The food is not good at all so bad I regret buying it

The pasta sauce was very little and very dry. Unusual as it's usually spot on! Hope this is just a one off

I ordered as the pictures make it look so tasty but I should have looked at the reviews first. I order the sausage pancetta pasta, it's a large portion of pasta but hardly any sauce, as there wasn't much sauce there wasn't much flavour. However the garlic bread and the mini biscoff donuts were nice. All packaged nicely and no leaks.

Do not order from here, pasta is absolutely tasteless. No flavour whatsoever, I can make better pasta at home. I ordered truffle pasta and lentil pasta just tasted like boiled bland pasta with a drop of truffle oil and a couple bits of lentils. No salt, no sauce, no flavour. Disgusting. This is not what I expect from Coco Di Mama, I think dark kitchen is bad news for this brand which usually makes decent pasta in the City.

Not worth the 1 star rating I have given it. Coco Di Mama is a popular chain but this dark kitchen really ruins the brand. The pasta was dry as a desert and tasteless. It lacked any flavour whatsoever. I could cook better pasta at home. Sad I didn't read these reviews before ordering!

Good was nice but when it arrived realised they had put 2 chocolates in the bottom on the delivery bag underneath 2 pasta pots. Bit dopey! Overpriced but all Coco Di Mamas are.

Didn’t receive order. Restaurant called me at 22.11 to say they couldn’t fulfil order yet order went through before the cut off on the JustEat app. Very disappointed. Order now shows as “delivered” when it definitely it hasn’t been delivered after 3 hours of saying “your order is being prepared”.

The pasta was delicious, al dente with plenty of juicy mushrooms in the sauce. Nice flavours from the seasoning and truffle oil, but literally one single basil leaf? Other than that the dessert was banging

For the price paid it was really poor quality. Ordered the signature beef ragu, both pots of pasta had no meat in, just flakes / strands of slow cooked meat. Hardly any sauce, zero flavour, had to add flavour at home and the one pot had absolutely no sauce at the bottom, the pasta was still totally white. I’ve had Coco di Mamma before and this was so disappointing, this one isn’t even serving customers so just a kitchen, you would expect the food to be even better! Total waste of my money.

If you like pasta, don’t eat here. Have just received my order — first of all the pasta is the wrong one, second of all it’s got basically no sauce and lastly it spilled in my bag. It’s tasteless, watery and really bland.

My food arrived half spilled in the bag couldn’t even eat it due to cross contamination on the way to me. I’ve had to find something else to eat which was really inconvenient especially when you are hangover and you just need a quick meal without having to cook. Very disappointing and I feel let down as nothing has been done till date. No apologies or refund just complete ghost mode.

I do not understand why people have rated this place so low! In my own experience it’s definitely 5 stars! The grande portion was a hearty size! The sauce was all through the pot and so were the toppings, was really delicious and delivered in good time. Good value for money! Will be ordering again!

Lovely but bit heavy handed with chilli flakes.

Food fab Felt so sorry for the delivery cyclist. Didn't realise it was pouring with rain. He was so lovely and courteous. I worry bout them. He had no headlight on front of his bicycle. Just Eat need to do better and supply safety light for dark night.

Order arrived late, the quality of the food was bad nothing in common with the pictures on the website. Our food was bland lacking of sauce and meat for the money we paid! I cant recommend them. Money grabbers !

The pot of pasta was pretty big however the beef Sauce was like water and the desert was missing. Extremely disappointing would not recommend will not order anything from them again

After reading other reviews I was a bit worried about ordering but glad I did. The food was hot & delicious - plenty of carbonara sauce and a good portion of pasta. Hot, tasty garlic bread and a nice side salad with plenty of dressing. All in all….a good experience and will definitely use again.

Pasta was ok abit cold but could’ve done with abit more sauce. Chips were cold and soggy lucky i have an air fryer to save it as by itself was definitely not £3.50 quality more like £1.50 Not the quality I remember when they first opened definitely fallen off since then

Some of my pasta was cold and there seemed to be onions in there, which wasn’t on the menu. It was a really disappointing meal, which is a shame as I’ve enjoyed food from here before.

Cold and totally flavourless carbonara

The pasta has NO sauce!! Barely any toppings.

Pasta was very tasty and well cooked but I ordered the Biscoff bomboloni trio and they didn’t send them. Very disappointed.

£9.95 for "12 hour beef Bolognese pasta". Sounds amazing but in reality this is the WORST pasta dish I've ever had in my life. Flavourless, soul-less, watery sauce, pathetic amount of beef and soggy pasta. Truly dreadful. They deserve to go out of business for the shocking food they make and send to there customers.

I don't know what happened. It used to be a really good place for takeaway but now, terrible. My food was cold, the sauce would be all clogged on top and also too little of it so the pasta at the bottom of the box was all plain, the mozzarella garlic bread had a teeny tiny piece of mozzarella so.. full of bread, no mozzarella. Dissapointing!

I absolutely love this restaurant. This occasion the pasta was cold, not just like luke-warm, with hardly any sauce. I’m sad. Any other time it’s a 5 star review.

Pasta was on the cold side and didn’t have much meat

Food arrived 40 minutes late. Driver couldn't find my address. I had to heat up food in the microwave which is not nice. When it comes to food - it was quite good. But for this price the portions should be much bigger. Overall, I don't recommend it

Received someone else’s order. Not even from same menu, ordered Coco Di Mama, got someone’s Zizzi order.

Re ordered food, got the correct food mostly, garlic bread with mozzarella had no mozzarella and was stone cold, and Bomboloni Party only had one chocolate and no biscoff. Pasta was nice and hot though, massive shame as have never had an easy issues here before.

Sadly the large pot had less than the smaller pots which was a shame as we have ordered from this restaurant a few times. Food is very yummy and delivered in good timing.

Really tasty and arrived hot. I order from here regularly and the food is great, portions are enough for lunch time. The pasta is well cooked, slightly al dente, and the toppings are a good size for the dish. Definitely recommend.

Food arrived cold, 2 pasta dishes and even the garlic bread. Pasta dishes were bland and the lentil ragu was watery. Not enough sauce on either. This is very obviously just pre cooked pasta and sauce that has just been microwaved and somehow they couldn’t even do that properly. Avoid avoid avoid.

Great food as usual , only issue with this order is that we only received 6 Bombolini rather than the 12 ordered. That apart it’s a really good takeaway meal

Have ordered here many times and usually love the pasta. Had Pea and Lemon Alfredo today, checked the ingredients, no mention of chilli. I don’t eat chilli. Would not expect it in Alfredo sauce either. Disappointed to find I could not eat this. Chilli should have been mentioned in the description, it’s not a standard ingredient in Alfredo sauce. Waste of money for me today. :-(

Normally I have a great experience here but today it seems to be below par, The pasta wasn’t cooked all the way through and there wasn’t much sauce so seemed quite dry.

A little bit disappointed with this. I payed for a grande pot and when it arrived, it was only half full. Two tiny bits of rocket in there as well… the garlic bread was burnt on half of the slice. Such a shame as usually, the food and portions are decent.

It's the second time I order a large pot but the pot comes half empty!!

Really disappointed with pulled pork pasta. I've never seen so little pork added to my pasta anywhere. Other dish was okay. Highly unlikely to order from Coco di Mama again.

I added chicken to the pasta and I wished I didn’t, it’s like it was just dumped on top and the chicken was cold. The pasta itself with the mushrooms n sauce was amazing.

Have seen these shops all over London, so decided to order to our house because we couldn’t be asked to cook. No offence, but I could have made this at home (more fall me). It reminds me of the pasta you buy in the school canteen. Tiny portions, even for the grande, and hardly flavourful. About 4 little slathers of cheese, and a couple of chunks of meat. Can not justify the price of £8 per pasta. Will never order again unless everything else in Sutton is closed.

Really enjoyed my meal this evening - I m gluten intolerant - sometimes pasta can be a bit bland if there isn't enough sauce but it was perfect 👌

ive used Coco di Mama before and loved it however this time i was so disappointed as my pasta dish turned up stone cold! really unhappy!

They can never send the right items

Hi, I don't mind the delay, as much as the quality of the food. This is probably the 5th time when I received the chips (rosemary and grana padano, advertised on the restaurant menu), without either cheese or rosemary (the second is more common). Rosemary is not a rare plant and it grows in UK household's garden. It is really frustrating to get less flavour (for unknown reasons), despite you're paying for it.

Chicken was horrible, had to throw most of it away, by far the worst meal I’ve had from this chain

Normally I give 5 star reviews to Coco do mama but the order I received today was a appalling. The pasta pot was only half way filled , cold throughout and my chips were not covered in Parmesan and herbs as ok the menu, in fact they were burnt and no herbs in sight. Not very pleasant for 11 quid

I ve ordered frequently from this restaurant previously, and decided not to leave a negative review last time ( around a week ago when my food was very late and lukewarm at best!) Gave them the benefit of the doubt... The food did arrive on time 2nite but given i m literally around the corner ( 2 corners to be completely accurate) it wasn't piping hot. Also not sure what ( herb hopefully) it came with but it certainly wasn't Basil. Sadly I don't think I ll be ordering again

The delivery time was pushed on several times and when the food arrived it was luke warm. A lot of time to wait for two pasta dishes, some fries and garlic bread !! 🙃

Garlic bread was lovely but my pasta and chicken was cold

When I used to order from here when the delivery was free, they used to fill up the containers to the brim with a generous amount of sauce and cheese, but I’ve noticed they don’t fill it up anymore and do not give as much sauce as they used to

They forgot the mozzarella but the food was lovely.

Amazing food, used to have them for lunch near bank station and in canary wharf as this food can never go wrong

My only complaint is that one of thr bottles of water' seal had been broken. So it wasn't drinkable. That aside, it was lovely.

Very medicore food. The beef ragu was nothing special, I can probably make a better ragu myself. The carbonara tasted no different to a supermarket ready meal which they probably got for 1.50 then packaged up and sold for several times more. It says fresh but the pasta itself was just standard dried pasta. The bread was ok. Quite doughy and chewy

Great value and some links belt food, we tried a couple of the large pots and both struggled to finish, garlic bread is very garlicky and donut balls with biscoff centres are amazing!!

Pasta was absolutely delicious , fresh and tasty and garlic bread was good too however , I ordered chocolate brownie which I never received! I tried to call the restaurant and let them know but the phone was busy all the time and could never get through. My food was left on my door step and the driver didn’t even knock so I didn’t even know it is there until I looked at my deliver status. My food was cold by the time I opened it. Shame !

First time ordering and the brisket ragu pasta was gorgeous and the garlic bread lovely too!

Tasted OK, could have been better. I suspect they are microwave meals.
