Nice cafe with reasonable prices for a good selection of food and drink. Nice views to watch the world go by for a while.

Cosy cafe based in Sterling (Fort Kinnaird) Serves breakfast, brunch and lunch , filled rolls, toasties, sweet treats, tea and coffee. I ordered the Avocado sourbread toast with feta cheese and bacon along with the Easter cake and a cappuccino, absolutely delicious! This is my 3rd visit now, always pop in when I'm at Fort Kinnaird 😊

A bustling little cafe inside Sterling Home at Fort Kinnaird. Excellent little menu. I had pesto eggs. 2 fried eggs on mozzarella and pesto on a lovely toasted bread. My husband had a BLT roll, an understatement! First rate.

Went with family on Sat 4 Jan AM. Staff not very engaging and my flat white was lukewarm. Breakfast roll okay. Limited selection of pastries. This is way below the standard of the one by Hillend, which is lovely. Go to Nero's instead.

Poor hygiene, tables filthy cutlery filthy, leaking fridge with clothes jammed underneath have mould on them, floors are sticky, coffee grinding are hasn’t been cleaned in days, fallen coffee has gone matted, I’m surprised they are trading, the council should defo visit as hygiene needs major improvement. Food is mediocre, soggy tuna toasty because the waters not been drained properly with crisp on the side 8.95, needs huge improvement, staff need trained to be friendly and hygienic I had to wipe down my own table because they don’t wipe down tables they just remove dirty dishes off the table but don’t wipe clean after, my second visit and definitely last, have dropped the council an email about the standards and sent over pics, hopefully they can improve because it’s a nice spot to be in.

Best spot near Fort Kinnaird for coffee and quick, friendly service !

Very disappointed today when we visited for coffee and cake. It was 3.20pm and the coffee shop closes at 4pm. I asked about cakes and was told they were put away as we are closing soon. Have been lots of times for coffee & cake and never been told that.

Hi Used to like this cafe , in today and noticed it has really gone downhill! Main reason- Young girl very pleasant other member of staff , had long hair not tied back cleared table next to us did not make any effort to sanitise it ! Also there was kids at the table leaving a mess on the floor no attempt to clean it up? Half own boxes of stock lying in Fridge No prices on drinks in cabinet place looks really tired !

The café was not clean at all several food dishes left on empty tables food on the ground It’s a shame because myself and a friend are quite regular but won’t be back

Stopped for a quick bite to eat, very nice

Had a delicious bowl of soup with a slice of ciabatta bread and butter. My husband had a toastie and salad and my daughter had a baked potato which also came with salad. They both said how delicious it all was. Super place.

On a hole this is a nice place to eat however if it's busy they do struggle to cope.

Lovely café within Sterling Furniture. Have never eaten so can't assess the food, but there's a very pleasant, calm atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff. Very civilised!

Service quick but hygiene is not great staff wiping faces and serving food coffee etc also on mobiles whilst in eye shot serving customers...cafe are untidy couldn't get a clean seat and sofas are dirty food on floors etc put me of my food and coffee didn't stay long..milk left out on counter for half an hour at least....

Always go here when shopping at the fort. Browse in sterling furniture, then upstairs to a really lovely shopping experience, then settle down for great coffee and lovely food. Pleasant staff, nice seating area.

I Always visit Cobbs Cafe if I am in the area , I know that I and my friends will always enjoyed the food & its good value for the money .

While the food is good, coffee & tea is fine. But lunchtime between 11am and 1:30 pm there simply isn't enough staff. You either get your tea & coffee first and that's cold before you get your food. I've watched a number of people complain and staff keep having to apologise. I asked one member of staff if they got a break she just laughed and shook her head. It's a real pity this business is letting itself down and will lose customers.

Amazing experience at this hidden gem upstairs in the Sterling furniture store! Staff are all genuinely friendly and you can tell the food is fresh to order! I had the smashed avocado, poached eggs and feta. My hungry Girlfriend had the full breakfast. Drinks were great too! Nice fancy artwork on top! Recommend and will come again for sure. Extremely good selection for a lunch , Great friendly service, good value for money.

Friendly and efficient staff, advised there could be a delay with the food, however, it arrived within 15 minutes. Much more customer friendly than the Cobbs outlet at Craigdon.

Good cafe, all round. Easy Parking!
