Ummmm, don't really like coffee, but on a cold day a nice brew is a blessing.

One of the most dirtiest and filthiest Costa Coffee ever !!! All the coffees on the floor! Coffee machine was disgustingly dirty! Never gonna take my coffee from this store again!

Have to bring attention to Lela who was super kind and friendly.She made my son his drink,that was amazing and she gave him chocolates as well.. she is doing such an amazing job. Her customer service is excellent. I would visit again because of the service she gave...excellent job!!!great person!!!

I always go to drink coffee most of the time in Hammersmith Costa cafe which is on station the service there is superb 👌 without any doubt, today in the afternoon around 2:27pm I visited one of the Costa cafe which just opposite of CASA DE GOA restaurant the serve there is disgusting. I have been working in hospitality from last 8 years as a professional chef. Even though if I have stress I won't show it to a customer. The worst customer service by alexandra but the other colleague who was with her (oranus) was pretty sweet towards the customer as oranus was comparingly more busier than Alexander, the reason why I said Alexander was chilling is because she was just running here and there for no reason to show as if she is busy but to be honest no she wasn't(just running here and there to show as if she was busy isnt a call).oranus asked which coffee i want i told her cappuccino with 2 shost of hazelnut syrup. After 2 seconds Alexander came and said what you want? I was speechless for a second as I already placed the order from her colleague the way she asked was to rude, then I told her, I asked cappuccino with 2 shots of hazelnut syrup and she was like, you have to pay for it. And I was like yes sure no extra words from my side.then she was like ,you have Costa card?for sure Alexandera need to improve her english if not ill pay for her tution fees to learn English as she forgot to say PLEASE,THANK YOU VERY OFTEN.(these are called basic manners) I don't know why was Alexandera behaving different.it seems Alexandera is manger of that place just to let you know lady you might be handling 300 customer a day. as a chance chef I handel 1000(500 banqueting and 500 a la carte) being manager is responsibility if you behave like this worse don't expect your staff to be good it's that what you give is what you get.

I didn't get any food. The service was fast and very good.

My name is aman Bhatti I visited Costa coffee in the evening at 16:30 in Hounslow high Street.it was such a shocking behavior faced in the costa coffee Hounslow high Street.it is so shocking for me such a fabulous organization costa hired such an rude representative Punjabi girls who were talking in the Punjabi about the customers and even behave so rudely with the customers and also pretended that you can complain about us.No body can ask about our behaviour in that organization.

The attendant this morning treated me very badly and was very rude she seemed nervous, I don't know why I was the first customer.

Anna is the best manager I have met across all costa coffee shop in london. She has brilliant customer service approach. She makes the best extra extra hot soya cortado. I only go to the shop if Anna is there. Very polite lady always smiling. Other managers especially the manager at 108 hounslow should learn from. Anna you are the best !

Always an excellent experience at this branch. Especially Daniel, Dhillon & Anna & Claudia. Wonderful team! I really enjoy meeting the whole team! They make a stroll down the high street, a plaasure!

Visited Costa Liverpool Street station. Good place to catch up , pocket friendly.

Requested a regular americano Decaff......preparing the coffee on a paper cup felt a cup with boiling water...and drop the caffe from the paper cup on...results, a boiling big cup of dark water...( worse that filter coffee) to hot to drink .So must wait ...but the noise is Unpleasant. I leave after 20 minutes with out be able to touch the coffee..still to hot and they charge allmost 4 £ for .the terrible experience

The coffee fappa ordered was awful full of ice their was no taste shameful service new staff are not trained or they have this actions according to know who the customer and the muffin was missing what a lose

Good coffee, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Filthy & dirty with inattentive staff. Old torn furniture & chairs with leftover food littered across the floor! The staff had to be asked twice to confirm my order when collecting, which was made negligently as well with no cutlery for the dessert ordered or any toppings, sprinkles 9f cocoa powder on the drink! The pecan slice was as hard as a rock & literally be broken with two hand for it to be esible withno taste of pecans at all! Overall a horrible & very disappointing experience which was also mentioned to Costa almost a week ago in their survey - with no acknowledgement or reply of any sort!

Rude behavior from the staff. I bought 2 hot chocolate and the lady staff inside gave me a cold chocolate instead.... This is my first experience from costa... Extremely disappointed

store didn't even prepare my order until 45 mins after I ordered, waited an hour for three smoothies. Complete joke.

It's really sad to say.......coffee is just not worth it anymore, especially if you're having a milk alternative. I'm not visiting as regularly as I once did - I can't justify the cost. The availability of vegan options is hit and miss. The staff are brilliant but the cost is meh. It's a new year and obvs the cost of vegan options is just shocking.

Was in hounslow high street and it was very cold went for a coffee and cake to warm me up staff were very pleasant and very helpfull i will go again

Sono andata ieri mattina verso le 10:00 con mio figlio 22 Dicembre 2023, abbiamo preso 2 caffè, molto buono il caffè, barista capace e cortese. Purtroppo quando sono andata alla toilet era molto sporca quindi ho informato l’altra barista che era intenta ad aprire scatoli, ma questa nel rispondermi ha usato molta strafottenza e maleducazione, dicendo di dirlo all’altra che, poverina era alle prese a servire molti clienti, su mia insistenza che avevo deciso di non andarmene finché questa non mi avesse ascoltato, infatti lei molto contrariata dopo circa un quarto d’ora è intervenuta ha pulito anche se malamente. Sono 13 anni che frequento quel Costa, ma non ci andrò finché lì ci sarà quella barista.

I went to Costa in Hounslow high street in front of HSBC, I gave one start because it is not possible give them less, Alexandra,the coffee maestro should change job, but her college too, both of them should be fired, they are rude, doing faces to customers completely unacceptable behaviour if you work in customer service, as a Manager in same kind of business I will fire that two ladies in the moment, people like them only give bad name to the business and to the barista that do good job

I went to Costa today, December 12, 2023, at seven in the evening. I found workers who had no experience in making coffee. I also found that they were busy cleaning and raising the chairs above the table in 80% of the store, and there was no rest room, and dust began to spread throughout the place as a result of the use of a manual vacuum that is not even an electric one. Then I went outside and found all the tables with empty cups and a completely dirty place, so I left the place and went to another place. It was a very bad experience.

Love costa the food is fab the service is quick and helpful and plenty of seats easy 4 wheel chairs and hot drinks little bit expensive but worth it as could quality of drink and food

The delivery driver did not bother to knock on the door instead he left our order outside the door not even a tap nothing really not acceptable at all and the next time that I order I will make it clear on the notes to KNOCK on the door VERY Dissatisfied with the driver service . JCR.

The two staff members are racist. The girl is using her phone to text instead of serving customers, and she is not paying attention. They don't want to serve me because I am Asian? The guy charged more than the price listed on the menu.

Always get a mocha from here. Amazing careful tho you wont sleep its strong!

It was a nice experience, particularly after having a bad on in Feltham one. Did not visit Costa for more than a year.

Being a vegetarian I got delivered a HAM AND Cheese tootsie!! This is absolutely ridiculous on top of that they were missing some items from my order! Will deffo not be ordering from here again!

Rude staff, I asked for a peach ice tea with one pump of strawberry syrup and the lady completely ignored me. The lady with the black hair and overdone makeup with a attitude didn’t even want to be there, just get another job hun, giving dirty looks to all the customers. My ice tea tasted like straight up cold water with no peach taste and no strawberry flavouring, also the cup wasn’t even filled to the top. Completely ignored the instructions and clearly doesn’t give an f about the customers, only the money. What a waste of £3.40

All the girls are making an amazing team, they are focused on the customer happiness... Good job guys!

Was knocking on my next-door neighbor's door. And the food was cold. Not a great service.

Unfortunately both coffees were cold and so was the ham and cheese toastie. Cold coffee reheated is yuk. And reheating a toastie makes it dry and like eating cardboard.

I recently visited this coffee shop the neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind, greeting me with a smile and making me feel at ease. I was impressed by their excellent customer service, which was evident throughout my entire visit. Located on the High St, Hounslow, this place serves a decent cuppa. Impressively, the barista was cheerful and ready to make small changes to the coffee to the way I enjoyed it. Happy!

Costa Coffee Hounslow High Street is one of my Costa Coffee shops I always visit. Chai Latte and coffee Latte are my favourite hot drinks and I have one today as usual. My friends are with me today to have Coffee here and to chat a while.

I am changing the review from Clean to not clean, from fast service to slow service, and very kind staff to they can be better, unfortunately the shop don't deserve 5 stars anymore, not even 3.

The girl on the counter probably Polish was super rude.

I’ve ordered a coffe at 7 am this morning and received it cold an 1 hr and a half later

Customer service zero! Cashier Terri doesn't evan know how to say hello to the female customers ! She is too comfortable up there and need to been given job chat .!Also she how to learn how to apply wipped cream to the chocolate. Disgusting!

Ham and cheese toastie was awful Cooked on one side and not on the other and was cold when it arrived, it was very chewy rather than crispy Sausage bap, the sausages were very overdone and the bap was hard Maple Hazel iced Latte was nice but I asked for cream on it and didn’t get any at all Not sure I would order again from here

Today it's a bad experience. Caramel maciato I ordered..and I got coffee expresso.. That boy said it a Caramel maciato. That's boy is completely doesn't know what is caramel maciato.

Cold coffee, management rude to staff.

Less customers and lot of hunters, good time killing spot.

Staff seem eager to not make you come back. Service extremely slow, tables are always dirty. Most staff members have not been taught customer service skills, do not like being told how you want your coffee; if you ask for a certain temperature for your milk, they would add cold milk on the brew spoiling the texture, and they're always changing staff so being charged to getting your brew is a much longer process than it should be. I've seen some badly run Costas before, this is right at the top of the list.

Restaurant never includes the point cards in the bags.

Visited around 6:45pm on 8th July. The two women working were disgustingly rude, patronising, and obnoxious to every customer.

My order was not right I’m missing £5 worth of my order This is the wrong order I’ve been given now I can’t even get my money back awful When I tried to call and contact the store multiple times there was no answer

Drink not secure in bag, damaged all bag and food. Delivery driver also delivered to the wrong house then had to go back and get the bag. All drink and all food is damaged!!!!

Every single coffee was leaking

The products were not even 3 /4 full. There was not much content in both drink with only half of the medium cup being full. I also did not recieve any straws.
