Coffee #1 in Birmingham

I stumbled upon this place and so glad I did! Warm, cosy, clean and so comfy! Staff were brilliant and personable. I wish there were more places like this rather than the big chains. Really nice coffees and great cake selection. Thank you

Visiting the Christmas markets with a friend and found this on the way. So glad we did! It's the nicest latte I have had in a long time and the cupcake was delicious.

Coffee #1 is definitely my favourite coffee shop. This one is a little way out of the main shopping area but all the better for it. It's quite large but very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Nice Coffee house just away from the main shopping area. Tasty but just as important very well presented Flat White. Food, pastries etc look nice.

Spacious coffee house. Mixture of tables and upright chairs and more relaxing armchairs. Coffee good. Service friendly. Range of sandwiches cakes etc but I was put off by the tiny flies under the cover and on some of the cakes.

Good coffee, nice food/snacks for lunch or breakfast. A calm atmosphere with friendly staff! Always pay a visit first thing to start my day off ☕🙌

Found Coffee#1 while waiting for a meeting across the street. I generally don't like the major chains and prefer smaller shops if I can find than so I gave it a shot. Nice place with aircon and good coffee so pretty much ideal when it's due to be 31C today. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area.

Staff are very nice, they know the coffee, and the service is great. In fact I have been there so many times one of the servers even knows my order before I even say it. Perhaps a bit embarrassing because I order the same thing over and over - either way it shows good customer service. Their mocha is great, deep flavour, and not watered down like some nasty places that sell "coffee". The interior is really nice, although everytime I go there I just buy the drink to takeout. Hopefully one day I will go in and stay there for a drink and a read
