Portions of waffles very small, but tasty.

Love this place it’s my mums favourite the tea is made with tea leaves rather than a bag and is served on a pot, lovely cakes and panini’s the staff are so welcoming defined recommend a visit

Honestly, this place is a must every time I visit Bluewater. You walk in and that delicious chocolatey scent wafts over you in waves. It's just a wonderful, cute, little cafe. Decor is great and staff are delightful!

Every time we visit Bluewater, we must go Cocoba to having strawberry waffles, coffee. Absolutely delicious & wonderful dessert!

90% chocolate with only 2.5 grams of sugar per 100 grams is a lie. I had some and ended up being unable to continue my day shopping because of a mirgrane that I'll only get woth excess sugar

My first visit. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. The waffles were fantastic and very filling with wonderful ice cream. The hot chocolate was full of flavour and my husband said the latte was the best he's ever had. Definitely be back.

Expected a good hot chocolate from a chocolate shop but very disappointed. Had a hot chocolate from Starbucks earlier that day which was much better than the one here.

Disappointed as this shop is always super busy and has good reviews! The food area with cakes and sandwiches had two flies in with it and the hot chocolate which I hoped they would be great for was horrid, the cream tasted fake and the chocolate itself had no taste. We left the drinks after a few sips and doubt we would return.

This place is my favourite coffee stopping point in Bluewater. The staff are so friendly especially the manager. The gorgeous smell of chocolate and coffee is wonderful. The coffee itself is perfectly served. Always call in here.

Bit of a slow queue but seemed very popular. We only went in for hot chocolate bombs! Had to wait while got served food and drink.

Excellent drinks Just beware their tables are incredibly uneven. They put 2 tables together and one side is always at a different level. Meaning when you try to move the very tall hot glass mugs your drink is in, it can catch on the lip and easily fall. Pouring hot drink everywhere. The staff just got tissues to mop the tables, little concern about bodily pain or soiled clothes or even a refill. Be warned!!

Hi, I have just removed a bad review I left 11 months ago, as we were treated with hostile service.However, I visted your store a few times recently since and noticed all previous staff have been replaced with new staff, we now feel welcomed and they have provided good service!

Only came for an ice cream which was such a disappointment. Vanilla was the only option available today and it was tasteless, icy and very low budget which is not what i would expect from this store. We binned it after a few mouthfuls.

First time trying Cocoba chocolate, we purchased their giant easter eggs. At $23 an egg, the chocolate was horrible and tasted equivalent to fake dollarstore chocolate. Will never purchase again.

Bluewater- Luis provided a first class service for a very small order of a coffee and a croissant, he was so very polite and delivered it to my table. So respectful and considerate, it made my morning to be greeted so very kindly. I was given a chocolate as a small extra and it was absolutely delightful. The coffee was good, but the service was up lifting. Great manners and service, thank you it was much appreciated.

We had a lovely hot chocolate and they had a 4kg Easter egg. A pleasant little coffee/chocolate shop which appears to be overlooked by the masses. Most flock to Costa and Starbucks leaving this little gem for the more discerning customer. Still as expensive and in all honesty no coffee shops offer value for money as well over £4 for a drink is definitely excessive.

Lovely staff :) also the hot chocolate and vegan pancakes we had were really good. Quite filling but not too sickly sweet in taste either. Loved it! Would go again!!

It's a small unit but the quality of food is descent as is the variety, offering sandwiches, toasted or not. Panninis and banquettes. Plenty of sweet offerings, cakes and other things. The coffee is fine along with other choices including hot chocolate. They sell their own bags of chocolate, as the name suggests full of real cocoa and it is lovely albeit rich. Not the cheapest place to eat but not the dearest either. The staff are friendly and we find we can get a table at lunchtime. It is a bit more intimate than going to the foodhall where it can be extremely busy. I would recommend as long as there are only a few in your party, not practical for large groups of people together.

The best coffee (and free chocolate you get with it) in the entire Bluewater Shopping Centre. Also, hot chocolates are best and definitely highly recommended! This is our favourite place for hot drinks!

I had a regular hot chocolate with oat milk and gulten free lemon cake. It was tasty but it wasn't as thick as I'd expected. Hot chocolate came with a tasty small chocolate. I could spend my relaxing reading time here. Comfortable place. Thank you. I would like to come back soon.

Love this coffee shop always good

The title says this place is a little a little pricey and to be fair it is BUT if you really like chocolate and want a treat then in my opinion there are no better places than this. A great drinks menu and a selection of sweet treats makes this place really worthwhile. The raspberry or banoffee or salted caramel hot chocolates are delicious as are the filled croissants and bakewell tart (the best was the white chocolate and raspberry filled croissant). £22 for this selection but it's a treat and well worth it. The staff working this morning (7.1.23) were professional and friendly so really there is nothing negative to say. They have certainly got a captive audience too as the shopping centre opens at 0900 but most of the shops don't open until 1000 so what to people do? Yep, grab and drink and some food (up steps Cocoba.

A little bit pricey but you get what you pay for and the food and drink selection here is superb. You walk in and are hit with a smell of chocolate and it is delightful. We had 3 hot chocolates (salted caramel, banoffee and raspberry) which were all delicious in their own ways. We also had 2 filled croissants and a bakewell tart. All of this was £22 which is a tad pricey but as a treat it is well worth it and is so much better than the likes of Costa or Starbucks.

Good coffee and tea, plus a free truffle. The chocolate is good too.

Ordered via the website. I bought a range of Christmas gifts. Packaging was great, delicate items such as hot chocolate stirrers were in perfect condition. We've tried some of the chocolate and it's delicious, great quality. Great range of vegan products, esp pleased with the hot chocolate stirrer with vegan marshmallows. Highly recommend.

Love the service. Snacks are good value and very tasty. Hot Chocolate that wraps you up and gives you a hug. The place isn't full for no reason.

Yummy yummy yummy, a lovely young lady took our order and served us quickly and with a GENUINE smile. Latte was delicious scone with clotted cream and jam was naughty but very nice.

Had a mystery box from here. Absolutely awful. Everything was 6+ months out of date & broken. The chocolate tasted very cheap, it was supposedly £20 worth but i wouldn’t have paid more than a fiver if it was in date and fully intact. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to pay full price for anything from here. I can’t see it lasting long.

Strawberry's coated in chocolate are a favourite. The Belgium Waffle is good but too sickly. The Chilli Hot Chocolate is horrible, way too hot and completely overpowers the chocolate which is saying something. It's meant to be a nice drink not a competition entry! Cinnamon Hot Chocolate is v.nice.

Certainly one of the best coffee shops in Bluewater! Good coffee. Excellent food - much better quality than the competition, and lots more choice - you can have chips with anything. All served to our table and some lovely - free of charge - chocolate truffles to finish with. Staff are professional, happy and courteous. Fabulous! Can't wait to go back

Probably not ideal if you dont like chocolate... It is expensive, but worth it as a treat. The hot chocolates are amazing and they also do a menu of desserts. The shop itself is probably too pricey for what you get, but the cafe is worth it.

A very unique store, some interesting hot chocolate drinks on offer at reasonable prices. Just not much room to browse whilst in the queue for the counter, especially when customers want to get past. Excellent news about the online site 👍🏻 extra star given.

A great place, not only for chocolates, but an array of snacks & drinks. The chocolates are delicious though! Especially the Salted Toffee Truffles, they are to die for! The staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful. You even get a free truffle with your cup of tea or other hot drinks! A perfect place for any chocoholic! Loved it!

I chose the salted caramel rocky road brownie which was lovely and and came with a side of ice cream and pure chocolatey goodness 😍 the waitress was also very helpful and nice (I didn't catch her name)

Go to Cocoba when shopping at Bluewater. Good quality coffee and food, with friendly staff who keep the tables clean. Added value is that prices are cheaper than Nero, Costa, Starbucks etc.
