Excellent service ! Recommend this place - food was great and the service was very good I would definitely recommend coming here

My nephew had his 40th Birthday and ir was awesome! Deliciuos food and very friendly staff!!! Everybody had a FUNtastic time!!!

We visited 15/06/22 we didn’t book but the host was happy to give us option where to seat(terrace/restaurant) small menu but well presented, taste full decor, very tender lamb chops. And most of all the “SASA” (senior member of the team) he came to take our order I thought he would be tired and not interested to advice us on the menu…it was the OPPOSITE GREAT SENS OF HUMOUR,CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABOUVE PAR keep it up sasa…..will return soon

The food was below average. “Looks impressive” but actually, the fish & meat were over cooked meaning it was chewy. The music is SO loud we were shouting at each other it was ridiculous. Waiter started clearing our table before we had all finished which is so rude. High overrated - attractive to look at but not worth the money at all. £36 for a small plate of king prawns over cooked and tasteless.

After looking for someone new to try In London, I came across coco grill and lounge, and by their Instagram it looked amazing. All I can say is don’t bother going. It is a shame as the food was so lovely (when it does finally arrive) we was seated by the rudest man ever, following on to we waited 40 minuets for someone to even take our drinks order, so we ordered our starters and main too as we was waiting so long. After again, waiting and waiting I asked where is our food we had no drinks no starters yet, and within 5 minutes the main was brought out (abit concerning) we was eating our main and still had no drink baring in mind all we wanted was a bottle of water, and still no starter. At this point I was fed up but we had to spend £50 each, so I asked again where is our water and starter and they brought it out. I understand places can be busy, but this place really is over booked, not enough staff, and the staff they do have are so rude. This place won’t last long.

the sisig and bulalo is the best and isaw.. and sinigang friendly staff and best comedy bar if you love karaoke this is the best place

Such a fun experience at coco’s! Me and my friends had so fun last night. The host and staffs are very friendly and kind.

The food was distasteful. there was no flavour . Did not consider it was a birthday once felt very crowded . Staff stand next your table without any space at all times . Overpriced for no reason + rushed us out when it says 2 hours overall stay

Place order online with 20% discount offer. When we went there to collect the food, the owner/staff at the reception denied that they never received our order although there was the order machine right in front of her with our order details. When i pointed her out about this, she quickly cancelled our order and told us to place an order in shop paying for the full price for the dishes. I asked her that she has already seen the order on her system and we have already paid for our order in advance, so why she can't honor this order. She preteneded that she couldn't speak English well and blamed the system. Absolutely disgusting attitude. Never again!

Bad state of food..low quality and over price..Unprofessional kitchen chef and staff. It seems that they doesn’t aware to the kind of food they selling in the public..Poor quality of food service..

Been here a number of times it’s always first class food is always fresh on the buffetAnd is replenished regularly and has a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly they can get busy as it’s quite a small restaurant.

Held a corporate event here with the Philippine Ambassador the VIP. Excellent buffet and fresh food available along with a selection of Pinoy beers and deserts. Excellent venue for work or personal events. If you're in the Kilburn area then drop in (highly recommended).

From the time we arrived till we left, we felt we are just at home. The customer service was great! Very friendly environment. Loads of selections of drinks. Food, a selection from buffet and from the menu. My favourites are: - Kare Kare, soft, tender and tasty - Pork BBQ, omg, I love it. The sweetness and bbq flavour mixed it well - lumpiang Shanghai, crispy wrap and tasty Inside. My other half’s favourite - pansit Guisado, they have a choice what meat you want to put - Sisig, I’m not really a big fan of this food but when I tried it - I love it and will keep coming back here They have karaoke too and that’s FUN! I'm a lover of Pinoy food esp kapampangans! I drool over their dishes. So on recommendation by many, I just tried a tocilog and a palabok takeaway at this restaurant ; waited more than 20 minutes for these. And I've never regretted something in my life until now... i don't recommend this restaurant for takeaway, perhaps the buffet is good. But no not for takeaway. What a waste of time and money 😢
