Costa Coffee in Hounslow

Good space and good environment.

Went with my wife and a friend. Store is kept clean. Toilets available here. Staff is nice.

Took a while, and I was given a different item to what i ordered and they wrote N/A on the receipt

Coffee and shop were good as usual.

Specifically said big blue and white building Lodge Brothers do not go to a house. We are not a house. So what did the driver do? Go to a house The driver was late because he went to the wrong chuffing house

The team working there is the best I ever met

unfortunately the restaurant got our order incorrect they had sent a coffee instead of a cappucino

delivery driver was extremely rude

Did not label which hot chocolate was oat and which one was semi skimmed, had to re order and get an oat one separately.

The food and drink was too cold

The cashier, a lady as I am, is a bit of a pick me. She wasn't doing her job properly and was flirting with a male co-worker. She didn't scan my Costa clubcard and went straight to charging me. My cup was dirty, clearly you guys need better staff.

Had to wait nearly two hours for our coffees too come, and when they did they were cold. Will not be ordering from here again.

Nice place to meet for coffee and delicious food. Find it quite expensive these days other cafe nearby is much cheaper. Had a special treat.

Love popping in here for a tea after the school run. Great staff and great service

My order was wrong! I ordered a “ Chocolate Hazel Frappé” instead I received “ Maple Hazel Iced Latte“ It was incorrect and not what I paid for! So unfortunately I’m not going to drink it and it’s a waste of money!

It's nice,staff are lovely place is very clean some Costa I come across are unclean this much better than most. The food is nice but the staff make the atmosphere.

After waiting an hour for this delivery, the food was stone cold and the coffee was luke warm. They didn't even offer a free biscuit for having to wait so long. Not impressed.

ordered a white hot chocolate and it just stated like warm whole milk

Average coffee and also the barista was not the most professional one. I want to go in another costa coffee location. See ya!

It was busy when I visited. The staff were professional and organised. Coffee was good.

When you step into a Costa coffee, you can recognise it by its smell of rancid coffee.

Expensive, noisey (should to be a coffee shop culture not a noisey Resturant) can’t work can’t study 📚. Rest the quality is there staff is great and product is over priced inflation is an excuse.

Cinnamon buns was taste like it was from other day, not fresh at all. Ham in toast was chewing and taste cheap Bad experience

Friendly and professional delivery man

The toastie was cold and my coffee had been spilt over everything causing the bag to split and left with half a cup of coffee. I’m not happy about it and won’t be ordering from here again

I did ask for cream on my hot chocolates but I didn’t receive - however its still nice.

Got my drinks I asked for cream with the drinks and the drizzle and didn’t get it on my drinks

Had a an absolute fantastic none dairy hot chocolate soooo yum,staff were friendly and helpful.

It never seems to make sense how expensive coffee is at Costa, though coffee farmers are literally getting pennies in return. The customer service is neither exceptional.

Nice latte and sausage breakfast roll.

Frostino was supposed to come cream, there was no cream. Black Forest hot chocolates was supposed to come with sprinkles. There were no sprinkles nor was it a Black Forest hot chocolate, it as a normal hot chocolate. Not happy

Staff friendly, service was quick

The service standards has dropped and staff seems to use the bare hands to handle food a lot. The manager is rude even though buying beverage 🍵 and food from Costa itself and fruits or items of small quantities not allowed to be consumed on the premises. Don't forget there is a Star bucks next-door so, if the customer is hassle after paying around £5 pound and not allowed to have fruits or biscuits brought in will soon jump ship.

Once again frostinos delivered with no cream, it is a common occurrence and will have to think hard about this service in the future!! Very disappointed

Good service and good coffee especially flat white but don't seem to know the expression " artifical sweetener "

I think £2.75 for a coffee sitting outside in a not very nice place, nothing special about the coffee or the staff was over priced.

Very cold place we had 6 week old baby with us he was cold we asked for conditioner to be turned down and was told NO!

Really bad experience. Short of staff. Paid £2.75 for small latte only to be told that they do not recall me paying. Very embarrassing 😳. Please take a receipt next time. Or avoid this place.

Dreadful service, ordered a vegan ham and cheese toastie, opened that bag to find a note saying no vegan ham left so subbed with actual ham, really not much point expanding on that!

Best place to enjoy the vibrant sunny day atmosphere of somewhat dull high street of Feltham. Staffs are courteous.

Due to COVID19 we can do only takeaway. We got voucher so visited costa coffee store:) They are very friendly and good manner. We like the new drink :)

Lovely staff. Perfect coffee made by George today. And I used a buy one get one free voucher.

When I went it was quiet, so service was speedy. Got a table, that was clean and tidy.
