What a great Pub and Staff , with a proppa Bar with a pool table too. The locals were very friendly had a great time , we will be going back.

We had a great evening at the Cobham Arms on Saturday, there were a group of us celebrating a number of our friends birthdays and we were made to feel very welcome by Danni & Mark who have recently took it over apparently... it's a lovely big cosy pub with a separate bar area, a big lounge area where the food is served, and nice grounds for when the weather is better. I noticed it was dog friendly too which will suit dog owners. The bar area has plenty of seating & has a pool table, darts board etc... as well, plenty to keep you entertained! The food was good quality with generous portions, & reasonably priced. Despite it being busy we didn't have to wait to be served drinks at any stage all night either which was great, nothing worse than spending all your time in a queue at the bar. If you're in the area give it a try, you'll not be disappointed, we really enjoyed it & we'll certainly be back when we're over that way again. Thanks for a great night!

Great food, attentive staff, great pub.

Busy Friday evening. Our large party was well catered for and everyone had a good evening. Food was good quality, took a while to arrive but obviously a really busy time there. Staff were really accommodating and friendly.

Have visited The Cobham a few times now and can not fault it. The staff very friendly and service is great. Had a meal on one of the visit, very good value for money. One of very few places you can call a pub, keep up the good work. 👍

I went to vist my friend for the weekend came across this pub it looked lovely from the outside so we decided that we would pop in for a drink. The inside looked amazing clean and tidy lots of space was greeted by the lovely landlady such a delightful women. Only went in for 1 drink spent most of the afternoon there. The food was really good aswell I've never really been somewhere new and felt so welcome will definitely be returning again when visiting My friend again. If anyone is in the area this is a pub to go to

The food was very nice and very reasonably priced. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall a good place to eat and drink.

We used to come here a few months ago and the food wasnt the best but having tried it again regarding new owners i was really impressed with the overall cleanliness and the food has gone up in my estimation. Deffo recommend to others

Lovely food, fish and chips was delicious! The pub is lovely and clean and the lady behind the bar was very polite and welcoming, found out it’s under new management recently, there doing a great job will return for sure.

Don't go, the food is not that good and the staff is unpleasant. AVOID!!

Omg just popped in for a drink and decided to have food ... chose the surf and turf and it was sooooo nice steak was cooked too perfection new tenants and chef are really putting the food on the table good

We went in on sunday for a family meal, the food was delicious and quick.the tables were clean and so were menus(which is a petpeeve of mine in other pubs when dirty) Is a nice little pub/resturant with new management can see this place coming to life again. Would visit again as all of us including my child enjoyed the food!

Lovely little pub with great food, the new chef is doing great job, Sunday roast is the best pub roast I’ve ever had. New management have recently taken over and have done a great job with cleaning the place up. Family friendly and will definitely be returning.

Quite efficient serving meals for 11 people. Battered cod was 50% batter although it filled the plate covering most of the chips. Rump steak excellent. Curry good. Lasagne good. Kids meals more than adequate. Bit tardy collecting plates and didn’t do a food check. Served dessert with a bent spoon.

Place was quiet when we arrived but welcoming. The service was prompt and attentive. The food was good value for what we paid and the drink was excellent and had been well kept. Not been to the Cobham for many years but went on friends recommendation and was not disappointed.

The atmosphere is bad!! When I’m there I feel so unsafe and the staff is so rude definitely won’t be returning with my family EVER AGAIN.

Went here for a family event, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Food was excellent and reasonable priced, everyone had nothing but kind words to say about the pub. Drinks were excellent value and staff couldn’t have been more helpful! Will be coming back soon!

Regulars at the Cobham.This pub is a blast from the past and run the way all pubs should be run.The team who all are excellent make all customers welcome and bring a real family atmosphere which reflects on all the regulars and new comers.Great food/drinks fantastic garden area and great for all animal lovers as they are also invited.Keep doing what your doing as eventually others may learn and take on board this attitude. Very well ran Pub with friendly staff who looked after us well, good selection of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, sat outside in the lovely beer garden as it was nice day. Will definitely be going back when i'm next in the area.

Celebrated my son’s christening here a few weeks back. Had such a great day. The staff were all soooo friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. The buffet was amazing and they decorated the pub perfectly. They made our day extra special and could not be more grateful. Highly recommend

I have been going to this pub for a couple of years' and have always found Rhian and Euan both friendly and always approachable. The beer is always great, I have never had to take a drink back. They also allow dogs into the pub and even provide a doggie dinner which I find really great for a pub. The place is always clean and very comfortable and the food is great and good value for money. This place will not be the same if they leave as I do not think anyone else will be as amicable and welcoming as they are, I think both Rhian and Euan and the rest of their family are fantastic hosts.

Avoid! Called off here on our way to the Cotswolds to break up the journey as the reviews came up really good. As soon as we walked in the pub there was a musty smell in the pub, tables were sticky, toilets had a vile smell and I could go on. We spent £50 on food and drink and wasn’t impressed at all. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare, could still hear the cow mooing - we sent it back and the same again. I never usually leave reviews (especially bad ones) however after having read how good this place was we was left extremely disappointed and £50 down for something that really wasn’t worth that! We didn’t say anything at the time as the young lad behind the bar was pleasant enough and didn’t feel fair that he would get the negative feedback and we was in a hurry to crack on with our journey. Needs a good scrub and the chef needs some steak lessons.

Great traditional local pub located in the Lapal area of Halesowen. The staff are amazing and the locals equally as wonderful :-) Highly recommend the food.

Had my husbands wake here today and Rhian and her team; including her mum put on a lovely spread. There was plenty of food, it was presented lovely and tasted delicious. Rhian put us in a private room which was perfect. The barman was great, he looked after us (sorry I didn't get his name), nothing was too much trouble. The whole team helped us give my hubby a good send off, thank you so much Rhian. So, if you visit the pub you're sure to get a genuine warm welcome even if you're from out of town (my hubby was a Brummie though he had moved up to Yorkshire to be with me).

This is a fantastic little pub, food is excellent, we eat there a lot. Staff are lovely and friendly and can’t do enough to help you. It’s is lovely and friendly and has a really good feel and atmosphere about it and I always recommend this pub if someone asks me where is a good place to eat or a good place to hold a function/party. I would definitely highly recommend this one to anyone.

Fantastic pub, exactly what pubs should be. Lounge and bar - very tasty food served in the chilled and welcoming lounge, and pool available in the bar. Very lovely and welcoming bar staff who couldn't do enough to accommodate us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

We pulled off the M5 enroute to Devon to sample the Cobhams wares after checking Trip advisor for suggestions. Our party had Gammon, Nachos, Hunters Chicken and a burger. Each one of us loved our meal… the service was really friendly and efficient and they had the cutest spaniels lying well behaved in their beds (I suspect they aren’t usually there but I loved having a little tickle) This is a dog friendly pub too, so although my dog isn’t with me I got to have my dog fix for the day! Perfect pub to set us up for the next leg of our journey.

A fantastic dog friendly pub, all the staff are friendly and welcoming, especially to the pooches who are greeted with kisses, cuddles and dog treats. The food and drink are reasonably priced and delicious. I definitely recommend this pub for dog parents who like to take their pooches with them.

Visited today for tea on way home from common wealth games. Restaurant side very nice as was the service & food. Thought the kids menu was great offering different sizes to accommodate all appetites. Great prices. Sadly too full desserts but they almost enticed us as sounded so good.

What can I say This pub is fantastic from food all the way to excellent staff very friendly from start to finish im proud to call this my local The pub as been turned round by Rihanna and family and as been turned into a great family/dog pub keep up the great work

Really good pub however a young worker lad sends us home at 10:20 and then we can’t use the pool table or get tokens until I’ve bought a second drink.

A lovely local with a pleasant relaxed atmosphere and warm, welcoming regulars. They certainly enjoy their live music - singing and dancing. Great food too - my cob was ampley crammed with ham and salad.

Me and my wife visited recently for a meal and drinks the food was excellent did not have to wait to long for food staff were very friendly and welcoming the pub was very clean and what was nice is that it is dog friendly as they provide water for the animals with a jar of dog treats for customers to give to there dogs they have a good selection of beers and ales would highly recommend this pub to anybody and will be returning myself

Booked a last minute table after another pub cancelled on us . The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food came out quickly and tasted beautiful . Was told by another customer that dogs were allowed in too so will be bringing ours next time ! Would definitely return .

Great staff!! Very welcoming!! What makes it even better is it’s dog friendly🐶. Food is lovely, my personal favourite meal off the menu is their crispy chicken bbq melts perfect for when u want a quick lunch!!!

Staff are friendly and helpful food is excellent it's a ideal place to meet friends and family also it is very dog friendly throughout the establishment so if you've got a dog it's a good place to be.

Really happy with my visit to Cobham arms and definitely will be visiting again. Had a very tasty meal for a decent price and a vast selection of drinks. The staff we’re all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend to everyone and can’t wait to return :) xxx
