Coffee Addition in Monmouthshire

I’m a dog lover but I have to draw the line of allowing dogs to sit on seats and letting their dogs put their heads on the table, sniffing and licking it, which is happening now. We walked out. There’s no health policy here which is a shame.

This is the best Coffee House i have ever been in ! Every thing is perfect. Staff make my day with their smiles. Coffee is amazing Place is always spotless. Well done to you all.

This is a good establishment situated in the centre of the town. It has plenty of seating oth inside and outside. There is a good selection of cakes and pastries as well as teas and coffees. Very pleasant service and odd quality

We visited Chepstow for the first time and came across this cosy coffee shop. Positioned on the corner, lovely views, warm atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. Good range of sandwiches and cakes all served with personality.

Had a couple of drinks off of their autumn menu and they were so delicious. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was so cosy!

Called in morning of Monday 23 October whist visiting Chepstow and didn’t have the best of experiences. Large queues waiting for both take away and inside food and drinks. For eating in , literally given hot food while queuing for drinks. So by the time you got to your table it was cold. It would have been better to offer a numbering system and brought to your table when order completed. Toasted tea cakes only nearly brown and served with one small butter portion. Whilst queuing, I heard a lady ask if she could have another butter and was told it was chargeable. Staff not over friendly and blond haired lady behind counter taking orders, when not doing anything, was more interested in playing with her phone (some help in getting queue down or even an apology for the waiting may have been more helped). When we finally got our coffee (after a good 10 minutes) it was nice and hot and tasty. The place its self is nicely decorated, clean and plenty of table space. I just think a better customer service for “eating in customers” could be provided instead of people having to wait with “take away” customers and collecting their orders. It was like a posh McDonald’s which is a shame for what is a nice place which hasn’t been open all that long. A good variety of sandwiches, cakes etc and reasonable prices.
