks a lot !!
