Went to counter shouted that I must use screen as staff pointed to row of touch screens. They refuse to take orders at the counter or take cash. really bad customer experience. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. If you are visually impared or disabled don't think you'll get any assistance as trhey don't dseem to care as long as you bang away on those screes and dont bother them.

I used to be a regular there, untill the day I found a hair in my salad. I was utterly disgusted. After this bad experience I don't think I will be returning there. Sorry though, as the staff is friendly and the food generally nice.

Needed a coffee booster this morning and found this nice place. Staff was friendly and efficient. Had what I needed and enjoyed sipping my brew outside their shop. Recommended!

Excellent flat whites and great pastas. I've had the bolognese and the creamy mushroom pasta and both were really good. They come in 2 sizes, and the small is normally sufficient if you're not very hungry. Good friendly service.

In London for business and always pop here on lunch breaks! It’s small but efficient ! The staff work fast, disperse queues and serve you really well! Yes it’s pricey... it’s central London ! But £7 for something that is super filling is worth it!

Been in here a couple of times and on both occasions have found the food to be pretty poor, far worse than Pret or any other comparably overpriced lunch place.

I've had loads of pasta from here but would say the bolognese is my favourite! Service is fast and the guys are always so smiley.

It's an Italian fast food place which isn't pizza but different types of pasta served in cardboard pots either ordered at the till or collected from a fridge to be warmed up behind the scenes. Perhaps my description doesn't sound particularly appetising but if it works for noodles (think Itsu) why shouldn't it also for pasta? For the less adventurous such as myself there are baguettes such as the excellent ham and cheese I chose. Lots of drinks in the fridge such as a range of Pellegrino juices, of which blood orange is my favourite. As it's Italian there is inevitably a wide range of coffee available but I chose my espresso poured on ice cream to make an affogato. And yes it came in a cardboard pot.

The pasta was really dry, the pesto sauce is not even fresh, I'm glad I didn't order the full portion, otherwise it would have been a waste I won't be coming back

Been here a couple of times, pasta is usually dry. Had the risotto to mix things up, the results was brown long grain rice with some pomodoro sauce ontop. Very disappointing

Tried this after being disappointed with another one in this chain, in case I had has a one off poor experience. Unfortunately I would say their pomodoro pasta was very average and only tasty due to the added chilli flakes and cheese. Pasta tasted over-cooked and very soft. Nothing terrible but not remarkable either.

There are countless places to get coffee in London but I genuinely thing coco di mama do the best. Certainly for the price!

Friendly staff and great coffee. Love the bright and clean environment. There is a happy vibe here. It is a small oasis.

This place is located before reaching the market, in the cleaner area of Leather lane. As in most of the places in central London, the staff is probably entirely foreign, yet the ones I came across earlier this week had a real dedication and interest in delivering good coffee. I hardly drink coffee, maybe once per year, as I like the smell and taste in a very diluted form but even I was impressed with the process they took in delivering a very creamy Macchiato. Unlike the main well known international coffee chains where the caramel Macchiato does not contain the cream, or even caramel sometimes, the Macchiato at Coco di Mama was a very smooth affair. Even one shot was too strong for me, and wondered if I will be able to sleep, having had the coffee around 4pm, when I discovered you can enjoy freely a glass of their water infused with lime, strawberry, mint etc How thoughtful of them. Several of their staff jumped to help me in choosing the right piece of coffee sweetness - in this time and age, in London, this is a rarity. The curly haired Brazilian lady and the guy with the beard are a true asset for this shop, I wish more people were like them. After several minutes of relaxation in an almost empty place, I had to go back in the rain to pick up my item from nearby Hatton Garden.

Popped in for a mid-morning coffee at this branch at the southern end of Leather Lane near Chancery Lane tube. Had an excellent latte with free chocolate, promptly brought out by the friendly staff. No complaints.
